Just as we have physical bodies, we also have non-physical bodies, including the astral & etheric, that layer around our human form. Every living being has an aura.And while we can't easily see our aura's magnificent spectrum of colors with the naked eye, we certainly can feel it. It's constantly shifting and changing based on what we are doing, where we are, who we are around, and especially — how we are feeling at any given moment.The aura contains our negative emotions and thoughts. Sleep disorders might arise from an aura that might be full of these negative sensations and through that it can be open and might have absorbed negative emotions and thoughts from others. This meditation allows to clear the aura to feel emotionally and mentally stable and this clearing of emotions allows the relaxation necessary to sleep.

Welcome to this meditation for sleep.

I am Giena Raichi,

I am an energy coach,

And during this audio,

We are going to prepare ourselves to sleep.

We are going to clear our energetic body from the emotional blocks,

The energetic blocks that don't allow it to relax.

And we are going to prepare our energetic body to relax.

This is the first step to sleep.

For some people,

Just doing this protocol works efficiently to sleep.

And for others,

They need to clear their chakras and their meridians from all the blocks in order for the body to further relax.

So please,

Pay attention during this process on how your body relaxes on each step.

And if at the end of this audio you are not drowsy enough,

Not sleepy enough,

Not relaxed enough,

Please,

Listen to the other audios on clearing chakras for sleep,

Clearing meridians for sleep.

Please relax,

Breathe in,

Breathe out calmly,

Put your hands on your belly and feel your belly moving.

Feel your breathing slowing down.

With each breath,

Feel that all the thoughts are being detached from you.

Feel them detaching,

Feel them going away,

Feel yourself relaxing more and more.

Get your attention on each part of your body relaxing,

Feel your feet relaxing,

Feel your ankles relaxing,

Feel your knees relaxing,

Feel your hips relaxing,

Feel all the abdominal parts relaxing,

Feel your thorax relaxing,

Feel that your breath is more and more calm,

Feel that you are in security,

Feel that positive energy is going in your lungs and making them breathe more profoundly.

Feel your lungs being filled with relaxing energy going to all the parts of the lungs,

The frontal side,

The lateral sides,

The backside,

And now feel the energy entering into your back,

Feel each part of your back being relaxed,

Feel your back relaxing,

And now feel the energy entering into your throat chakra,

All your throat area is relaxing,

All your neck area is relaxing,

Feel the relaxing energy entering into your face,

Relaxing all your face,

Relaxing your eyebrows,

Relaxing your eyes,

Relaxing all your nasal area,

Relaxing your mouth,

And now feel the energy entering into all your brain,

All your head,

Feel all your head relaxing from all the negative thoughts,

From all the inner chatter,

Feel the negative emotions leaving,

Feel the thoughts leaving your space,

Feel your head relaxing,

Feel all your body relaxing,

Feel your arms relaxing,

Feel your hands relaxing,

And now feel the energy moving between your hands,

Your head,

Your feet,

And restoring all the positive energy in there and relaxing your system and prepare it to sleep,

Feel the energy going from each finger to your head,

Each finger to your feet,

Each toe of your feet to your head,

Each toe of your feet to your fingers,

And now feel all around your body,

Few centimetres around your physical body,

There is an energetic body that is called aura,

Now that you have relaxed our physical body,

We are going to allow the energetic body to relax,

And we are going to relax this energetic body in the front and in your back,

So we are going to relax it emotionally first,

Just relax and let your body yawn,

Let your body relax,

Let your body stay in the present moment in total relaxation,

Allowing it to sleep,

Allowing it to be in peace,

Allowing it to be in total security,

So let's begin with the frontal side of your body,

I am going to send energy there to free the negative emotions,

Let's begin,

And now if you need more time,

Take the time to rewind a little bit the audio to have more clearing of the frontal side,

And I am going to begin with your back side and clearing the negative emotions that had stuck there,

Allowing your body to be more,

Allow yourself to stay calm,

Relaxed,

Stay in the present moment,

Feel your eyes relaxing,

And now I have cleared the negative emotions that were in your back side aura,

And if you please just rewind a little bit the audio,

The relaxation,

I am going to clear the front side of your aura,

So I am beginning,

Just relax,

How do you feel now,

More relaxed,

I am going to clear now the back side of your aura,

Allow your body to relax more and more,

Allow yourself to stay in just the sensations of your body,

Just feel those sensations of your body,

Allowing yourself to sleep,

And now we are going to further and further relax our aura,

We are going to send it a color that is going to relax it more and more,

And allow it to be more in a drowsy mode,

In a sleepy mode,

So let's begin with the frontal aura,

Feel your eyes relaxing,

Feel your brain relaxing,

Feel all your body relaxing,

And now let's relax more the back side of your aura,

Now,

How do you feel,

How is your relaxation,

If you need more of a certain part of your aura being cleared,

Go back to those sections,

Or just imagine yourself receiving that energy in your energetic system,

If you feel that you need more relaxation,

In order to relax more your chakras,

To allow yourself a more drowsy body,
