If you're feeling lethargic or low energy,
No problem.
It doesn't take long to shift into an energized state.
So please sit tall or stand up and ground down through your feet.
Take a big breath in through your nose and then exhale with a sigh.
Let's do it again.
Breathe in long like you could breathe in from your feet,
Inhaling fresh energy all the way up,
And then exhale out anything heavy.
One more breath like that.
Long breath in like you could breathe in new energy from the ground all the way up through your body.
Hold this breath at the top,
Holding this new fresh energy.
Let it move up into the space between your eyebrows,
Energizing you from the tips of your toes all the way up to the space of your brain.
And when you exhale,
You're going to let go of heaviness.
You're gonna let go of lethargy.
Exhale,
Let it go.
And maybe shake out your hands,
Your arms,
Releasing what you don't need.
Sometimes just a few breaths like this can spark a shift.
So let's seal it in with an affirmation.
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
Maybe you place a hand there.
Maybe you place another one on your belly.
And repeating these words silently,
I am awake.
I am alive.
I am ready.

Roll your shoulders back,
Shine your chest,
Your heart towards the sky.
Open across the chest.
Feel this posture lift.
And imagine that there is a smile that is forming from the inside like it could go across your torso and rise up to your chest and heart.
And then land on your face,
Stretching the corners of your lips up towards your ears.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can open your eyes and move into the rest of your day refreshed,
Alive,
