Okay, So I don't know about all y'all, But I've been having fun with this little series here that we're doing. So I joke, Obviously, A lot, And we're calling this one Super Psychic in Four Weeks. So what we've done, I mentioned before, We've done clairaudience, I'm sorry, Clairvoyance, Claircognizance, Clairsentience. This is clairaudience. What the heck am I talking about? Our clairs is a name for our psychic intuitive senses. It speaks differently to all of us. Sometimes we have a stronger sense, Sometimes we use all four, Sometimes we use two. I have a quiz in my book that really helps be like, Oh, This is my strongest, And maybe I want to open up to these other ones. But for me, I've really found it assists us, And I was listening to this really cool podcast this morning on intuition, And the guy had a really good take. Sometimes we make our intuition out to be God. That might not be the best use of the word. Our intuition out to be like, This is the only thing in the entire world. And he made this really great point of like, Can we kind of study it like we're doing here? Can we kind of get to know it and get curious and do some healing around it and open to these channels, And then use our intellect and our humanity and our common sense with it? And so, You know, Yes, It is obviously what I teach and how I live and very valuable, But we don't want to, You know, Sometimes we're scared because we're just like, Oh, It's going to tell me something crazy. He also made a good point. It's neutral. It's just like, Here you go. And then we look at it and we kind of go, Oh my gosh, The last, And that's what I've kind of been giving you guys of the week, Like, Let's just notice how it speaks to us. We don't have to make any crazy rash decisions. It's like a friendship that we're creating. So, Jay, I have recorded the others. I might repurpose them for an app I teach free meditations on called Insight Timer, Where I take out people and just use me teaching in case you want to catch up on the other three, If you're enjoying it. So what we're going to do today is some healing around clear audience, Which is clear. So the clear stands for clear, Clear hearing. And when I was in Florida, I was with a musician who I said to him, I'm like, Whoa, This is how clear audience comes out. He liked to sit around people whose voices reverberated at a certain frequency. And I'm like, I don't think a lot of people would get that. So he had sisters growing up and he would say, Nothing against men, But he would say, I loved to sit with my sisters because it was this joyful resonance he could feel. So you're usually clear audience when you hear songs on the radio that have a message for you. You wake up with a song in your head. You hear, It's going to sound a little crazy, But a disembodied voice. So you may hear your higher self. You may hear if you have a spirit guide, Whatever your beliefs are. It has to do with hearing. You know, You'll hear a wise voice or something in your ear. Um, When people communicate with animals, They literally hear wisdom coming through. Okay. So, And it can be sound, Right? The resonance, The harmony. My mom is clear audience and she picks up on people's voices. Cause I never think of this, But she'll be like, Oh, I love their voice. And I'm like, What doesn't he have the most attractive voice? And I'm like, I guess, I guess that's so just notice. Are you, I'm sharing these with you to be like, Is that me? Is that not me? Um, And so we're going to open up that channel of intuitive psychic exploration. So you can press play on the music. If that feels good to you. And we'll do some healing. So my invite you for the next 20 minutes, Just to turn your phone upside down. If you can do that safely, You know, You are in the middle of work and Hey, Sam just popped in. Sam, Um, We're doing some stuff around intuition. I got, That's all I got for you. I don't know how much of that you heard, But don't be afraid. Don't be afraid. You're in good hands. I did a recording though. So if you like the second half, Um, I'll send you the first half. All right. Let's start by, As always, You guys will do a little gentle swaying, A little gentle swaying, Starting to relax that nervous system, Because how we open up into that quieter voice is to calm the mind and the body. So you can put your hands in a mudra like mine, Call this prayer position and yoga, But not necessarily. You don't have to be praying. It's just a, A balancing pose where you can put your hands on your heart, Hand on heart belly or hands down on your lap. These are comforting positions that send calm signals to the brain. Good. And then we're just going to start to deepen that breath into the belly and soften the body. Exhale long and slow. Taking your time. You have the gift of this container. You've got nothing to do right now. You're in curious exploration float mode. Just breathing into the belly long, Slow exhale. Okay. As we soften the body, We're going to set our intention. I am behind my eyes. I am in my body. Just softening your muscles, Bringing breath. I am on the seat underneath of me. These might sound like silly phrases, But when we become aware that we're right here, It can calm the mind that thinks we're in the future or the past. We bring our awareness to our hips in the chair. Oh, Okay. I'm right here. Okay. Right now. Now let's set the intention. I release for any clairsentient as we learned in one of the last meditations. I release any energy I may be carrying that isn't mine. I return it to center with love and consciousness. I am me and only me now. We're going to do another cool little trick I learned. I call my soul from all space and time, All dimensions back to my body now on February 26th at 12, 13 PM Pacific, 2025 on earth. Good. I'll just breathe and soften. So our intention specifically in this four-part series is to heal and expand and open our clairaudient ability to the level at which we feel comfortable. Our clear hearing, It's an intuitive psychic sense. We have this gift of support, Subtle energetic support. It's not weird or far out there. We can look at nature, Right? Elephants or lions, Right? Can hear, I think they said in Mufasa that the lions could tune in and hear the antelope from so far away because they can't see it in front of their face. They didn't check Facebook. They were tuning into a subtle sense, A subtle energy. And our world has kind of made this stuff weird, But it's an assistance. It's an assistance. And so one way is clear hearing, Which is harmony, Vibration, Sound, Song, Hearing. And so as always, We are setting that intention. I choose to open my clairaudient ability now to the level at which I feel comfortable. And we're breathing and softening the body. And so I want you just to check in, Even if it feels like you're making this up. From zero to a hundred, What is your comfort level of allowing your clairaudience in? You may be like, I've never heard that. I don't want to hear things, Jane. And so it's at zero or it's at one. Or you're like, Oh yeah, I've had that experience in my life. Maybe it's at 20%. Just kind of getting a gauge here to where we are because we're going to respect our comfort level. Good. So just neutral, Neither right or wrong. And now we're going to ask our body, Our mind, Our spirit, Our nervous system, Hey, How comfortable are you opening to this? So maybe you're at 30% and you're like, You know, I would be cool. I feel like I could go to 40% or I feel like I could go to 70%. It's just kind of tuning in. And then, You know, Maybe next week you want to go to 75%. There's no rush. We're just being super loving and listening to our comfort level. Breathing and softening the body. Good. Now with our intention set and our comfort level of what we're willing to explore today, We're going to do some clearing. So you're just going to repeat after me in your mind or whisper quietly, Whatever keeps you in a meditative state. Using the energy of compassion to move the energy of fear, We say to ourselves, To the little one in us who experienced the pain, Our inner child, We say, I'm so sorry you didn't even know what clear audience was. I'm so sorry you had to shut this down. I'm so sorry you learned that this was weird. I'm so sorry you learned that this was scary. I'm so sorry you didn't have a teacher to help you understand this capacity within so that you could learn it and feel safe with it. I'm so sorry it wasn't safe to explore around them. I'm so sorry they didn't understand it. I'm so sorry you have had to wait until now. Good. Take a deep breath. So we're just making a little bit of space to really let that comfort level go up, Right, To help ourselves feel seen and heard. Good. And with our intention to open up to this now, I want you just to bring your awareness to your ears, The physical, The energetic. And I want you just to notice that above your head is this golden light of whatever you perceive your source to be, The universe. And let this golden light move in through the top of your head, Kind of like a purifying waterfall. And we're going to let it move through our energy body, Our physical body. And just seeing it cleanse your ears, The energy around, Outside the ears, Inside, Moving down the body. It's this waterfall of light purifying any perceived limitations around clear hearing. And then I want this waterfall to just spill past your body, Taking any of that energetic debris, Beliefs, Assumptions, And just let it move down into the earth, Recycled for your highest good. And then now I'm being guided to assist you in allowing something called the violet flame, Which is also a purifying light. And we're going to, It's purple, Violet, And we're going to just allow this light to move in through the top of the head. Say, I call on the violet flame in the name of love. And I want you just to see it again, Clearing the top of the head, That's your crown chakra and your third eye, Which is your psychic senses, Which is the forehead. So just this violet flame is just clearing any debris. Just because of what we've been taught, You could have had one person say, That's weird. You told them, I hear something when you're little, And they're like, That's weird. And you shut it down. And so this light's coming in and it's just all that crud and crap. Just watch this light cleanse and purify this violet light, Moving in through the ears, Any clear audience, Moving through the face and neck and chest and arms and body and down the legs and just draining. Really, You can see this. You're under this waterfall, Right? A violet light that has the ability to transmute anything that we blocked ourselves with between us and our clear audience. Just breathing and softening. And as you let this light move through, We're going to program in with your intention. I choose to open to my clear audience now to the level at which I feel comfortable that I saw in my mind's eye at the beginning. I don't need to understand how. I'm just opening. I'm clearing the pain and opening. So in our heart, In our mind, We're just going to say quietly, Could I open to the possibility that I could have clear, Intuitive psychic hearing that assists my human intelligence and be safe and accepted and loved and provided for and enough at the same time. So we're amidst a quantum field of unlimited potential. So we're just kind of opening up now. I could open to that, Allowing a little more in, Knowing I'd be okay. Maybe even an example. You guys are doing great. Breathe and allow. And with that, I'm going to let you go. Without needing to focus on anything in particular right now, We're just going to ask that part of ourselves, Our clear audience, Just for curiosity, How do you speak to me? So we may be in the position of never knowing we even had that. So we haven't been open to it. So maybe it tells you, Hey, In the future, I kind of come in song lyrics, You know, It means no worries. You hear that and you're like, Oh, That's it. No, That's scary. And maybe it tells you, Wow, Yeah, You begin to hear your higher self's wisdom. The part of you that is connected to your soul, That knows what is, Will bring you joy. And so we're just going to breathe and kind of be open. And you might get an answer now. You might not. I always get my answers later. You just go, Hey, Clear audience, Clear hearing. What is the way that you speak to me through my ears that I hear you? Maybe it's so subtle or maybe it's so big. Let's just listen and see what dawns on you in this contemplation. You're just breathing and softening. You're allowing the integration. You just created a beautiful amount of space just to kind of explore. Wow, We had that meditation. Interesting. I'm starting to notice I'm hearing messages and songs or in bird trips or in tones. And could we be open to the possibility to just let this be light and create a relationship, Not having to make any actions, But be in contemplation, Be in steady. And if we start to notice cool themes and we trust it one day, Then we can kind of test out going in that direction. Good. So I'm just going to give you a quiet minute here to rest, To allow it to move through. If you enjoyed the purple transmutation light, Let that run through the body a little more. The golden light, Let that run through the body. Cleansing, Opening the channels around the face and the ears and moving through. Or just breathe and be open to this new wisdom. Just slowly bringing yourself back to the present. Since we're working on our clear audience, Just let yourself attune to some sounds around you, Not with an opinion about them, But just a noticing. Someone once said a noticing of the musicality of life. You'll begin to hear differently after that. It's a symphony around you. And just notice your physical connection to your seat and your breath. I'm going to be stretching and wiggling a little. And opening your eyes when you're ready and just staying in your quiet space.
