Another treasure from Jade. This is actually 3 days, but I listened to all 6 ‘lessons’ in the one sitting. Jade is very effective in getting her message across about how to find the inner joy that we all have, and some simple words to help us modify our inner dialogs to be in a more joyful state of being I’m sure I’ll return to let the short but inspiring morning meditations wash over me. Jade is so authentic and you just know that she lives in the fashion that she’s describing for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
