You take a deep breath in and then as you breathe out feel this lovely connection to where you are right now and you take your next beautiful breath into your being imagining that you're welcoming the stream of the life force energy into you as you do open,

Expand,

Receive,

Allow,

Trust,

Give to you and every time you breathe out have the idea of releasing and letting go.

There's so much that we do that we can now give ourselves permission to just let everything go as it's happened,

It's done,

It's complete and then it goes.

No lingering energies,

No static debris and for the next few breaths feel as if you are doing that welcoming a clean breath of life of flow and ease into your being.

Then the long slow purposeful out breath release,

Release,

Let go and release all the way to the very end so that the next breath coming in is untainted,

It's got a clean space in which to flow and you feel that flow coming in.

Such a beautiful rhythm,

Find yourself coming into that rhythm,

Giving to you,

Releasing with deep gratitude and we ask that the rhythm that we are creating now becomes the rhythm for this beautiful time together and that in this rhythm we can begin to create a new way of showing up in this world that we can welcome in,

We can release and let go so that we can bring in even more,

More that is new and fresh and vital into our life and all the while we are releasing static energy signals,

Imprints that no longer serve us,

What a great delight that is for the opportunity of life that this is giving us and as we welcome that flow into us,

The highest vibration of light and love and into this gracious space may there be ease now.

As we connect our breath and feel this beautiful energy coming in,

We start to open up our energy field and you're in the very center of it and it just keeps expanding and opening and each time we breathe out,

Bring your energy all the way back to the center as if you are connecting back to the center and as you do that,

See yourself connecting right down into the earth and all the way up to the divine vibration field that you are in this conduit,

This portal of light that you are in the center with your outbreath and the more you squeeze with your outbreath,

The more you can feel yourself really being squeezed,

Held inside of this beautiful portal of light,

This column of heavenly light anchoring and connecting and then open your breath,

Breathe in and expand it out like ripples opening in a pond and see how far you can allow it to move before you start to breathe out again and as you do that,

I'm going to bring in this beautiful 528 hertz with this little flute and we activate the field.

Beautiful and do a few breaths in your own time as you breathe in and then breathe out deeply again,

Center yourself in the very center of this beautiful energy portal grounded,

Connected to all that is a column of light,

Feel yourself connecting at that long slow outbreath as you hear that vibration,

Take another beautiful breath into your being as you open up the ripple around you,

Beautiful and there you are now centered,

Being held,

This beautiful energy all the way around you and think of yourself being here as this beautiful human being,

You are here and you are being held here and that cord that you activated that holds you in the connection of yourself through this body,

This earth holding you and supporting you and that goes all the way down to the core of this earth,

Roots anchoring you and this heart opening up and bringing you all the way up into the highest vibration of light and love in the column of light you are held and supported and all the way around you those beautiful ripples reverberating in 528 hertz,

Absolute love,

The deepest love and compassion,

Kindness and bring to a memory now a moment when you felt such kindness,

Such love,

A moment when there was an incredible sweetness that your heart just a little flip of love and take that memory and drop it down and into your heart and as you do allow your heart to begin to feel it as if you are there once again,

Imagine that you are feeling that moment with all your senses and perceptions,

All your abilities to perceive and know that every cell in your body could imagine that it is happening again right now and you feel a little lift that awakens the heart and the moment the lift comes in you are activating your heart energy,

You are now bringing into that ripple momentum that you began this incredible vibration 528 hertz love and we send that out around us as your mind and your body are imagining this moment as if it is now,

Know that you are awakening your imaginal cells and as you awaken them so you are creating,

Imagining,

We know that it is those beautiful imaginal cells when the caterpillar becomes goop in its chrysalis that helps it to imagine itself as the being that it has never been,

That some part of itself knows and that coding opens up because it simply allows it,

Feel that energy of trust that we could hold in this space,

That there is something opening around me and I'm placing my attention,

My energy focus upon that,

The opening,

The expansion and the breath of life that moves through me and I am so grateful,

This beautiful expansive opening connecting energy and I am the one holding it,

As you hold that energy within you now,

Begin to see within those ripples what it is that you would love to create in this world while you are here,

Try not to imagine anything that says this is how I'm going to do it,

Just push that aside,

That if I could be here and just breathe into the space and do nothing else,

Just breathe into the space and open up the energy to love,

To the highest vibration of light and love,

Then my being here,

Just holding that,

Anchoring it,

Connecting to the divine,

To grace,

To God,

To all that is and then amplifying it because I know how to do that,

I have this beautiful heart that knows how to lift its energy by remembering a sweet moment and then sending a ripple of this embracing connecting light and energy out from me,

I do that now,

That this is the work that I'm here to do and I can do it in any way I like,

The delight of the free will,

The gift to choose,

To play,

To do this in any way we choose and it really doesn't matter how we do it,

What matters is that we do this,

That we remember who we are,

We are the very breath of the divine,

We hold the essence of all that is of highest creativity,

The heightened awareness,

The elevated perceptions,

We hold the God code within us and we activate upon that,

Within it and around us,

So if I am here to amplify an energy field,

To activate a frequency,

If this is the gift that I am to be here,

Then how would I love to play,

How would I love to show up,

What could I decide to create that would bring laughter and fun and ease,

Sweetness around me and if we were to look around into the world,

We would know that there are millions of ways that we are all showing up in the world,

Everyone on a unique path,

A journey that they are giving themselves but not all of these pathways are filled with love and light,

Kindness,

Filled with prayers,

Sweetness,

So many of these pathways become self-determined,

Inner reflective,

Preoccupied with self and the accumulation around where we focus our energy,

Our energy goes and we can focus on all of that but ultimately here at our solar plexus,

We want to connect to the deepest purpose of being here,

This is a one-time journey,

We can show up here now and we can hold our energy in a whole and a new way,

In the space where I hold myself with immense integrity and I understand that it is not the how I do,

That I do and that playing into this field,

Activating an energy that is filled with delight and laughter and sweetness,

Sharing and goodness,

Kindness,

That that is the energy that I wish to amplify in whatever it is that I choose to do and see the model that you are now creating in your mind and take that model and place it into your work and your life and your family and your home and everything doesn't need to be perfect in one way or another because it is already that,

It is me that is activating the potential within the space,

It is me connecting into every moment that brings that potential into that moment,

It is not the thing,

Not the activation of the thing,

It is me holding an energy and we hear those beautiful words hold gracious space,

We think how can we hold gracious space,

We allow ourselves to understand that we are the gracious ones,

We are the very breath of the divine and if we can claim that and hold it and remember who we are then it's easy for us to hold this gracious space,

I hold it here now with all my heart and all my soul,

I hold gracious space,

There is no doing,

No performing,

No activation of any kind that is needed,

When I am generating energy into the activity that I've chosen to play in,

I do it in this way,

I thank my higher self for being able to know how to do this and to discern the difference and I thank my delightful human self for being able to show up,

To express masculine,

Strong,

Powerful,

Activation,

Purposeful energy to make things happen and I bring that into the divine design,

The perfect ratio and the perfect balance,

That the activation energy is like four steps and the creative and connecting to what is truth,

My reason why is double and more of that frequency,

Whatever I do in an activation,

I spend more time pondering,

Dreaming,

Creating,

I spend more time connecting into my divine goddess energy,

The feminine energy,

Whether I'm masculine or feminine,

I step into that gracious energy of holding,

Loving,

Nurturing,

Think about this as an energy of incubation,

I hold it,

I incubate this beautiful energy field of love and light and kindness and laughter,

Sweetness,

I am the one that can hold it and then I am the human that can activate it in to a formula or format so that it can show up in this world that others might see it,

What a wonderful partnership I have even in my own single mind and body,

We think about ourselves as just this mind and body but in truth we are multifaceted,

Multi-dimensional beings that can process in a myriad of ways,

There's so many different ways for us to show up,

See yourself illuminating your energy,

Opening up the expression of who you are and radiating this energy into the field,

Beautiful you my treasure,

Absolutely beautiful,

Just rest there now,

This life holds me and supports me,

I feel the support of this life and I support this life,

Connecting in to all the potential that I have,

I hold this life with immense grace and kindness,

I hold the mind and the body of my own human being with immense love,

I'm standing in my absolute truth and I'm allowing the flow of life to flow through me,

Everything that I create and express in this world,

I dedicate this to the highest vibration,

To the upliftment of the human spirit so that we can move into a place of creativity and understand ourselves as co-creators,

Delighted with life,

Delighted with every aspect of who we are,

Think about that energy as a frequency and then see it around you,

Open it up as a beautiful ripple,

Let this little part that you are creating embrace you,

Hold you and encapsulate you and then from this beautiful energy part you can transmit this energy from your very center out in all directions and see the work that you are going to create as doing that,

Opening it up in all directions,

What a gift,

Might it go and touch the souls,

The hearts of everyone and uplift their energy so that we can start to see each other again and our world in a whole and a new way,
