Imagine there's a hallway.
Step into the hallway and start walking towards the white light.
There's a beautiful effervescent energy up ahead.
Walk towards it.
As you walk towards it,
Relax.
Coming up again,
Up into the beautiful white light energy,
And step in to the white light.
Feel the beautiful energy.
You feel loved.
You almost feel like you're home.
Absorb all the beautiful white light energy coming into your cells.
Fill each cell with this beautiful energy.
Absorb it into every part of your being.
Soak it in.
Relish the feeling of warmth as though you were out in the sun.
Allowing it to heal every part of you.
As you continue walking through this white light,
You'll see an elevator door.
Step into the elevator and choose the button that says heart center.
You'll start to feel yourself going down.
The elevator is comfortable and warm and loving.
You feel safe.
As you continue going down,
You're starting to release all your stress.
Imagine as you continue going down,
Gently down.
You can release all the baggage,
All the thoughts,
All the feelings,
All the anxiety,
All the stress.
And just leave it on the floor of the elevator.
Just let go of it all,
Whatever baggage you're holding onto.
Release it all.
Put it on the floor.
You don't need it anymore.
Release it.
Relax as you continue going down and down and down.
Letting yourself become more of who you are,
The truth of who you are.
Releasing and letting go.

And as you come,
The elevator comes to a stop.
You notice all the things you've left behind.
And trust that they will be recycled into pure white light energy.
But you no longer need them anymore.
The elevator doors open.
And there's another bright white light.
It feels warm and calm and inviting.
And you step out of the elevator.
And you see a door.
The door is labeled heart center.
Step through the door into the heart center.
Notice how you feel in this space.
Take a look around.
And imagine that in this space,
All of a sudden,
It's being filled up with this beautiful energy.
This benevolent energy.
The whole space is becoming benevolent.
It may have a color or a texture or smell.
But you recognize it as benevolent.
Breathe that in.
The next energy that comes into the space is compassion.
Notice how compassion feels.
Does it have a color?
Does it have a texture?
Does it have a smell?
Feel the whole space with compassion,
The feeling and the energy of compassion.
And on top of these beautiful benevolent energies and compassionate energies,
In comes the love energy.
The love energy fills the whole room,
The whole space.
Maybe it has sparkles.
Soak it in.
Relish this space,
This feeling.
There's a chair and I invite you to sit on the chair.
It's a comfortable chair.
You can relax.
Breathing in and soaking in all this amazing energy.
This wonderful feeling.
And up above,
In front of you,
You see this huge screen coming in to your experience.
Like a TV screen.
And on the TV screen,
I invite you to envision something that you really,
Really want to experience on a physical level.
That you get so excited about experiencing.
Allow for that vision,
That image to become clear on the screen in front of you.
Notice your feelings about the vision,
The experience,
Your level of excitement,
Your level of happiness,
Your level of joy.
This experience fills your heart,
Fills your soul.
Whatever comes to mind,
Whatever is being shown on the screen,
Allowed for it to unfold in front of you.
Soak in all the details.
And as you've clearly captured all the emotion that's involved in this experience.
The screen shows an image of a shape.
It has a color,
It has a texture.
And all the emotions are contained in that shape.
The shape then becomes a third dimensional object in front of the screen.
It feels really good.
Put the shape into a treasure chest that has just appeared on your right hand side.
Collect the shape and put it into the treasure chest.
Gently and eagerly.
Notice the screen is showing another wonderful experience that you want to manifest on the physical level.
That you're eager to experience,
That you can't wait to experience.
See your smile,
See your joy,
Feel the emotion in regards to this experience.
This happening fills your soul,
Fills your heart.
You have so much gratitude,
So much excitement.
And once again,
The screen shows a symbol or a shape that has a size and a color and a texture.
All the emotion goes into that shape and symbol.
And have it come out as a three dimensional object and once again place it into your treasure chest.
The screen shows another truly wonderful experience that is in your field and is absolutely possible for you to experience on the physical.
It is part of your potential.
See the experience,
Feel the emotion.
Breathe it in,
Look how happy you are.
Feel the excitement,
Your smiling.
Say yes to that experience and once again the screen condenses into a third dimensional object.
It has a color,
It has a shape,
It has a size.
It contains all the emotion that is related to that experience and once again put it in your treasure chest.
Look to the screen and you'll see another wonderful experience.
Maybe something completely different,
Something that you're not necessarily expecting,
But you know in the heart of hearts that you want that experience.
You want to experience that on the physical level.
You're surprised,
You're scared or nervous about that experience,
But allow for it to become real on that screen.
Notice both your excitement and nervousness of it happening.
Turn all the nervousness and anxiety into extreme joy because it's absolutely part of your potential.
It's in the field.
It fills your heart with love and joy and excitement,
Passion.
Breathe it in.
Once again,
It becomes a third dimensional object,
A shape.
It has a size,
It has a color,
It has a texture.
It might even have a smell,
Might even have a sound or some words might be attached,
But it contains all the emotion and the joy and the exuberance that that to be experienced holds.
And once again,
Take that third dimensional object and place the energy of it into your treasure box.
And again,
The screen appears with even more excitement and more enthusiasm for a totally different experience on the physical level.
It's a deeper want and wish.
It's in your field.
It's totally available to you if you so choose.

You feel so grateful and so blessed that that is absolutely part of your to be experience.

You're amazed at the connections that you're making the experiencing that you're having the joy and the gratitude and how much your heart has expanded.
This is absolutely part of your potential.

Looking down at your treasure chest and thinking,
Wow,
What a glorious collection of future experiences.
And you look to the screen and once again,

Another want and wish.
And you delve into the joy and excitement and the exuberance of that experience.
Hear the laughter,
Feel the joy.
Everything's so easy and flowing.
And again,
It becomes a third dimensional object with a color and a sound and shape.
And place it into your treasure chest.
Look up to the screen once more.
Yet there's another experience.
Another exciting opportunity.
You're so giddy with knowing that it is absolutely part of who you are.
And once again,
It becomes a shape with a color sound,
Maybe a smell,
A texture.
And it contains all the emotion that is part of that experience on the physical.
And once again,
You put it in your treasure chest.
You're so giddy with all the exciting things that are part of your treasure chest.
You look up once more to the screen and one more experience is available to you.
Oh my goodness,
Look at that magic.

Watch the screen and have it tell you what is available to you.
Have all the emotion and the excitement and the joy come into a shape.
And have place that shape into your treasure chest.
And one more last experience that's available to you.
Look up to the screen.
And this one is a surprise.

You can feel how amazing this will make you feel on the experience on the physical level.
