Shine light on your darkness.
The only way to heal your emotional trauma is to dive deep within to that part of you which has been scarred by your personal history,
By your emotional pains.
If you are not prepared to heal your inner wounds,
Then the ride will continue to be bumpy.
Make friends with the uncomfortable,
Unpleasant,
Difficult and challenging emotions that come up.
They are your friends.
They are here to tell you that you are out of balance.
Don't be afraid of the feelings which are distasteful and distressing.
It's time to lighten up,
To ease up,
To take more time for self-love and self-care.
Find the equilibrium which allows you to be more at ease more of the time.
Move to inner peace,
No matter how much suffering or darkness is within and around you.
Darkness is merely the absence of light.
When you are feeling alone,
Lonely,
Heartbroken,
Depressed,
Angry,
Frustrated or deprived,
Just realize your inner light has been dimmed.
It may not be your fault for there is much darkness in the world all around you and it is easy to get caught up in.
Your light can never be totally extinguished for it is always within you.
We know for we were present when that spark of light was placed in your DNA by the Source.
You can transmute your inner darkness into light and love.
Be gentle with yourself.
Be kind,
Loving and more self-accepting.
If you can embrace your inner darkness,
You will notice that the light within begins to move from a flicker to a flame.
Turn off the news,
Turn off your smart devices and move away from the annoying crowd.
It's time to shine light upon your darkness more of the time.
