Hello my dear ones.

Settle yourself beautiful souls and find a place where your body can soften,

Either sitting or lying down,

Somewhere your whole being can exhale.

Now take a slow breath in and begin to count yourself gently back from 30 and with each number feel a little more melt,

A little more release,

A little more space opening inside you.

You carry on,

Let your breath be the anchor and your body be the shoreline you return to.

Now bring your awareness to a place where you feel that is tight,

Blocked or calling for attention.

No rushing,

Just notice.

Breathe softly into this place as if your breath could create room,

As if your breath could hold it.

Rest your hands there now,

Your palms as warm messengers of comfort and whisper to yourself,

Beloved body,

Is there a message you want to give me today?

And allow whatever rises to float up gently,

A feeling,

A memory,

A colour,

A word,

An image or simply a sensation.

There's no right way,

There's only what arrives.

Take a few deeper breaths and let the message reveal itself without judgment,

Without pushing,

Just receiving.

And if you wish,

Jot down what came,

As if you're catching the whisper before it drifts away.

Now softly say,

I call on my divine healing intelligence to release all pain,

All blockages or all heavy stagnant energy from this area.

Feel or imagine the dense energy loosening,

Lifting,

Unwinding as your breath escorts it out of your body.

Inhale deeply now,

Slightly arching your head back,

Letting your lower spine curve gently.

And then exhale,

Bringing your head forward,

Your back lengthening and softening.

And repeat this flow for three or four times,

Slowly,

Easy and effortless.

Now rub your hands together slowly,

Intentionally,

Every finger,

Awakening the currents within your palms.

Hold your hands a little apart and feel the tingling,

That magnetic hum and see between your palms an indigo sphere of light forming.

Deep,

Soothing,

Luminous indigo.

It's the color of pain release,

It's the color of inner quiet.

Now bring this indigo light over the place of discomfort,

Breathe it in,

Let it move through you,

Let it dissolve what no longer belongs.

And whisper to yourself,

I call on my divine healing intelligence to infuse this area with pure healing energy.

And I command that the immune mechanisms of my body awaken now and that my body returned to perfect,

Beautiful,

Radiant balance and health.

Now breathe,

Just breathe continuously,

Gently.

And we'll do this for a whole minute,

Letting the energy build like warm tides inside you.

Now imagine a golden light spreading through your entire body,

Soft,

Warm,

Repairing,

Running through every cell,

Every thread,

Every layer of your being.

And when you feel lighter,

When you feel spacious,

Begin to return slowly to the to your breath,

To the world around you.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Knowing you have awakened your own divine healing intelligence.

May your heart be soft,

Your spirit steady,

And your path whispered in peace.
