You can notice where your body is supported,
The bed beneath your back,
The chair,
The ground beneath you.
Let yourself receive this support,
Softening and lengthening too.
Take another breath in.
Exhale,
Release any weight from your shoulders.
Relax,
Soften your jaw,
And bring your attention to the space around your heart.
Imagine a subtle warmth or gentle pull.
It is a quiet magnetism.
And as you breathe in,
Silently say,
I am open.
As you exhale,
I am receptive.
No matter what I receive today,
I trust it is for my highest good.
Even in the challenges,
And especially in the challenges,
I choose to see them as supportive of my highest self.
I don't have to understand it all right now.
I allow what unfolds to shape me in ways I can't always see.
Now imagine moving through today with a quiet confidence.
You don't need to force outcomes.
You don't need to resist what arises.
You are simply available,
Steady,
And present.
