Welcome my loves to working with your future self. I am Johanna Burkhart. Please find a space where you can lie down comfortably, Where you will not be interrupted. Just allow yourself to get settled. As your energy settles we're going to begin with three deep belly conscious breaths, Breathing in through the nose and nice and slow out the mouth. Two more times, Breathing in through the nose, Feeling that belly expand, The chest expand, And nice and slow out the mouth. And one last time, Breathing in through the nose and nice and slow out the mouth, Just allowing for your breath to find its natural movement, Feeling how your breath moves up and down your spine. The gentle rise and fall of your belly, The gentle expansion, Contraction of your chest. As you sink deeper into this space, In your mind's eye, See a beautiful golden ball of light moving from the center of the universe in a spiral formation, Moving through Alcyon, Moving through the sun, Moving through the solar system, Moving through the earth's atmosphere, And gently and comfortably entering into your crown, Beginning to spiral nice and slow, Transmuting any obsessive thoughts, Any confusion, Balancing your crown energy and strengthening your connection to all that is. As that warm, Golden ball of energy spirals down into your third eye, Transmuting any fears, Cleansing any limiting lenses, Balancing the third eye energy, And strengthening your connection to your inner sight. As that warm, Golden ball of energy spirals down into your throat, Gently and comfortably transmuting any pressure to speak or to act, Balancing your throat chakra and strengthening your connection to your inner voice, Your inner truth. As that beautiful, Warm, Golden ball of energy spirals down, Entering into and around your heart chakra, Transmuting any grief, Any heartache, Any pain that is ready, Neutralizing, Expanding, Reconnecting you to your pure divinity, To your love for oneself. As we allow that warm, Golden ball of energy to spiral down into the solar plexus, Feeling that warmth transmuting any resentment, Any anger, Any shame that is ripe and ready, Neutralizing our solar plexus, Moving us into a very detached, Neutral state of being, Strengthening our connection to our sovereignty, To our power. As that warm, Golden ball of energy spirals down into the sacral, Transmuting any guilt, Any ancestral karma, Any ancestral programming that may be blocking your path forward, Anything that may be blocking your creative flow, Your inspiration. As we neutralize the sacral and strengthen our connection to all that is, All that was, And all that will be. As that golden ball of energy spirals down into the root, Transmuting any fears, Any doubts, Any spaces where we do not feel completely safe and present in the now, Neutralizing our whole entire field and securing our energetic being into this physical vessel. As we allow that energy to enter into your hips, Releasing them, Allowing your legs and feet to fall where they may, And that beautiful golden energy streams out your feet and into the core of Mother Earth, Grounding you, Anchoring you even deeper. In your mind's eye, Once again, I want you to see yourself standing in front of your heart, Where there is a beautiful door. Just take a moment to observe the door. Notice what the door of your heart currently looks like. What color is it? What type of material is it made of? Does it have any growth on the door? Is it old? Is it new? Is it ancient? Is it modern? Is it big? Is it small? Just observe. When you're ready, I want you to open the door of your heart and step in to your sacred space, The safest space available to you. And as you walk in, Just observe. Is it a garden? Is it a beach? There is no right or wrong answer. It's your sacred space, The space where you are inherently free of all pain, All limitations. It is a space of pure connection and love. As you walk around observing this space, I want you to notice off in the distance a beautiful temple in the shape of a pyramid. These beautiful white pillars connected to an awning, Beautiful staircase. You feel called to go towards this beautiful temple as if your heart is beckoning you forward. As you get closer, You feel that connection strengthening. And as you reach the staircase and begin to climb each step in front of the double doors, You notice a being with a long, Skinny beak. This is Master Thoth. He is the keeper of the Akashic Records, And he is here to guide you into your records. As he opens the double doors and guides you in, You notice a being with a long, Skinny beak. This is Master Thoth. He is the keeper of the Akashic Records, And he is here to guide you into your records. As he opens the double doors and guides you in, You notice it is a long hallway filled with doors. Notice the floors. As you walk down the halls, You notice each door. You notice how each door is just a little different. There are beautiful scones between each door with a beautiful violet flame. As you continue to walk, You will wait until you find the door with Saint Germain. As you continue to walk down these halls, Begin to see Saint Germain coming into your mind's eye, Standing in front of the door. It contains the very information that you are seeking, A very special place of meeting. As you stand in front of Saint Germain and this beautiful door, Observe this door once again. What does this door look like? What color is it? How does it make you feel? Everything is information. Everything has something to share with us. Saint Germain hands you a key. He lets you know that once you walk into these doors, The space will hold symbolism. How it appears, The things inside will all be clues, Seeds planted to help liberate you. You will ask to get comfortable in the one of two chairs that will be inside. The second chair is for your future self who will be joining you. This information will be crystallized inside of you, So just allow yourself to be fully present in this moment. When you are ready, Place the key in the doorknob, Unlocking the door and stepping forward. Master Toth and Saint Germain will guard the door and allow you to be fully present in that space. As you walk in, Observe. What do you see? What do you feel? What do you smell? What do you hear? What do you sense around you? There is nothing too big or too small. Feel free to pick up anything, To touch anything, To explore this room just for a moment. And when you're ready, You can sit down in the chair facing the other chair and comfortably wait. Take your time. I will give you a few moments. Now that you are comfortable in the space, You hear the door open once again as your future self walks in and takes a seat. You take a moment just to connect eye to eye, Heart to heart, Taking each other fully in. Notice what you look like in the future. Not just your physical features, But your demeanor, Your spirit, How you sit, How your energy speaks. This is your moment, Your time to ask your future self anything that you would like to know to liberate yourself from whatever it is you are struggling with. You may be struggling to move through. You may ask as many questions as time allows for and your future self will answer with what you need to know. And we say this with love because oftentimes if we give you too much, It will cause more harm than good. So we will give you the information that you need to move you forward towards that in which you desire to go. Take this time now to ask your questions and you may see, Hear, Feel, Sense, Or know the answers. Just trust them. Be here with them. Enjoy this time. As your discussion begins to wind down, Your future self presents you with a gift. This gift is a symbol of all the information and all the energy that was shared in this experience. Something that you can easily recall and just by visualizing or feeling that gift, The remembrance of all that was said and experienced returns to your being as if it had just happened. As you take this gift we ask you to place it into your heart to know that it will always be there until it is not needed anymore. We ask you to say goodbye to your future self with gratitude and love for their wisdom that they have passed on. And as your future self exits, You stand and take one last look around to this space. Notice if anything changed and it may not have. And when you're ready, Open the door and step out. Standing in these halls, Saint Germain and Master Toth take your hands and with their power and energy we further crystallize this wisdom into your bones, Creating a blueprint to help you navigate your way forward. In the event that you veer off from your path, You will be gently guided back and find your way once again by returning to that inner knowing, That inner wisdom, Connecting with them now. We begin the sealing process. By the power of three we release and seal thee. By the power of three we release and seal thee. By the power of three we release and seal thee. So it be. We thank Saint Germain as Master Toth once again leads you back down the hallway towards the double doors, Just taking this whole space in that you may return to at any time you wish. And as you return to this space, In that you may return to at any time you wish, Each door opens a new space, A new portal of information, Compartmentalized and organized by design, By your design. And as you reach those double doors and exit the temple, Master Toth bows to you and you bow to him, Saying thank you in immense gratitude for helping us today. As you say goodbye and begin to slowly make your way down the staircase and begin to venture off into your sacred heart space, Once again taking this beautiful space in, Noticing if there's butterflies or dragonflies or dragons, Noticing the landscape, The landscape, The feeling. This is where you come to find peace within the most sacred space there is. And as you're continuing adventure to that heart door once again, Opening it and stepping out, Turn around, Look at the door to your heart now. What has changed? These doors represent our state of being, It represents how our heart is represented in the physical. Is it open and expansive? Is it joyful? Is it welcoming? Or is it a locked steel door boarded up? Is it overgrown with vines? This door can change from day to day, That's okay, It's just an observation. And noticing the change from when you entered will show the growth and the wisdom that you not only obtained but actually changed in your DNA simply by utilizing your own power to connect to another version of you that exists in this now moment, Because this now moment is all there really is. As you begin to walk away, You find yourself entering in to the space where you began, Noticing where your body connects, Feeling your weight once again, Taking a nice long deep belly breath, Breathing in and out, Beginning to rotate your wrists and ankles, Getting to move your body just a bit. And when you're ready, Take your time, You may return. Namaste.
