Welcome to your 10 minute shamanic drumming session.

So just getting in a really comfortable position,

Whether that be laying down,

Maybe in your bed,

Or maybe sitting in a comfortable chair.

And I encourage you to grab a blanket,

A pillow maybe for your head,

Just get really comfortable.

This is going to be a big emotional release,

So whenever we are doing drumming,

We are letting go of a lot of stuck energy in the body.

So if tears come or if you start to feel emotions,

Just let them rise.

And just breathe through them,

Letting them go.

So we'll get started closing the eyes.

So So So So So So So So So So So Taking a couple of deep breaths,

Just noticing what the drumming so far has done to the body.

We're going to continue in a couple of moments.

But first I just want you to notice,

Maybe noticing the vibrations in the body,

Maybe noticing a point of tension,

Maybe there is a pain in the body that wasn't there before.

And that's just part of the process.

So tuning into a part or a couple parts of the body that are either holding on to some tension or pain or any kind of emotions.

As we continue on with the drumming,

I want you to focus on that area.

As you listen to the sounds.

So So So So So So As you tune into the rate of your heart.

Deep breath in letting out to the mouth,

Laying aside.

Slowly you can start to bring movement to the body,

Rolling the ankles and the wrists,

Maybe,

Maybe you slowly start to flutter the eyes open.

Just coming back into the room into your surrounding.

And just moving slowly for the next couple minutes,

Letting your body just process whatever came up for you.

Staying here for as long as you need to.

Namaste.

This is a helpful drumming g session. It’s guided, so after a while she comes in to speak and offer some guidance. Therefore, if you are seeking 10 minutes of journey drumming uninterrupted, this may not be the one. If you want her guidance, I recommend it.

I really love this meditation. I do it most mornings and it makes me feel relaxed and tingly. Do you think you could record a longer version? 🙏♥️
