If you're ready to relax and drift off to sleep,
Take a moment to find a comfortable position for the body in the bed.
And softly close your eyes,
Tuning in to the inner space.
Take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
And just give yourself some time to reflect on what happened in your day.
Allow yourself the permission to bring forth anything that was wonderful,
Stressful,
Challenging,
Anything that made you feel happy or sad,
Angry or anxious.
Bringing yourself this time to simply reflect on the day you've just had.
And just give yourself a moment to reflect on what happened in your day.
Now,
Having accepted everything that happened in the day,
Any emotions that you experienced,
Any obstacles that you faced,
Perhaps overcame,
Any energies that were heavy or light,
Supportive or unsupportive.
With nothing repressed,
Nothing rejected,
The whole day accepted fully for what it was.
We can now let that day go.
We'll take five clearing breaths together.
The releasing breath consists of an inhale through the nose,
Deep and long,
And a strong exhale through the mouth like the wind,
Releasing whatever happened in your day with the breath.
Begin by breathing out completely through the nose.
Inhale through the nose and exhale strong breath out through the mouth release.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth release,
Let go.
Inhale through the nose,
Whatever happened,
Exhale release,
Let it go with the breath.
Inhale through the nose,
Strong exhale through the mouth,
Last inhale through the nose,
The last release through the mouth,
All breath and anything left from this day released,
Let go.
And when you inhale,
Just allowing the natural rhythm of breath to take over as you relax completely and embrace this space left behind.
So clear and open,
So expansive and liberating.
Free from any tension or burden.
Heart open,
Mind calm.
Reminding yourself that you deserve love,
Health and a peaceful sleep.
To restore and rejuvenate in this space,
In this calm,
Deep tranquility.
Drift off to sleep,
Filled with love.
Safe and clear.
Safe and clear.
Free from any tension or burden.
