We're going to talk about the balancing of the liver and the spleen while we're doing this. So remember that's already available on Insight Timer and it will be a very great complement to what we're going to connect with today. So that's there for you, It'll help you and support you after we've done this session. Here we go into the space together, Where you are, See if you can hold that as a very gracious, Clean and clear space. Just for a little while, Let's be here, Let's be fully present for this amazing release, Which is going to help you so, So much. Let's take a deep breath in my treasures, A long, Slow out-breath, Drop, Drop, Drop into this moment and be here. Place your feet, The base of your body or whatever part of your being is holding itself and touching and connecting to the earth. Become aware of that connection and then drop, Drop into it. I love to think about falling back into the wings of angels, Wouldn't that be so sweet? Feel held here, Feel safe. As you create the space for you with your mind, Begin to breathe into this beautiful being, Sipping in this life force energy into you, Long, Slow out-breath, Release, Let go, Drop, Drop into this moment. See if you can stabilize your energy in this way, Ground and connect. Whenever we feel a little bit wobbly, We feel like life is just a little bit too challenging, Just stop where you are, Practice doing this 300 times a day so that we create a new reset point. We start teaching this mind-body-being that we are not just moving through this life obliviously, That we are conscious of how we're feeling in the moments when that awareness awakens in us. And when it comes in, It's really wonderful for us to ask our being, I wonder, Remember that was the magic words, I wonder what that's about. I wonder why I suddenly feel very depleted in my energy. I wonder why I got a sense within me that it's not okay. The moment you acknowledge you, Your feelings and what you're sensing, Your being comes back to itself. We place ourselves in very disconnected and fragmented parts of being. We're here and there and busy and distracted. Our mind's thinking of something, Our body's doing something else and someone's calling us and we're planning something in our head, So fragmented. And all those little fragments that are dancing off your being are all picking up signals. So if you can imagine it like one of these sparky balls, And every single one of those little spikes that are coming off here, That they are connecting to something that you are thinking about or agitating about or the signal that's coming towards you because someone else was thinking about you. Everything is connected and this beautiful being gets the connection. This being understands what that's about. So my lovely, If you could bring all your energy back, All the spiky busy energy back now into a fullness, A fullness, A solid connection. Take a deep breath into that and bring all of you back to you. Soften your tummy, Smooth the skin on your beautiful face, Drop your shoulders. Allow yourself to be breathed and held. And send a message to your mind and body, I'm being held, Being breathed. Everything that I need right now is being taken care of. There is no struggle for me, Thank you God, To just survive right now. If you are one of the fortunate people upon this planet right now to be able to say that and to anchor that energy, I'm safe, Life supports me, I'm okay. If you, My lovely, Are so blessed to be able to say that to yourself, Then you become an anchoring point for that frequency. All the dear souls who are in treacherous and awful situations right now, Somehow the distortion in the energy field smooths just a little bit because someone somewhere is holding a conscious, Mindful connection to a higher vibration. That's you right now. Imagine how many of us could get together and reset the energy frequency of our earth. Imagine if the whole wide world could get together. Everyone at a single point in time and reset. That seems absolutely impossible. 20 years ago, 10 years ago, We couldn't have even dreamt of that. But here we are on this beautiful insight Thama. 30 million conscious people who are part of it. And it's growing all the time. Who come to a single place because they're seeking something else. And that's you. Wonderful you. So we hold a space and we hold us in it with our hands, With our heart. Imagining this beautiful cocoon, This chrysalis wrapped around us and we're safe, We're okay. We send that message not only to our own being, But we transmit it now. In beautiful vibrations out from us, May it go where it needs to go. May it bless and hold those that it needs to encourage and restore, Revitalize. And whatever we are able to do, Willing to do as a gift of kindness, A forgiveness, A release, Whatever we are willing to do with that, We are helping to release the collective confusion. We are helping just by giving the gift to us to be the greatest gift that we could give to all life. So don't think this is just you wasting your time. If something's tapping upon your door of awareness, That is for you to clear. Your awareness is your consciousness tapping and asking you, Please, Could you do something about this? You're not just suddenly inflicted by something. Some awfulness comes your way because it's a randomness and because you're just ridiculous or you're broken. Not true. It's because you're a healer. And if you can feel the content, The story, You can heal it. That is a synaptic energy connection, Just like the brain creates that as it fires and receives and connects. You can feel it. You can heal it, My lovely. And you connect those threads. So see yourself now where you are, Breathing, Relaxing, Softening your tummy, Sending a signal that you are safe. You're okay. And you're doing something that is wonderful for all life. We unwrap the energy cord of betrayal. So my lovelies, When I'm working with energy and I look into people's energy fields and I see that this is one that they are holding. It comes into the heart and the stomach meridians, Not the organs, But the meridians. And it holds there and it feels like a double punch at your heart and your stomach. So it will almost knock you unconscious and let you fall over, Double over, Trying to protect your tummy. It's a double punch, Heart and the stomach. So my treasures, When we have this hit us and we have an awareness that something's happened that was not okay, And we can claim in our awareness that it feels like a betrayal, Like someone let us down. Then we know that we are the ones carrying an awareness that we can also heal. In whatever way you've understood betrayal in your life, Ask your being to hold it gently outside of you, As if you are the guardian of this beautiful human self. And you are holding this that this darling human has had to feel so much despair, So many struggles around it. As your higher self hold that now my lovely. When I see this come into someone's field, I know that this one is only for the high vibrating light beings. It is too big a cord of pain. It is too upsetting for someone who has not moved into a higher frequency enough to be able to clear and cleanse it. So my lovely, If you have known the story of betrayal in your life, It's because you have the capacity to heal it. You are a light worker. I know instantly that this person's vibration is a very high light vibrating being, A light worker. So if you know this one, Please know thyself. Remember who you are. You've come to heal it. That is not your story. And I'm sure, And of course, It has played out in your life, So that you can understand it from the human reality, The human context. This betrayal energy sits with a few others. It sits right in the place of abandonment, Being very lost and forlorn. That old, Old sad word forlorn, Isn't it sweet? And you think about orphans, The lost feeling, The abandonment, The sadness, The deep, Deep sadness of that energy, Feeling like you cannot receive love. It's a very sad energy to hold. Of course, It creates a lot of heartbreak, Heart longing and heartbreak at the same time. As the holders of this energy, You are holding an awareness of the pain of betrayal, Which is the biggest of them all. And I say that because, My lovelies, If we took all the energies, All the energy codes, The signals of distortion and pain and survival, Suffering, Anger, Fear, Hate, Rejection, Dismissal, Guilt, Fear, Shame, Loathing, All those energies, And we just put all of them, All threads, We grab them all. And then we took them all and we twisted them all together. We'd come up with a big fat rope with lots of threads twined into it, Plaited together. And the big fat rope would be strong as can be. The big fat rope's name is betrayal. Because in every despairing energy, In every story of humanity, There has been a betrayal. If we have persecuted somebody or been persecuted, There has been betrayal. If we have rejected someone or been rejected, There is betrayal. If there's guilt, If there's awful situations, Horrors and treachery and torture and terror, There's betrayal. If there's neglect and abuse, There is betrayal. So can you see why this is the one that's only given to the highest vibrating light beings? Because it's way too devastating because it touches upon them all. I wanted to wait right to the end to do this one when we've gone through all the others, Just to loosen its grip a little bit. But it's too big right now in the field. I'm seeing it coming up so many times, So many times, With everybody all over the globe. So we've got to deal with this one now. We can't wait another few weeks. Until we get there, We must just jump in and do it right now. So let's do that now, My lovelies. Right here where you are, This beautiful space, You here, This being of light, This being of love. Understand first who you are. Remember who you are. The moment you remember that you're here on purpose, You're part of the divine design, You can't not be part of the divine design. There is only one design and it is the divine design. There are very many levels within that, Many stages, Many places and ways of being within that. But we're still in the divine design. If that's the truth, As we will see when we finish playing our human journey, Then we know that there is an orchestration and there had to be an agreement for us to be part of the story. As hard as that is to hear, Especially those who've known immense horror and torture and terror, It's like, How would I possibly choose that? Why would anybody do that? No, Not anybody could do that. But the high vibrating light beings can because they know and they remember. It just makes me go goosebumps. They know and they remember. They remember enough to be able to hold the spaces that are so hideous. And they hold them, Not to have that experience themselves, But they hold them in an awareness of what it is so that they can feel it and heal it. You, Beautiful being of light and love, You're here on time, At this pivotal time. And the story of betrayal will unlock all the stories that we're playing in. If enough of us can do them, We will see its day come to an end. We will find ourselves in the place that our souls and our hearts yearn for. Never forget that. Remember who you are. Hold gracious space. You are a divine being of light and love. Hold that space, My lovelies. It is vital that you do that and that you remember. Yes, We are. So we're going to play with this in a lovely way. And I'm going to show you how to do the liver spleen balance. Because, My treasures, This is where we can balance the whole system. So I want you to imagine that the spleen that sits under your heart on your left-hand side, As you go under your rib, And if you were to put your hand just down under your rib on your left-hand side, With your fingers pointing to the center of your body, And just go into those two places. So here you have the spleen, And I want you to put your left hand on your spleen. Your spleen holds the stories of everything that was known before. All the codes, The despair, The hardship, The suffering, The enduring, The foreboding, The warnings, History encoded in it. It is a little bit like the history channel. Then you take your right hand and you put it opposite it on your liver. So here as you connect with the liver and the fingers are not touching, They're just looking at each other. There's a little gap between those pointing fingers. When your hand is on the liver, The right hand, This is the energy center that holds that which we are moving towards to live. To embrace life, The anticipation, The excitement, The fulfillment of life. Notice those who have the liver problems are those who just cannot get into that place again because their systems are so depleted with just trying to manage and cope and be here, That the spontaneity, The manifesting, The anticipation of life to come has dissipated. So here you are holding your liver and I'm going to do my left hand with the fingers rotating down towards the bottom of my body and then I'm going to bring it back and I'm going to do the liver with that right hand with the fingers now rotating, Pointing up to my head, Pointing upwards and then I'm bringing it back. Let them look at each other now. You can see how when the one is running out, That's almost as if the energy is just going to drop off your fingers and drop down to the floor. When your fingers are pointing up for the liver that is now expressing life to come, Connecting to all that is, It is receiving into it. But when these two are in depletion, They cannot manage, They cannot balance. So this is what happens my lovely and it's a little picture that I'm going to give you just to explain what happens here energetically. When I see the energy of someone whose spleen, Whose past, Whose story is just so blocked up and so much in pain, Often there will be a lot of pain or disturbance in the field just above that space. If you could imagine like a child that has been attacked or anyone who's been attacked, We would close up to defend ourselves like a little ball, The armadillo, Close up to protect the soft part of our being. So imagine that the hand now that has been open and holding itself here where the spleen is on the left hand side, Close that hand, Close the fingers and now you've got a fist and there's no giving of the energy with the fingers open pouring its energy towards the beautiful liver because it's closed up energetically. All the systems are balancing each other and supporting each other. So this liver thinks oh my gosh this one is in agony or pain so it sends some life force loving energy towards that little cramped up ball of pain. It spends a lot of time just bending, Sending loving energy, Letting it move towards the space that is just locked up and closed just to support it enough to survive. But all that energy that should be for the opening towards the expansiveness of life is being used up in the way that it has to find a support. It's not being amplified, Not being opened into something else. This energy on the side of the right liver is really wasting its energy and we lack that sense of adventure and purpose and happiness because we're constantly giving the energy towards the place where the pain resides. Imagine now as we open and release the pain that this beautiful spleen starts to open up energetically these two begin to look at each other. The fingers are pointing to each other and the energy that begins to transmit through and back is a field that becomes. Where have you seen this my lovely when you've seen pictures of the body? The body creating and the cells replicating. Where have you seen this like these little filaments that hang off and then find each other and connect? This is what's happening energetically. So they now are able to help and support and love each other, Feed and nourish each other because we're no longer hanging on to this pain, This despairing pain. We've unlocked it, Now it is open and these two begin to balance and hold each other. I'm going to flip my hands around the other way so my palms are pointing down now and I want you to watch what happens when the fingers come together. Just do this in front of you. Your thumbs are pointing down and both of your hands are wide open. Take your fingers and let them merge and interlock. As you start to do this interlocking, You will notice that the thumbs come to a point where they touch. Thumbprints touch upon each other. If you were to take that posture that you're holding right now and you were to drop it down to where you were holding them, Spleen and liver, That little circle where the thumbs touch, That tiny little circle that is made over there that sits right on your solar plexus. And that is you completing your story, Your sacred agreement. What it is that you said you would come in to do and release and open and clear. The solar plexus holds the codes for our journey. The story we are here to do and complete. We know that we are here to fulfill a divine and sacred agreement. That resides in your solar plexus. When you join these two fields, You connect them in a way that is healthy and strong. You now complete and connect in to your most divine and sacred agreement. That, My lovely, Is what we're here to do. When we take our last breath upon this earth, We want to have a sense of, Wow, Done it. I did it. Completed the assignment. Way to go. That would be so beautiful, Wouldn't it? I do a lot of end of life work, And I can tell you the most painful thing to witness is when someone feels like they have not completed their life purpose, Their journey, Their reason for being here. They got too busy, Too distracted. They felt too broken, Too sad, Too little to remember who they are. So that mission, That assignment that we came in to do, We just weren't able to finish it. That's no good, My lovelies. It's very, Very hard to step out of a human body. It's not an easy thing. It's wide for survival. But if we get to the point where we can go, Oh, Okay, I've done it. There's nothing holding you back in this little frame. And it's so much easier just to shift to the next breath and move back into the essence of who you are, Divine being of light and love, Here on a mission, Here to do something really powerful. Please remember this. This is how it works energetically, My loves. And I want you to see that picture so you can understand what it looks like when I see it as energy. This is how I see it. You can see it any way you want. There's no right and wrong way. Just understand the balancing and the reason that you've got a story activating in you because you know how to heal that story. And that's your greatest gift that you're holding right there. Plus, The deep desire for us to complete our life purpose, Our mission, Our raison d'etre, Our reason for being. We have got to finish the story. We've been pittering about as humans for the longest time thinking we're broken and stupid. We're not. We're here on a purpose. We're here as part of the divine design. We are in the divine design. We were designed to be in this design. There is nothing wrong about you, Nothing broken. No matter what your picture looks like, You are seeing an image, A play, A scene of something that you are there to clear and heal. Step out, Step back, Come into the space and look carefully at what it is that's being presented to you because that's the exact thing that you are here to heal. We keep playing in it and we keep thinking that there's something wrong with us. We're not broken. We're just starting to open. It's going to help you so much to be able to stand where you are, To hold the space where you are in that now shift into a higher frequency. The more of us who do it, The quicker we're going to have ourselves in a much higher frequency that is in the divine design from that frequency. 3D, The game we're playing in right now is only about contrast and pain and despair and hardship. That's what 3D is all about, Contrast. Fabulous. We're given this beautiful earth with such beauty, Magnificence. Contrast. Because while we're experiencing all the stuff, The hardship of our human struggle, Our survival game, We have all this beauty telling us that this is not the story. Please remember, This is not the story. You're playing in something that is very difficult. Remember who you are. You're here to heal, To clear. This is your job. So settle down now into your life, Into your job, Into your purpose. Every one of us here, Imagine we make a contract, A new agreement with our being. We're not broken. We stand in another space in our energy field now. So many more of us now start to create something different. We're going to make a difference by being different. Here you are in the space. Hold your energy. Take a deep breath in. Calling your guides, Angels, Divine presence. Come now, Come close, Hold me. Now stand really close to me. And whatever it is that I can release and heal, Whatever it is that I can clear for my line, For the darling human line that I stepped into, May I please come into that with great gifts of clarity, Love, Kindness, Nurturing. You stand here and now begin to activate this human self. As you breathe in to your vehicle, You're breathing in the divine essence. Feel that you are changing the story of just breathing in the air to a life force energy that is essence. So let's try that now. Take a deep breath in. Imagine this energy coming into you now and sparkling and your whole being is just sparkling with this beautiful energy. If you can feel it activating in your body, You know you're doing it really well. And you keep breathing in a way that is very conscious and very clear, Welcoming in this life force energy, This incredible prana. And reactivate your system as you're doing this and you're pouring it into you. Imagine your beautiful heart has a field, A magnetic field that begins to open. Open it as wide as you can around you so that you can see now in your mind's eye a beautiful part of energy in you inside of it, Your energy vehicle, Your loco bar. Either you want to say it and feel it, Visualize it, Do that. Once you're in your beautiful energy field, You're holding your energy here and you've got this life force coming in. Imagine that you have a book right here in your hands resting inside this all wood light. This book has got all the stories, Every single item of history from the beginning of time. Within this beautiful light space with the compassion and grace of all that is, Imagine that we could just so quickly just thumb through the pages without stopping at any page. Let the book fall open. Hold it now in front of you with your eyes closed in your mind's eye. Hold this book of all the stories of the great struggles of humanity. With your heart so full with love, We ask now that the highest vibration of light and love can bring immense healing, Immediate, Immense healing to every wound, Despair, Heartache, To every sorrow and grief, To every bit of anger, Rejection, Hate, And to every energy field of torture and torment, To every cry, Every call, To the lonely, Heartbroken, Sad, The wretched moments of our human stories that are now held within this book. Feel the weight of it. There's just so much, Isn't there? So much pain. You hold it. So much love. Imagine that the highest light now comes in through you, Pouring in through the crown of your being in a shower of light, Radiate that light out through your heart, To your arms, To your hands, To that beautiful book of pain. With such honor and such kindness, With deep gratitude for all those who went before for their pain and suffering, For the ingenuity and the way they found a way when there seemed to be no way at all. And watch that book become light. Pour more and more light into it, To all times, To all fields, To all dimensions, Every pain, Despair, Hardship, Heartache, Every trauma, Every horror ever known, May it now be healed. Hold this with all the love that you could pour in there, No shame, No blame, No regrets, No story, No story. You're out of the story. You're just holding the story. No attachment to it. You just had to know it, To hold it, Hold it now. Watch the book becoming so filled with light, Lighter to the touch, And so light, And like you would watch steam coming from a kettle. We would watch this moment when we can see the steam and then it just dissipates into the air. We know that in the steam there is something, There is substance, There is the water that will reconstitute itself, Of course. But imagine that this is what's happening with this book now that we're offering all the pain, All the hardship, The stories of survival to all time, Fields, And dimensions. I release all ancient vows, Oaths, Curses, Promises, Agreements, Memberships, Associations, Everything that was created in any kind of way that held us bound, Trapped, Subservient, Suppressed, Persecuted. I release and let that go now. Just let it all go and imagine every little bit of it, Every word, Every story, Every little bit becomes the light in the air. Take a breath, Rest yourself in it. Put your hands on your knees so that your palms are down. Hold your knees, Stabilize, Connect to the earth and feel it is complete, Done. We hold the space with so much love. There is something amazing here. This beautiful heart and soul rests now. Well done, My lovelies. For as long as you can, Hold that space now. For the next few days, Just know that it's okay for you to feel vulnerable. Feel a little bit weepy, Feel a little bit angry, Feel a bit tired, It's okay. The human energy field takes a little while to release. But energetically, This is complete. Let it be so by allowing yourself to know that so deeply that there is absolutely nothing that you would pick up again and start to write in that book. That all we would hold now is a pen within our hand and a whole new story that we'd create that is filled with love and grace, Kindness and honoring. That we would hold each other with immense kindness and gratitude, Love and integrity. Every breath and every step and every beat of your heart, Hold this now. Be conscious, Be clear. In the moments that you can do this really well, You are amplifying energy that is beyond what you could imagine. In the moments where we don't do so well, We just give ourselves a jolly good hug and love the frailty of our dear human self as well. We take a breath and we carry on. We carry on and we carry on and we carry on right to our last breath. Can we do that? Beautiful you. So take a deep breath in. Long, Slow out-breath. Relax, Drop, Drop into this moment. Thank you for your energy, Your light, Your love, The grace. Thank you for you. Take care. Have a beautiful, Beautiful rest of this day. Go and honor you, Nurture you and give yourself something to drink. Go sit quietly for a little while. You're going to be okay. I'm right here if you need anything.
