My name is Joey.
Today we are going to do a mental imagery meditation.
But before we begin,
I am going to read several Florence Scoville Shin quotes.
Because we are going to use these quotes for our imaginal exercise.
So when you are ready,
Go ahead and relax and just focus on these words.
Whatsoever a man soweth,
That shall he also reap.
This means that whatever man sends out in word or deed will return to him.
What he gives,
He will receive.
Owing to the vibratory power of words,
Whatever man voices,
He begins to attract.
Words and thoughts are a tremendous vibratory force,
Ever molding man's body and affairs.
Gratitude is the law of increase and complaint is the law of decrease.
Man's word is his wand,
Filled with magic and power.
The game of life is a game of boomerangs.
Our thoughts,
Deeds and words return to us sooner or later with astounding accuracy.
So now we will go into our imagination,
Where we take this boomerang and throw love or gratitude completely onto another in perfect timing and watch it then come back to us with astounding accuracy.
So as your eyes are closed,
I want you to breathe in and breathe out,
Already fully relaxed in this moment.
And I want you to begin to imagine yourself in a large and open field.
You are looking around at the beautiful sky.
The weather is perfect.
And you smell the flowers all around you.
You are feeling better and better in this place.
You look down and in your hand,
You are holding a soft and spongy,
Bright white boomerang.
It is radiating white light and you feel the warmth of it in your hand.
You notice that the slight breeze that was here is now still.
You breathe in and out.
You look up and off in the distance,
You see a person that you want to see smiling and waving at you.
You smile and wave back,
But they are too far to talk to at the moment.
But you have a message to share with them.
So you look down at your boomerang,
Knowing you can put the words right into the boomerang and it will soak it up and store it for delivery.
So take a moment now to send your message,
Your words into the boomerang and grip the boomerang strongly in your hand.
The boomerang is lighting up more and more as you send your message into it.
It is getting warmer and warmer in your hand and you can begin to feel a magnetic pull that it wants to be released and thrown into the sky.
So you lift your arm and coil it back as the potential energy builds more and more in this boomerang.
And just as you begin to feel the electrical charge numbing your hand,
You throw the boomerang forward with all your power and might,
Releasing the boomerang from your hand and sending it flying toward the target.
You watch as it flies through the air at just the right trajectory as you continue to say the words it has stored in it.
It has almost reached them and they look up smiling with their arms held high as the boomerang finds its way gently into their hands.
And as they grab hold of the boomerang,
Their entire body begins to glow with a radiant white light as the message is filling their heart and body.
And suddenly the boomerang separates itself from them as they continue to glow in light.
And the boomerang is now finding its way back towards you like a magnetic force.
Behind it,
It is shooting sparks of light that is creating a rainbow as it comes back towards you.
It lands gently back in your hands and you feel its electrical charge.
Charging your heart as you take a deep breath in and feel the radiating energy fill you from head to toe.
You continue to deeply breathe in the healing and powerful energy of light and feeling its profound goodness pulsating through your entire being.
Stay with this feeling.
Stay with your message.
And breathe in and out.
And knowing that you are perfectly made of this powerful energy that is circulating within you now.
The game of life is a game of boomerangs.
Our thoughts,
Deeds and words return to us sooner or later with astounding accuracy.
When you are ready,
