And begin to sense the physical body,

Allowing yourself to really scan the physical body,

The length of the body,

The tissues,

The muscles,

Sensing maybe even the weight of the bones,

Head to toes,

Toes to head,

And notice what shows up,

If there's any phenomena,

Color,

Messages,

Symbols,

Realm of emotion and feeling,

And the realm of the emotional body.

Noticing the quality of emotion,

How you feel emotionally,

The tone.

As you tap into that,

Does any other phenomena arrive,

Any color,

Symbols,

Messages?

And shifting now to the realm of the mind,

The mental realm,

The mental body,

The body of thoughts,

Learning.

For many of us,

There's always thoughts coming and going,

Like clouds moving through the sky,

Sometimes dark and gloomy,

Sometimes light and fluffy,

But for sure passing through,

Moving through.

Notice the quality of the thoughts,

Are they new thoughts,

Are they redundant,

Repurposed?

And as you notice these thoughts,

Is there a felt sense associated with these thoughts that show up in the body,

Or any messages or symbols or memories?

And shifting now to the spiritual body,

This more nuanced body.

Hope to be present with what's arriving,

The spiritual body,

This fourth body,

Through these four layers,

These four bodies.

Is there anything,

A common thread or anything that sticks out,

That seems relevant in this moment?

Homing in on that thing,

Noticing where it lives in the body,

Allowing yourself to really hold it gently,

As if you were holding a baby bird in your hands.

Curiosity and listening,

Just simply listening.

Maybe there's some wisdom or memory of the body that wants to bubble up,

And maybe not,

So there's no demands.

Just presence and awareness,

Caring.

Is there something for me to know in this moment?

Is there something I need to hear from my higher self?

Just being open and receptive and knowing that it may show up in words,

But it may show up in other ways as well.

Taking a moment just to thank yourself for presence,

Curiosity,

Sharing.

You're welcome to place a hand on your heart and a hand on your belly.

Breathing and connecting these two places,

Your will center and your heart.

Such a beautiful and calming voice. This meditation was the perfect length for a quick morning centering to start my day.
