Begin finding the rhythm of the breath,

The breaths be three-dimensional,

You're feeling that cosmic egg within.

Circular breathing,

Breathing in,

No pause,

Breathe out,

No pause.

Stay present with the breath and the process,

Noticing where there's challenge to be,

There's limitation,

Just letting each breath be its own unique cycle,

Fully receiving,

Fully releasing,

Softening the body with each exhalation.

The next exhale,

Exhale all the way to empty and hold,

Breath,

Noticing how the breath shows up,

Where it shows up.

Allow yourself to receive more,

Each breath in,

Showing up again,

Showing up.

On this next exhalation,

Exhale all the way to empty,

Arrive again,

Noticing how the breath arrives,

Where does the breath show up.

And we'll move into a longer exhalation,

Any visions,

Any colors or images,

Each in breath being inspirited.

The next exhale,

Exhale all the way to empty,

And if you wish,

Softening on the empty,

Holding on the mid-end,

Just noticing where it shows up,

How it shows up for you,

Letting each of these breathing cycles be a journey.

And as you're ready to receive the innate breath,

It will be a double exhalation this time,

Even more letting go of resistance,

Softening,

Noticing how it shows up in the body,

Where it shows up.

And this is our last round,

Staying present,

Present with yourself,

Welcoming the medicine that's right for you.

And on this next exhalation,

Exhale all the way to empty,

Let the shoulders soften,

Sense into that space behind the skull,

Begin to visualize a full moon.

As you exhale,

See that light gently move forward,

Repeat this rhythm many times,

Just holding this image of moonlight moving through,

Imagine them as tiny ripples,

Gentle movement of the fingers and the fingers.
