Within the quiet spaces of your heart, a soft voice is always speaking — gentle, wise, and endlessly patient. This is your intuition: the language of your soul, the whisper that guides you back to your truth when the world grows loud. In this meditation, you’ll learn to listen — not with your ears, but with your whole being. Through stillness, breath, and trust, you’ll begin to recognise how intuition feels in your body: subtle, steady, and luminous. Let each breath become a bridge between mind and spirit. Allow the noise to fade. What remains is the calm pulse of knowing — your inner compass, waiting to be heard.

Hello and welcome to this meditation about hearing the voice of your own intuition.

So settle your body,

Feel the support beneath you,

Whether it's the earth,

A chair or a bed,

Whatever is holding you.

Let your hands rest softly,

Palms open and receiving.

Take a long,

Slow breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth as though you are sighing away the day.

And with each of those exhales release what is not yours to carry,

Thoughts,

Expectations,

Noise.

Just soften into the stillness and make space for your inner knowing to speak.

Bring awareness to your heart center,

Imagine a soft golden glow there,

Warm,

Pulsing,

Steady.

This light is the voice of your intuition,

It's always here,

It's always calm and it's always kind.

Breathe into it,

Let each inhale fan the flame and each exhale spread the warmth through your chest,

Your arms,

Your whole body.

Notice your breath slowing naturally as if your inner self is exhaling too.

Now ask gently inside yourself,

How does truth feel in my body?

And listen,

Not with your mind,

But with your sensations.

Maybe it feels like expansion,

Ease,

A soft warmth.

And ask yourself,

How does it feel in my body?

Notice any tightening,

Heaviness or restlessness.

You are learning your body's language,

The sacred translator of your soul.

Imagine yourself standing at this entrance of a beautiful moonlit garden.

The air is fragrant,

Jasmine,

Earth and stillness.

A silver path winds before you,

Leading to a mirror-like pool in the center.

Each step you take along this path silences the noise of the world just a little more.

And when you reach the pool,

Kneel and gaze into the water.

See your reflection,

Calm,

Luminous,

Wise.

This is you,

Beyond fears and doubt,

It's your intuitive self.

And ask softly from your heart,

Beloved inner wisdom,

What do I most need to know right now?

And just pause in the silence,

Let the answer arise naturally,

As an image,

A word,

A feeling,

Or even just peace,

There's no need to force it,

Sometimes the silence is the answer.

Trust what you sense.

If a message comes,

Whisper it aloud or hold it in your heart.

If nothing clear comes,

Know that the seed of understanding has been planted and it will bloom in its time.

Now place your hand over your heart again and say softly,

I trust my inner knowing,

I honor its gentle voice.

And imagine the golden light within your heart pulsing brighter,

Traveling up through your throat so your truth can be spoken.

Behind your eyes,

So you can see clearly.

And to the crown of your head,

So you may stay connected to higher wisdom.

Feel this golden current aligning your body,

Mind and soul.

You are the clear channel through which intuition flows.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath,

Slow,

Deep,

Peaceful.

Visualize the pink lotus flower opening within your heart,

A symbol of your unfolding wisdom.

And a blue butterfly that lands gently upon it,

Messenger of transformation and trust.

And whisper to yourself,

I am still.

I am open.

I hear the quiet truth within me.

I walk forward,

Guided by love.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes softly,

Carrying this feeling of inner clarity with you.

Perhaps jot down what came through,

Even if it's a word,

Maybe a color or a sensation,

Before it fades.

May your heart be soft,

Your spirit steady and your path whispered in peace.

Namaste.
