Good morning.
Thank you so much for being here this morning and settling in with yourself and getting ready for a beautiful,
Amazing day.
I want you to close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.
I want you to find a place where you're comfortable sitting.
Maybe you're still lying in bed.
Maybe you're sitting up in your chair drinking coffee.
Doesn't matter where you are as long as you are comfortable.
So I want you to close your eyes again or take a low gaze if that closing your eyes is not available for you.
And I want you to take a few minutes to create an intention for today.
So maybe your intention is that you will spread good energy to everyone that you come in contact with.
Or maybe your intention is that you'll be fully present with everyone you come in contact with.
Whatever that intention might be,
You know what you need.
So take just a minute here,
Inhaling and exhaling very slowly,
Very deeply and listen.
Listen to what your intention should be today.
Listen to what you should take everywhere you go throughout your entire day.
And when you have that in your mind,
And when you know what your intention is,
I want you to take a long,
Deep breath,
Inhaling very slowly and exhaling very slowly.
Then I want you to imagine top of your head just kind of opening up so that you can allow in positive and good and healthy love and light energy to help you carry your intention throughout the day.
So I want you to imagine the top of your head opening up and take another long,
Deep breath,
Inhaling and exhaling.
With your next breath,
I want you to visualize love and light coming in through the top of your head with your inhale,
Making it all the way down through your body.
And so maybe your energy and your love and your light that you're inhaling is nice and bright and white.
Or maybe it's a pink,
Maybe it's a yellow.
It's whatever color it is,
Allow your love and your light and your energy to represent what it is,
What it wants to be.
So whatever way that you're seeing your energy and your love and light,
I want you to keep that visual in your mind.
And then inhale again and imagine that coming through the top of your head,
Going down through your third eye chakra on your forehead,
Down through your throat and your heart chakras,
Moving down into your solar plexus and your sacral and your root,
Opening everything up and letting the energy flow freely through all of your energy points,
All the way down each arm,
Feeling it in the fingers,
Thumbs,
Moving back up each arm and back down through the body into each leg and each foot,
Feeling the energy and allowing it to solidify your intention for the day.
And before we end,
I want you to say out loud,
I am worthy.
I am beautiful.
And I am loved.
And throughout your day,
As you hold your intention,
Also hold these words as truth.
Inhaling one last final time,
Allowing the energy to come down through the crown of your head and all the way down your body.
And then with your exhale,
See if you can visualize it coming back the other way.
The inhale flowing down,
Exhale,
It's flowing back in so that you're creating a cycle of receiving and giving energy to yourself.
I want you to take a final round of breath.
And I want you to say out loud to yourself again,
I am worthy.
I am loved.
And then I want you to take your intention and inhale it with the energy one more time,
Making it really solid and really intertwined with your energy today,
Making it impossible not to happen.
Throughout your day,
Come back to your intentions and come back to telling yourself that you're worthy and that you are loved.
