Some of the heaviest resentment we carry is toward our own family, a parent who could not give what we needed, a sibling who creates triggers, a grandparent whose choices still shape the family today. It can sit quietly for years, costing you more peace & more freedom than you realize, leaking into your mood, your other relationships, and the stress you carry throughout your days. This workshop is a chance to understand where that resentment really began and what it has been protecting you from feeling. We will look gently at the old family roles and unspoken agreements underneath it, without blame and without asking you to excuse anything. When you can finally see what you have been carrying and why, something starts to soften, and you get to decide what you keep and what you are ready to set down.
