Welcome to the Infinite Peace Meditation for love and acceptance.
Allow yourself to sit in a comfortable position or lie down if you prefer.
Make sure your body is comfortable and warm.
It is time to relax and release.
Allow yourself to close your eyes and go within,
For this meditation is fully for you.
You can release what is going on outside of you.
I relax my body.
I relax my mind.
I open up to heal,
To connect with the Infinite Source,
My guardians,
My elders.
With each exhale,
I let go of tension in my body.
I release it back to the universe.
Let us begin.
Inhale into your feet.
On the exhale,
Release.
Release any tension.
Be aware of any tension that resides in your feet.
Bring your awareness to your legs.
Inhale into your legs.
Focus fully.
Inhale a bit more.
As you exhale,
Relax completely.
Your body becoming heavy,
Fully relaxed.
Move now to your hips.
Fill in the whole area around your hips and your buttocks with new prana,
New air.
As you exhale,
Release completely.
Relax.
Moving up to your stomach and your chest.
Inhale,
Fill your stomach and your chest.
Let it expand in all directions.
Fill your whole chest and stomach with air,
New prana,
New life force.
As you exhale,
Release all the tension you may find there.
Now moving up to the shoulders and your arms.
Inhale deeply.
Fill your shoulders and arms,
Every cell with new air.
And release.
Fully relax your arms,
Relax your shoulders.
Now breathing into your neck and your head,
Fully allowing the breath to enter every part of your face,
Your jaws,
Back of your neck.
Fill a little bit more.
Inhale,
Keep inhaling.
And exhale,
Release completely.
Just allow the tension to leave your body,
To leave your body.
Visualize a green warm light,
Calming and soothing.
Allow each breath to nourish this light,
Making it shine stronger,
Filling your body,
Every cell.
Feel how every breath fills your heart and whole body with love and acceptance.
Love and acceptance.
Allow it to flow like air,
With ease,
Fully free.
The more you release the tension you hold and invite love and acceptance in,
The more relaxed and at peace you will feel.
Identify any anger,
Resentment,
Sorrow and shame.
Release it with each exhale,
With gratitude to the universe.
It does not serve you anymore.
All energy can be transformed.
As you fill your whole body,
Every cell with green light,
Showering you in love and acceptance,
You slowly transform.
The heaviness is lifting,
The tensions are evaporating,
Everything is suddenly more quiet.
Focus on the green light.
Allow yourself to bathe in it.
Now allow the green light.
To move beyond your body,
Encompassing that which is around you.
Allow it to spread like air until the whole room is filled with green warm light.
With each inhale,
Invite love and acceptance to enter.
With each exhale,
Release it and allow it to fill the room.
As you accept the sacred flow of emotions and learn to breathe with intention,
You will no longer hold on to tension in your body and mind.
You will see glimpses of inner peace that will grow with your practice.
You will learn to invite that which serves you and your community.
You will transform on a cellular level.
Slowly start bringing the green light back to your heart.
With each breath in,
It is more and more focused in your heart and chest.
After a few deep breaths,
It shines like a star,
The size of your hand,
In your chest and heart center.
Remember,
This love and acceptance is yours.
You are worthy of being loved and to love.
Your heart and body is fully capable of releasing that which does not serve you anymore.
You are love and you are loved.
Feel the complete surrender to this knowing and the complete relaxation of body and mind.
Inhale deeply,
Filling each inch of your body,
Every cell.
Exhale slowly.
Slowly start moving your fingers and toes,
Bringing awareness back into this room.
Move your shoulders and your spine softly and lovingly.
Slowly rise to a seated position if you are lying down.
Bring your head palms to your face and run your hands and fingers across your head and face gently.
Allow them to flow down to your chest,
To your stomach,
To brush over your legs and down to your feet.
Hold your feet.
Simply rub the soles of your feet.
Bring your hand palms together and bring them in front of your heart.
Bring the feeling of love and acceptance with you in your words,
Thoughts and actions.
Thank your guardians and elders.
Thank the universe for receiving that which you needed to release and yourself for being loving and accepting to yourself today.
You are loved and you have the full capacity to love.
