And now we are going to be doing a visualization that is going to deepen more and more your sleep and your relaxation.
Envision that you are breathing in calmly,
Breathing out.
Envision this breath.
This breath is like a wind,
Coming in,
Coming out.
It is fluid,
It is calm,
It is regular.
With each breathing in,
Breathing out,
Each breath brings you tranquility and peace.
Envision this tranquility in your body and scan your body.
If you sense that there are some places in your body that there is still some tranquility to be bringing in,
Envision a white light,
A healing white light,
Coming from your head and going down,
Down,
Down your body to this spot.
Envision this white light coming to this spot and giving it lots of healing,
Lots of relaxation.
And the more that it brings it lots of relaxation,
The more that your body is more and more relaxed,
More and more peaceful.
Now sense if there is another spot of your body that still needs tranquility.
Maybe your head area.
Maybe your chest area.
Maybe your feet or your belly.
Just direct this white light to these different places all at once.
Sense that this white light has an intelligence of its own.
It knows where it goes in order to release any tension,
Any worry,
Any intranquility.
Allow it to go wherever it is needed to heal this intranquility from your body.
And the more that it is directed where it is needed and you sense it in your body,
The more that your body is relaxing and you breathe in calmly.
And as you breathe out,
You release all of this intranquility.
And now continue again to envision this white light going to all of these places where you sense that there is still some intranquility.
This white light is beginning to release all of this tension,
All this intranquility from your body,
From your mind,
From your emotions.
And as you breathe in calmly and you breathe out,
You sense this intranquility,
This worry,
These negative sensations leaving your body,
Letting you lighter and lighter.
Your body is more and more relaxing.
Your body is deepening more and more its relaxation.
Your body is more and more heavy and you prepare yourself to sleep.
And now sense if there are some spots where you sense that there is a lack of peace,
A peace that maybe doesn't allow you to deepen more and more your sleep.
Sense where these spots are,
Where there is this lack of peace.
And now please direct this white light,
An amazing and beautiful white healing light,
To these spots in your body where there is some lack of peace.
You might choose to direct it to just one place or multiple places at the same time.
It doesn't matter.
You can even just not direct it at all.
You just let this white light go wherever it is needed,
Without you needing to be in any control of it.
This white light is healing all of these spots.
And you breathe in and you breathe out.
And you breathe out this lack of peace.
You breathe in again and you breathe out this lack of peace.
And now we are going to breathe in the peace.
And we are going to direct it to all the places in our body that need this peace.
In order for you to be more and more relaxed.
In order for your body to be more and more profoundly heavy.
In order for your eyes to be more and more profoundly heavy.
And now we are going to be breathing in the tranquility.
And we are going to be sending it to all the places in your body where it is needed.
And you might not need to control where it goes.
The white light has its own intelligence and goes wherever it is needed and wanted.
For you to deepen more and more your relaxation.
As you breathe in and you breathe out,
This white light continues its healing process.
For you to be more and more relaxed.
Envision yourself in harmony.
Notice your breathing.
Notice it as a gentle breeze.
Always steady.
You breathe in,
You breathe out.
It is a continuous breathing.
It never stops.
It guides you to a restful sleep.
Sense that you are letting go.
You are in the harmony of the breath.
There are no thoughts.
And if there are some disturbing thoughts,
Envision the white light going towards these thoughts and releasing them.
Let the white light do what it knows to do,
Cleanse you,
