Abundance is your birthright.
Although most of us have not been taught this,
Abundance begins within you.
You are an energetic being,
And the energy that flows from you is creating the life you are walking into.
Let's activate the energy of abundance within you now.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in,
Filling the body with breath,
And exhale,
Let it go.
Continue with these slow,
Deep belly breaths,
With each breath inviting a sense of peace and ease into the body,
With each exhale releasing any contraction or heaviness.
Breathing in,
Feel your body soften.
Breathing out,
Allow your jaw to unclench.
Let your shoulders drop.
Allow yourself to land here,
Fully in the body,
In this moment.
Feel the knowing that you are safe,
That you are supported,
And that you are surrounded by an infinite field of abundance.
Now bring your awareness to your heart.
Place a hand there if it feels right.
Feel the warmth,
The rhythm,
The life within you.
This is the seat of your receiving.
Repeat silently or aloud,
I am open to receive.
I am aligned with the frequency of abundance.
I remember that I am source in form.
Now visualize a golden light above your head.
This light is divine intelligence,
The energy of infinite possibilities.
Feel this light pouring down through your crown,
Filling your body with warmth,
Light,
And clarity.
As this divine intelligence flows through you,
It washes away any fear,
Feelings of scarcity,
Lack,
And doubt.
Notice how you're beginning to feel more aligned,
More whole,
More empowered with every breath.
Now imagine yourself standing in the middle of a vast open field.
The sun is shining.
You can feel the warmth on your skin.
The earth is alive.
Everything around you is growing,
Expanding,
And blooming.
This is your energy.
This is your life.
This is your abundance in motion.
Speak it into being.
I live in an abundant,
Generous universe.
Everything I desire is already seeking me.
Money,
Opportunities,
Joy,
And love flow freely to me.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel how supported you are by the earth.
You do not have to chase.
You do not have to hustle.
You only have to remember,
I am worthy.
I am the embodiment of abundance.
Take one more deep breath and anchor this feeling into your body.
I am worthy.
I am magnetic.

Anchor the frequency of these words into yourselves,
Into your energy field.

Notice how each time you hear these words,
You feel them more deeply in your body.
They are the truth.
Embody them.
And when you're ready,
Begin to return to this moment,
To the sensations in your body,
Inviting energy into your fingers and your toes,
