Joanne here with another 5 minute wonder meditation.
So this one is specifically designed for you to help you to tune in to the body and to the breath.
So we'll be using the tuning forks,
Which is a lovely resonant instrument to help calm the body and the mind.
So I'm going to invite you to connect your headphones or maybe to a home sound system.
If you do use your headphones,
Make sure the volume is not too high and then find a comfortable position and take a deep breath and we'll get started.
