Hello,

This is Jodi with Big Heart,

And I am so glad you are here.

As you settle in,

Know that there is nothing you need to do,

And nowhere you need to go.

Simply allow my voice to gently guide you into rest,

And then allow the music and the silence to carry you the rest of the way.

Tonight there is nothing you need to fix,

Nothing you need to figure out,

And nowhere you need to go.

So allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.

Allow yourself to be supported completely.

Simply bring attention to your breath,

No need to change it.

Simply notice,

Feel the gentle rise and fall.

With each exhale,

Imagine your body growing heavier,

As if gravity itself is helping you rest.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Allow your jaw to release.

If thoughts appear,

That's okay.

You don't need to follow them.

Simply let them drift by,

Like clouds passing through the quiet night sky.

Now imagine your body slowly sinking.

Nothing to hold,

Nothing to do.

Your breath becomes quieter.

Each exhale carries you closer to sleep.

Your body softens even more.

If your mind wanders,

That's perfectly natural.

Simply return to the feeling of rest and letting go.

In a moment,

I'll begin to speak less,

And quiet to guide you the rest of the way.
