As the universe reveals itself to in fact be a multiverse,
You discover just infinite your potential really is.
You don't need any experience or knowledge about quantum leaping to be here.
I will guide you every step of the way.
Simply a few breaths to settle in and invite your body to begin unraveling.
Breathe slowly and gently as you draw your attention to your feet.
Feel them melt into the bed beneath you.
As your arches and heels soften,
Your feet grow lighter,
Surrendering the day behind you.
Guide your awareness into your ankles,
Offering them a slow steady breath and sensing into your calf muscles gently,
Inviting them to let go completely.
Notice the way your calves are cradled by the surface holding them.
Then move gently into your knees,
Taking pause there to offer these joints a full cleansing breath.
After your next exhale,
Travel slowly into your thighs,
Sensing the fronts and backs of these muscles entirely.
Take a slow steady breath down into your thighs and when you exhale,
Release a slow sigh of surrender.
Guide these muscles to let go.
Hold both of your legs in your awareness,
Feeling them growing lighter with each exhale.
There's nothing more they need to do tonight as the journey ahead is an astral one.
Your body can remain deeply rested and firmly grounded as your consciousness explores what's beyond the veil.
With your legs deeply and completely relaxed and light as a feather,
Your attention rises to your tailbone from the base of your spine.
Your awareness expands up and over to your hips and fills your entire pelvic bowl.
Take a few slow steady breaths down into this place.
Feel nourishment flowing in with each in-breath and tension flowing out with each out-breath.
Spaciousness and lightness begin to grow in your lower abdomen,
Expanding outwards to encompass your entire belly and lower back.
Feel this subtle expansion reaching out to your sides,
Softening your waist,
And notice your lower back gently releasing as the space in your belly fills and softens with each breath.
Now allow the ease,
Softness,
And expansion to radiate up through your ribcage.
Feel your lungs expanding,
Your chest and heart area softening,
And your upper back beginning to relax.
Breathe a few slow breaths into the upper abdomen,
Feeling ease and lightness reaching out to your sides,
Soothing your spine and nervous system as this entire space grows soft,
Warm,
And weightless.
Now imagine this relaxation beginning to overflow across your collarbones,
Pouring into your shoulders.
Soften your shoulders with a gentle sigh as they release the weight of self-limitation.
Lightness flows into your upper arms which melt into the support beneath them.
Then it fills your elbows,
Pours into your lower arms,
Fills and softens your wrists,
And radiates through your hands into each and every fingertip.
Sense a gentle radiance extending through your palms,
Dissolving any lingering grip on who you think you are or who you think you're supposed to be.
And when you're ready,
Slowly trace your arms back up,
Passing over your shoulders,
And rising along the sides of your neck,
Landing for a full breath in your jaw,
Guiding your jaw to soften,
Then allow ease and lightness to ripple across your entire face.
All the small muscles around your eyes untangle,
As does any tension in your temples or forehead.
Your entire head,
Front,
Sides,
Back,
And inside,
Surrender into the support of the pillow below.
And as any and all physical tension dissipates,
So too do wandering thoughts.
Your mind becomes calm and clear,
Light and luminous,
Free of both past and future,
Ready to explore what's parallel in the present.
Sense into your whole body where it rests,
Feel its connection to the bed beneath you,
While growing increasingly weightless.
Before your consciousness drifts into other realities,
Know that your body will remain grounded.
If you need to ground yourself at any moment on the journey,
You can always anchor back into the bed that holds you.
But take a few slow,
Steady,
Expansive breaths into your whole body now.
With each inhale,
Imagine a subtle cosmic shimmer starting to fill you.
It infuses every cell and every fiber of your physical matrix,
While awakening your spirit.
Feel yourself growing lighter and lighter with each enchanted breath.
Now see your consciousness or your spirit slowly rising from your body now.
It hovers in the space just above you for a moment,
Remembering that it can always come back down and reconnect with the physical realm if it needs to.
But watch as it slowly drifts higher now,
Rising up through the space of the room you're in,
Passing effortlessly through the roof and into the night sky above.
You are rising above this world,
Rising through the clouds,
Suspended between body and cosmos for a few magical moments.
The world beneath you glitters,
A diverse terrain of mountains,
Water,
Desert,
Forest,
And glowing cityscapes.
And above and all around you,
The cosmos widens into a vast enchanted expanse of sparkling celestial bodies and infinite mystery.
Stars glisten and multicolored nebulae swirl against a velvety onyx canvas.
A sense of endless possibility is becoming apparent,
And you can feel deep in your bones that there are countless journeys to take here.
Your consciousness rises higher,
Moving further away from your physical reality.
Yet as the distance grows,
There's no sense of disconnection.
You are intimately aware that everything is connected,
And that you're held and supported all versions of yourself exactly as they are.
Something is appearing now,
Far away from the earth below,
Suspended in liminal space.
It can only be described as a sacred circle of light portals,
Arched doorways,
Hovering in thin air,
Glowing in white light.
These doorways are portals into parallel realities,
Each one containing a different version of you.
Each leads to a unique universe within the multiverse,
And the doorways appearing to you now are just a selection of what's cosmically available.
These are the ones most aligned with what you're presently yearning to feel or experience.
So now,
Allow your consciousness to drift into the center of the circle,
Surrounded by these glowing arched portals.
And as you feel their light infusing your spirit,
Ask yourself the question,
What is one quality I want to embody to my core?
What is one quality I want to embody to my core?
Notice what arises,
Be that self love,
Courage,
Trust,
Or something else.
Choosing just one word for now,
If multiple come up.
And when you're ready,
Your attention turns intuitively to one of the doorways,
To a doorway where an alternate you has embodied this chosen quality deeply and truly.
Take a slow,
Steady breath,
And then envision yourself passing through the white light and into a place where you can see and experience yourself having fully embodied what you're yearning to embody.
Notice where you arrive.
Is it a place you know well?
Or is it a place you've only imagined or can only dream of?
Are you alone where you are?
Or are you in good company?
What are you wearing there?
And how do you carry yourself?
And what are you doing in this place,
In this reality,
Where you've fully embodied the quality you seek the most?
Allow yourself to fully experience what it's like to be here,
To witness and to feel this other version of you.
And know that you're in full control of the journey.
If at any point something doesn't feel wise or nurturing,
You can return to the sacred circle,
Or to the feeling of your body where it rests.
Now ask this version of you if there's any wisdom they have to share with you.
Anything you can carry back to the you that exists in physical reality.
You might ask,
What do I need to know or consider to embody what you embody so naturally?
Listen closely now through all of your senses.
Spend a few more moments absorbing any wisdom or insights that this alternate you wants to share with you.
And equally,
Absorb the positive energy they emanate.
Feel it becoming your own.
When you're ready to continue exploring,
Take one last look around at this other world.
And thank the version of you that exists here.
Thank them for who they are,
And for any wisdom they shared with you.
Depart the way you came,
Passing back through the light portal and into the middle of the sacred circle that floats in the cosmos.
Notice what it feels like to have experienced what you just experienced.
And know that you've only encountered one of many alternate realities.
Then tune back into your unique spirit and ask yourself,
What is another quality I'd love to embody more fully?
What is another quality I'd love to embody more fully?
Notice what arises,
Perhaps joy,
Strength,
Focus,
Or something else.
And when you're clear on the quality you'd like to explore next,
You intuitively turn to a second portal.
Taking a slow,
Settling breath,
And when you're ready,
Your consciousness drifts through the second glowing doorway to an alternate version of you that has embodied this quality to the core.
Notice where you arrive,
Knowing that there are no limits here.
The place you find yourself in may resemble a place on Earth you know well,
Or it might be completely unfamiliar to you.
The important thing is that you feel safe there,
And that it feels nourishing to be in the presence of this other version of you.
Remember that you have full agency over this process,
And that you can redirect to something that feels grounding and supportive if at any time you need to.
But,
Assuming you've come to a soul-nourishing place,
Let it come to life through all of your senses.
What does it look,
Smell,
Sound,
And feel like?
You might even notice what it tastes like.
Is this version of you alone or with others?
Are you in a city or a rural landscape?
And what are you doing in this parallel universe?
How do you move,
Act,
And carry yourself?
This alternate version of you has fully embodied this second quality of your spirit's longing.
Notice what it feels like to be in their presence,
Absorbing the positive energy they carry.
Now,
You quietly ask this alternate self,
What wisdom can you offer to help me to embody more of this in my own physical reality?

Wait,
Listen,
And watch for any guidance that arises.
Spend a few more moments experiencing what life is like in this universe.
Listen for any lingering insights,
And bathe in the inspiring energy of this alternate you.

When you're ready,
Pass back through the light.
Enter back into the sacred circle of light portals.
Take a few breaths to integrate the you just encountered.
Now,
Reattune with your spirit,
With your consciousness,
As it floats at the boundary between one reality and all others,
And ask yourself,
Is there something else that my highest self would like to experience?
Is there something else that my highest self would like to experience?
The answer could be worldly,
Such as to be on a different career path,
Or to live in a different country.
Or it could be otherworldly,
Like to be able to fly,
Or to live in an otherworldly realm built of crystals.
Whatever your heart and spirit truly long to experience,
So long as it nourishes and serves your highest self,
Let it be known.

Turn to another arched portal of light,
And when you're ready,
Make your way through it.
Make your way into a universe where another you lives and breathes this experience you long for.
Notice where you arrive,
Take in its colors,
Textures,
Shapes,
And life forms.
Notice what this alternate self is doing here,
How they live,
Move,
And breathe.
Bathe completely in all of the positive qualities that float through this place,
And that emanate off this other version of you.
Feel the experience becoming your own,
Taking root in your consciousness.
Now,
Quietly but powerfully,
Ask the you who lives here,
What guidance can you offer that would empower my own life?

Stay open to what's ready to come through,
Listening through ears,
Heart,
And higher mind.

Surrounded by glistening celestial bodies and the vastness of space,
You can feel your own body shimmering with stardust.
The magic of the universe is alive within you,
In your very own cellular makeup.
And in the days ahead,
You will remember that magic,
And you will feel very close to your endless,
Shimmering potential.
Your spirit approaches the home that your physical body rests in,
Passing through its roof and into the space of the room around you.
And gently,

Your consciousness merges back into your body.
You might gently wiggle your fingers or toes,
Or simply feel the weight of your body on your bed.
Take a few slow,
Steady breaths to anchor back down,
Grounded,
Peaceful,
And vibrantly alive.
There's nothing left for you to do now but rest.
You can return to those parallel worlds at another time.

In preparation for a deep sleep,
Draw your attention to the crown of your head,
And imagine one final wave of relaxation moving through you.
Feel it massaging your temples and effortlessly softening your forehead.
Guiding any lingering tension or tightness in your face to melt away.
Your entire face,
Your jaw,
And your whole head relax deeply,
Surrendering to the pillow beneath them.
Ease and release moves down the sides of your neck,
Landing in your shoulders and guiding them to soften.
There's nothing they need to carry.
Your arms relax all the way down to your fingertips.
Trace your way down them,
Feeling them melt into the support of the bed beneath you.
And as you arrive in your hands,
Let them surrender any grip they hold on wakefulness,
Letting yourself inch closer and closer to sleep.
Sense into your chest as you breathe,
Feeling it fill with nourishment on the inhale,
And relaxing deeply and completely with every exhale.
Allow this sense of release to extend out to your back body,
And to flow slowly and gently along your spine,
Soothing your nervous system.
Rest for a few breaths when you land in your belly,
Feeling the way it gently rises and gently falls.
Let your stomach muscles soften completely as your attention roots down into your tailbone.
Invite your entire pelvis and your hips to soften as your tailbone sinks down,
Even if only energetically,
Into the earth below.
Then allow this invisible current of relaxation to complete its journey by flowing gently down your legs.
And encourage your muscles to soften,
To completely surrender the day behind you,
As deep sleep quietly inches closer.
Sense into your feet and toes,
Where we began this journey some time ago,
And give them one final whisper of permission to surrender.
There's nowhere they need to carry you now.
And allow your whole body to root down into the earth,
Into this physical reality,
And into the steady support of this very moment.
And give yourself permission to drift now,
To be held,
Restored,
And nurtured as you sleep.
