This meditation, with 'angelic' voices and a harp, prepares you to a peaceful sleep in harmony with the rhythms of the Earth. The voice is faster initially, slowing down, and lowering the volume. You are putting away all worry and problems, to prepare to restoring sleep.

Music And so you have arrived at the end of the day.

Getting ready to have plenty of restful rejuvenating sleep.

Allow yourself to find the most comfortable position.

And take a couple of deep nice breaths.

Let your breath establish a healthy rhythm for the night.

Taking those slow inhales imagine how every cell of your body receives the right amount of oxygen.

And every organ of your body returns to its ideal healthy functioning overnight.

Tonight your body and mind will allow you to have the right amount of sleep.

And you will wake up at the right time rested,

Energized and restored.

But now there is nowhere else to go.

Nothing else to do.

You only need to listen to the sound of my voice that will take you deep into peaceful sleep.

And if you become aware of any normal everyday noises they will only help you to sleep better.

Letting go.

Entering the state of harmony.

In the beginning I would like you to imagine a box.

Any box with a heavy lid is fine.

When you have the image of the box in front of your mind's eye,

Open the lid.

And now move to this box everything that you don't need right now.

Everything that you can deal with in the morning.

Everything that could interrupt your sleep.

Perhaps your mind is occupied with worry,

Unanswered questions and mind chatter.

For now allow them to stop,

Detach and let them float from your mind to the box.

Watching your worry and mind chatter floating from your mind to the box.

And when that's done,

Close the lid and turn away from the box.

Now feeling safe and calm.

You can allow only beautiful peaceful thoughts and images stay with you.

All that makes you feel so deeply relaxed,

Gentle and innocent stays with you.

All the beautiful thoughts and images that will help you sleep better stay with you.

So you can be deeper and deeper relaxed.

So calm,

So peaceful,

Allow yourself to fall freely into a deep restoring sleep.

Imagine yourself now standing in front of a vast and beautiful field of your favorite flowers.

It's a peaceful evening.

The sun just disappeared below the horizon.

The western sky is still light,

But you already see the stars and the moon when you look up.

It's just a perfect temperature.

Allow yourself to be in harmony with the rhythm of the earth getting ready to rest.

Looking towards the field of flowers,

You see a beautiful white tent in the distance.

The tent is lit with warm dimmed light and you feel a desire to spend the night in this tent.

Imagining fresh air all night long,

Peaceful place in nature,

Your refuge,

Positive energy,

Timelessness.

As you start moving towards the tent,

The flowers open a path in front of you.

As you walk,

You sense the fragrance of relaxation and peace.

Your mind is a still light and your mind is a still light.

When you are ready to enter the tent,

You notice it's a perfect bedroom.

A place of deep restored balance.

Feeling completely safe,

Letting go.

Sit down in the most comfortable bed and fall.

Fall easily into deeper and deeper sleep and your mind is a still mind.

Calm,

Safe night filled with pleasant dreams.

Falling deeper and deeper,

Falling easily into deeper and deeper sleep.

Smiling while falling asleep into regenerating,

Rejuvenating sleep.

Loading in pleasant dreams.

Deeper and deeper.
