I'm grateful that I'm giving myself a true break from work.

I'm taking deep breaths,

I'm getting into my body,

I'm getting into myself.

Work is a very different energy from this energy right here and right now.

I tune in with myself,

How I'm feeling,

What I'm thinking,

And I ask myself now,

How am I showing up in the world?

How am I showing up in my work world?

How have I showed up today?

I reaffirm now that I'm a thermostat,

Not a thermometer,

That I have control over the temperature and the climate of my workspace,

And my work environment changes depending on how I am and what I am and what I'm doing.

And any automatic negative thoughts that have been walking around,

Overstaying their welcome,

I invite them to go.

And I open the door to positive thinking.

I open the door to positive living.

I open the door to being calm,

Clear now,

The authentic me,

The sincere me.

And right now it's time for me to refuel and recharge,

Opening myself up to confidence,

To strength,

To focus,

To joy,

And to gratitude.

I am here to be the best me.

I am here to give the best me,

And I am here to shine.

And so now I slow down even more.

I notice,

I observe,

And in these still moments,

I invite wisdom to speak.
