My name is Joey.
Today we will be doing a meditation on being in a state of harmony.
So what is harmony?
I once heard Joseph Murphy describe it as simply an agreement.
And what does it mean to agree?
The root of the word means to please or satisfy,
To receive with favor and take pleasure in.
Be in harmony.
Be in agreement and accepting of limitless abundance.
And how do you do that?
Be grateful.
Take pleasure in the thoughts of infinite abundance.
The more you choose to use your senses,
Seeing,
Hearing,
Smelling,
Tasting and touching,
To recognize miracles and pleasing things in this life,
The more you will be in harmony and able to receive every desire of your heart.
As Neville Goddard says,
Feeling is the secret.
Using your senses,
Seeing these miracles and pleasing things to you over and over again,
Will put you in harmony with nature,
With the universe.
You are in agreement that all is well.
The following is an affirmation prayer by Joseph Murphy.
After reading it,
We will start to get into a more meditative state and focus our attention on harmonizing with the divine that is within us.
And your attention to that which you desire produces an agreement from the divine to provide an already infinite supply.
So listen closely to this affirming prayer as you relax your mind and body into these words and surrender into a state of complete harmony.
I know there is only one source,
The light principle,
The living spirit from which all things flow.
It created the universe and all things therein contained.
I am a focal point of the divine presence.
My mind is open and receptive.
I am a free flowing channel for harmony,
Beauty,
Guidance,
Wealth,
And the riches of the infinite.
I know that wealth,
Health,
And success are released from within and appear in the without.
I am now in harmony with the infinite riches within and without.
And I know these thoughts are sinking into my subconscious mind and will be reflected on the screen of space.
I wish for everyone all the blessings of life.
I am open and receptive to the divine riches,
Spiritual,
Mental,
And material.
And they flow to me in avalanches of abundance.
As you continue to relax,
Breathe in and breathe out,
And start to feel what it is like to not be separate,
Not be alone,
Not be isolated,
But to be in harmony with the kingdom within you,
With infinite supply.
Be in agreement with this living spirit from which all things flow.
Now imagine an incredible river flowing through a colorful landscape surrounded by mountains,
Hills,
Trees,
Plants,
And animals of all kinds.
Above is a blue and magnificent,
Calming sky.
And as this majestic river flows through the beautiful nature scene,
You feel your energy moving in harmony with the flow of this water.
You feel as if you are one with this river of life.
And because of this intention of harmony,
You are feeling more and more relaxed as you agree to let the river take you on this adventure.
Needing to do nothing but feel from a state of harmony.
And in so doing,
You begin to feel an incredible sense of gratefulness for everything that has been brought into your life today,
Yesterday,
And what it brings to each moment flowing forward.
And as Joseph Murphy says,
You are open and receptive and a free-flowing channel for wealth,
Health,
And success because you are in harmony now with the river.
Not separate,
But part of nature and in agreement with the infinite supply of love,
Wisdom,
And prosperity.
You flow with ease.
You flow with gratitude.
You flow with limitless abundance.
You flow with openness and a willingness to receive.
You have surrendered to the flowing guidance of the river and are free and in harmony with it.
You now fully feel the peace of this connection.
And after this visualization is complete,
You will continue to be open and receptive to flowing in this natural harmony.
And more and more,
You let go of the idea that you are ever alone or need to rely on your own means of navigation.
Here,
With the river,
There is nothing to navigate,
Nothing to figure out.
You are in complete agreement with the living spirit from which all things flow and all is well.
All is in harmony.
You are already perfect,
Already whole,
And with the divine waters that supply your every need and desire.
It is ever-flowing.
It is overflowing.
And as Neville Goddard says,
Feeling is the secret.
Live from the state of the wish fulfilled.
Feel the harmony.
Feel the connection to the flowing river.
Feel the abundance of your infinite supply.
Feel the love that comes from the kingdom that is very much alive within you.
Stay with this infinite river supply and feel into the gratitude illuminating from your heart to know that you are connected to nature,
Connected to the divine,
And in harmony with the living spirit from which all things flow.
And listen again to these affirming words of Joseph Murphy.
