Imagine being in a sanctuary space that was our healing pod. Here we can deeply relax into this space. We forget about holding on to this life with all our might and rather feel held by dear life. We feel the energy of Love embracing us - an unconditional energy. We awaken this memory as we remember some experience in this life that awakened that within us.

Lovely, Lovely. Now we're going to bring ourselves into a much deeper space. Allow ourselves to just settle down into this beautiful healing pod. If we can imagine what that might look like for us. We allow ourselves just to fall back and relax, Allow and trust. Imagine if there was an actual healing pod that we could create in this understanding, In this dimension. And how we would create it and how it would feel to be in it. Almost as if you're just floating. There's no pressure on any part of your body. There's just this beautiful feeling of the gentleness and the flow, The liquid and light. Soft vibrations. We imagine that we place ourselves in that now in our mind. We ask our body and our mind to settle down and relax and allow for our great healing. We truly want to bring healing to this beautiful body that has journeyed so impressively through our life to this point. We thank our body for its courage, Its strength, Its determination, Its fabulous stubbornness. And however we have been holding on for dear life as we are and as we do as we try to just survive. We thank this amazing body. We thank this mind. And then we come to this point where we are finished and done with holding on for dear life. And now we wish to hold on to dear life. We imagine what that would feel like now in us. We open our beautiful heart and we begin to feel this energy of love embracing us. As this vibration of love comes into the heart, We think of this energy as unconditional. And it's hard for us to understand what unconditional love is because we have placed so many conditions in all our interactions. So try to connect that feeling of unconditional love to something or someone that you have held, That you have absolutely adored. And you felt that connection. And bring that memory back to your being. We can also feel that deep unconditional love and connection when we are sitting in nature. And everything is so beautiful around us. Those perfect golden moments. Where we truly see and truly get what it is that is being offered to us. And we allow ourselves to simply bathe within it. Such a beautiful energy. A sense of peace and harmony. And we bring that energy into our heart and we begin to awaken it as we hold this vibration and feel the connection to this life and to all life through the knowing of this form. And the feeling and the sensing, The perceiving and the experiencing of this form with all life. And as we hold this moment we think about how do we connect to this life. How do we as this form understand ourselves in this reality. We think about those who are part of our life and how they reflect us to us. They help to reveal who we are through our interactions, Our connections and sometimes our collisions. And all the while enormous information is coming through that interaction. And imagine we can just see this as information coming in and not attached to any of the information in any dramatic way. That the other is reflecting something to us and in that reflection I can see where they are. And by the way I'm interpreting it I can see where I am and how I am feeling. There is so much valuable information that is being transferred from one to another. And we miss it because we are so preoccupied with our sense of self right, With our ego and with our performing behaviors. Imagine now that we can see those who share our life in their own unique beautiful energy bubbles, Their pods. That they are holding their energy and we can see them as a form. And if we were very lucky we would be able to see them as energy as well. And because we are in close proximity to them their energy connects with ours. And there is something in that interconnection that is of value. When we have connections that connect into us in one way or another and bring a reaction or a response. Then we know that that interaction is for us because it awakens something in us and it awakens something in them. We are together working it out. We are finding our way. It is as if we are walking each other home. In this beautiful connection, The holding of one another, Let us bring a deep sense of peace and understanding to what it is that we are truly experiencing. I see you in a whole new way and I begin to interpret all our interactions in a whole new way. A whole new way. I see through the lens of the inquirer, The witness, The light being and I see through the eyes of the mortal being and I feel through the heart and the wounds of the codes that this mortal is carrying. And I understand more deeply because of that. I give myself permission to feel and to feel the rage and the anger and the sadness and the horror and the despair. I allow myself to feel it in great honor of those who have gone before who felt enormously. So enormously that those memories and those feelings were imprinted inside of the energetic system and passed on in an energetic imprint. And they said to us, Never forget, You might need to run for your life when this happens. And if we can begin to understand that they did this so that we would survive, Then we can start to see our own reactivity as just that, A mechanism that is running itself, That is self-perpetuating so that we might survive. And imagine then that we stand in the space that we are in now and we can see all of this, We can understand it. And we can visualize that there is something else because our heart has never stopped calling for the something else. In our greatest despair, In the greatest horror, We have called for peace, Kindness. We have called for compassion. We have called for love, Understanding and forgiveness. This heart has been holding a code and we are walking with that code embedded in the very center of us. It's awakening now and this is why we are feeling such enormous disparity. That's why we are not happy. That's why we are revolting against because we are saying no more. We are starting to see that there is something else and we are beginning to seek it, But we are just babies. And we are doing it like a baby would cry and have a tantrum. But we will learn and we will learn quickly if we become very gentle with ourselves and understand that we are in a process that we have never been in. This is a beginning and we are just beginning to take the walk. And everything that we are experiencing is on time and so are we. And we breathe into that beautiful energy and we trust that we are being guided and held, Lovingly supported. And our memories and our codes are awakening. We send a deep message into the solar plexus, The very center of our being. May I awaken to why reality, To this experience. May I bring the light of who I am and the one who is carrying these codes of light. May I bring it in and hold it and stand in it as my absolute truth. May I remember who I am, A divine being of light and love. And then when we see ourselves as this as well as our beautiful human being, We find we can deeply honor who we are and how we are and release all shame, All blame, All guilt. We can forgive ourselves and we can forgive others with ease and grace. We honor this beautiful human being that can do this. Its range and its capacity to love, Embrace and forgive is quite beyond what we can imagine. We are able to reach into this endless, Endless love. As our light being, It pours into us, It is constantly refreshing our being. We feel this beautiful light embracing and holding us. And it is as if we are witnessing ourselves in our transformation. We ask now that as we merge the consciousness of our light being and our life being, That we can integrate ourselves in this life in a whole new way. We begin to understand and we begin to see and it begins to reveal itself to us at the perfect time. And all that we are gently awakens like the dawning of a day, More and more light coming in. And I gradually and gently adjust to it, So gentle and so gradual that I am barely aware of it. And I hold this as a gift. But I allow myself to continue to grow in this experience. I release all the places of darkness and shadow. I release them now with all my heart and all my soul, Every imprint and every memory that is ever connected into me and my line, Backwards and forwards in all time and in this quantum field of no time. I ask now that I can release, Let go, Forgive, Bring a gentleness of spirit into the space that I am in now. The energy of grace, Truth, Love, Compassion. Through all time, Through all fields and through all dimensions, I ask that I can release, Let go and eliminate all that which no longer serves me. And then I begin to awaken that part of me that knows. I release the clutter that is holding me and creating stagnation in my mind, My body and my soul. I release it with ease. As easily as breathing in and feeling the breath of life flow into this beautiful being with the same assurance that the breath of life is right here and I am right here now and all that I need is right here. I am a divine being of light and love, A multifaceted, Multidimensional being of light and love. I am beginning to open and clear every facet of my brilliant diamond-like essence and radiating these beautiful shards of prismic light into the spaces that I come into. See yourself doing that now, As if we could open our wings and feel how beautiful we are. We begin to connect into our higher awareness as we open into the agreement that we can perceive beyond the five senses. We heighten our awareness. We begin to see clear voice, Clear audience, Clear cognizance, Clear sentience and so much more. We awaken the pineal chakra. We breathe in gently into the body and draw the streams through the left and the right nostril as we press our tongue on the palate of our mouth, Interitably connecting with the pineal chakra and draw from that pressure point up through the nostrils into the space between the eyebrows. Imagine your eyes softly resting in the sockets and you begin to look back towards your pineal chakra and slightly upwards, Activating the pressure point and connecting into heightened awareness. May more and more guidance stream towards me. May I fully activate in the awareness of who I am, So that I can hold the space here with more ease, Grace and elegance. May I understand that it is not my mortal form that is clutching to life, But it is my light being that is embracing me with the light to be present. And feel that light flowing into you now, Moving right through the center of your being, Clearing and cleansing and healing right through your system. This beautiful light and this beautiful energy. We come into the center stream of our own being. We come into the center stream of love. And we feel a deep sense of peace here. Visualize your energy flowing around you, Making beautiful figure of eights swirling in every direction. Feel your center column light pouring into the top of the crown, Going right through the center of you, Down through the soles of your feet. And see yourself standing upon this earth, Strong and clear and connected, And anchoring this energy into the earth, Holding the space, Holding the gracious space, A conduit and a portal of light. Beautiful you. And we breathe gently into this beautiful body, Sending nourishing healing energy to all the parts of our own form that are ready to receive vibrant new healing energy. Take a deep breath in and breathe out. Thank this mind, Body and being for this amazing life. Breathe in. Breathe out with a deep ahh. Activate oxytocin, Deep breath in. Ahh. Another time, Deep breath in. Ahh. May this peace be with you, In you and upon you, And may it bless your life and your journey. May the exploration still to come bless you in your feet, And may the earth be blessed by your presence. So much love here my darling. Thank you for you. Namaste. See yourself in your own beautiful part, Your chrysalis of light and love. We want to seal up this beautiful energy inside of here. You could take your left and your right hand and place it just on your pubic bone. And press the point to activate the first chakra, Ground, Connect. And then draw both of those hands up together through your midline, Up through your sternum, Through your throat, Come to your chin, Come to the dent just below your lips and press in there. Lock it in and turn the key and open it up around the top of your head. And blow it out, Stretch your wings. Beautiful. And then bring it back and then connect once again to the pubic bone. Hold it, Breathe, Connect, Take a breath and draw it up through your centre, All the way up through your chin. Press, Lock it in, Extend it up through the top of the crown and all the way around you. Sealing in your beautiful energy one more time, Hold the space, Affirm your space and life. Move up through the centre line, Connect to the chin, Press, Lock, Seal it in, Expand it upward to the crown and outward through your field. Beautiful you. Lovely, There you go. And then bring your hands together and feel the balance of the left and the right. Touch your heart with your thumbs, Feel the blessing there. Touch your brow with your thumbs, Feel the blessing here. Touch your crown and feel the in-pouring love. Beautiful you. Back to your heart. Well done my sweet pea. There you are. And you just take a little bit of time to come on back when you're ready.
