Lovely my treasure. We're going to drop into the sweet space now and hold the energy here. Feel the vibration at your heart. Come into an agreement that your heart can show you the way home. That we have all the divine coding, All the memories, All the gifts that are planted here into the heart. And we so often bypass the heart and go straight to the mind and the brain, To all the constructs that have been set up so that we can survive and it is of no use to us this low frequency. So where you rest here now, Breathing into your beautiful being, Let this vibrational field around your heart begin to open your heart. And draw into your heart a memory when your heart lifted. Think about a sweetness of a little hand in yours, A little touch on your neck, The smell of a puppy, Anything that awakens your senses, Any memory that you had of something in nature. And when this touches your heart and you'll know the one that touches it the most, Feel the energy in your heart, Feel that change in your being and then imagine that you're opening it around you like a beautiful ring, A circle opening up through a drop in a pond. And see it opening wider and wider. And you're placing your beautiful energy into the field this way, Dropping yourself into this beautiful pool of consciousness with the heart energy opening and rippling outward in all directions. See this as creating your divine electromagnetic field, That more of these delightful experiences can come to your heart. We open up our divine heart and feel all that delights us, All that which is delightful filling up with the divine light, Delightful. We thank this beautiful heart for knowing how to do that and for that part of us that holds that memory, That helps us to awaken into it. And we bring these beautiful tones into the heart and into the solar plexus. We see these as beautiful tones of the heart and into the solar plexus. We see these as beautiful drops coming into that body of conscious now holding frequencies that will hold you and support you here. Asking that every cell in your body aligns into a higher frequency, That we can feel this moving into our bones, Nerves, Tissue, Fibre of our being. Into every cell, Every mitochondria, Every atom. And all we want to do here is just breathe and relax. We are going to take a deep breath feel the calmness, Feel soothed, Loved and adored. Remember that you are known. We ask our beautiful being as we connect into the centre, The solar plexus to help us to remember our divine and sacred agreement. Why we said we would come into this life journey, What is it that we said we would be part of. None of us is here just randomly, We are all here on purpose. Our greatest quest through our life, Right up to our last breath is to find fulfilment in the life purpose. For those of us who create this quest as a journey of every step and every breath and every beat of our heart, It is easy to come to that end of life and be in that place and to just simply surrender, Release, Let go and fly home. There is a sense of completion because we showed up and we held the space and it's done. That beautiful feeling of completion is what we seek in this life. It is so perfect. Rest now into that my treasure. Relax deeply, Just rest here. Become aware of your body balancing itself now. Your left and your right, Your masculine and your feminine. How wonderful to know ourselves in time and space and in this reality. To see ourselves and to see ourselves again in the reflection of those around us. We learn so much from each other. We expand our journey if we are willing to see that the struggle and the hardship of another is an awareness for us to heal their pain and to bring our healing loving light of absolute compassion and unconditional love through their pain to the point of pain. We can help each other to heal. We are walking each other home. Every pain, Every suffering, Every pain, Every pain, Every pain, Every pain, Every pain, Every pain, Every pain, Every pain, Every struggle, Every hardship, A massive turning points if we could only stop and see. Feel like you can stand here in the awareness of you as a being of light, A perfect package of light, Holding the space that only you can hold. There is no one on this planet, Never has been and never will be, Who is designed like you, So unique are you, So divinely created are you. Think about stepping into family lines and holding their genetic imprint and the energetic imprint of the pain of that line and knowing that you can step into these lines as a healer, As a healer, As a healer, As a healer, As a healer, As a healer. You carry the codes of all the ancestral traumas and hardships because you chose this line for your work to unfold. We start with our own being for this reason. We look carefully at what it is that we have done and how we have done it with our own being for this reason. We look carefully at what it is that is erupting in our energy field, What feels discordant, Despairing, Uncomfortable and we find ourselves willing to sit right here with that. Here I am sitting with what is. Feel how easy it is to sit here with what is when we remember who we are. We can witness ourselves in this life and we can witness life. We can see more clearly because we have many facets of our awareness open because we are seeing through the many lenses of perception, Not just the one that is reaped in despair, Survival energy, Struggle and suffering. We see it from outside of that box. We see it as a code, A code of our own. We see it as a code of our own. We see it from outside of that box. We see it as a code, A massive code of pain that has become entangled around this line. It only takes one to release for the entire line, Just one. For one to stop and be willing to stand here in absolute truth and beauty. I breathe gently into my beautiful being, This keeper of records, Information and awareness. See your energy field wide open and beautiful, Able from this viewpoint to pick up subtle energy connecting into your heightened intuition, Insight, Awareness. Find yourself agreeing to know what it is that is coming towards you and to be able to pay attention to it without it impacting upon your body to awaken you. Make an agreement now that as I open my heightened awareness and I recognise that I have been given gifts of awareness long before my body has to feel it and that I'm willing to connect into that subtle awareness to do the deepest, Most profound work. I release my own being from bondage, Suffering and imprisonment by doing this. I release self-betrayal in my energy field. Every time we keep pushing and pushing on, Disregarding, This poor being has to suffer deeper and deeper. It becomes very hard to recover when we cause this amount of pain, When equally we could have got the message long before in the subtle realm. Think of this as the ultimate betrayal. And we think about betrayal as being the most intense cord of pain of all of them, This is the most intense. Like a rope with many fathers, Within each and every father is every cord of pain. All the energies of failure, Hopelessness and helplessness, Lack of control, The energies of not feeling supported, Seen, Heard and valued, The energies of confusion and grief, Stubbornness and anger, Hate and deceit. Every energy that we could ever think about that is part of the survival plan is held in the space. When the body feels it must defend itself, Protect itself, Because we are going to betray ourself, We operate in a very limited cautionary energy field. See yourself now opening your field, Willing to feel and willing to heal. With all my heart, With all my soul, I ask that I can be in the space now, With all my mind, Body and soul in the highest agreement, To be the healer, The divine being of light and love that I am, To honour that I breathe the very breath of the divine in me, Through me and around me. I allow myself to see the situation of my life as just that, A situation in which there is immense evidence and awareness, Knowledge and awakening potential. I allow myself to stand here with immense courage, Strength, Fortitude and determination, Releasing the energy of stubbornness, Which is defensive and protective, To openness, Agreeing and allowing and harnessing the energy of the ancient ones of immense courage. It took great courage to survive to this point of our human journey and I thank them with all my heart and all my soul. I give myself that gift of the courage that they have sent on. Breathe deeply into that. This life holds me and supports me in the most wonderful way. I move to this life with ease and grace. I am flexible, Open to change, Aware, Intuitive, And guided. I trust the guidance that is coming through my intuition and I trust me. I speak my absolute truth, Claim my life, Stand in my authenticity. I find that it is easy to bring towards me flow, Abundance, Wellness, Light, Laughter, Happiness, Companionship, Collaboration. I open the throat energy in this beautiful blue, Blue light, As blue as the sky around me. Whenever I want to draw more of that towards me and open up that energy as a magnetic attraction to the highest vibration that I can hold now, All I need to do is stop, Lift my head a little, Look up into the vast blue expansive sky and remember, Open the throat, Open the inflowing energy here and come into the agreement of your life. With all my heart and all my soul, I am here. May this be my most elegant, Most gracious life journey of all my journeys. May this be the one through which I leave the greatest impact. Life flows in me and through me is this beautiful being of light and this being of life. Light illuminates my life in a single stream. Clear, Beautiful, Comfortable, Happy, Gracious, Glorious. Breathe into that, Open the field around you. Now holding the highest vibration you can, Your beautiful being perfectly balanced, Clear, Open and flowing. Wonderful, My treasure. Wonderful. And with this beautiful energy around you now, Allow yourself to drift back slowly into this time and this space, Into this energy field. We connect to the time of day, The season, The year, The temperature, So much that we can know, Feel, Understand through this beautiful being and being here. And then we're going to take those breaths, Those three breaths with a long out breath to release the flow of oxytocin. Take a deep breath in. Beautiful you. Anytime you want this, Do the deep breath in and restore the flow of wellness into your beautiful being. So lovely, My treasure. Deep breath in. And we come on home into this time and place. We thank our guides, Divine Presence and the highest vibration of light and love for holding us so gently. And with this energy in you, Through you and around you now, We make the commitment to see ourselves in a whole and a new way. That beautiful energy now moving through your being, Let's see if we can just put it into your own beautiful chrysalis pod. Bring your hands out and flick your fingers, Shake your hands, Activate the energy to the tips of your fingers. And then take the middle finger of the left hand, Tuck it into the belly button and the middle finger of the right hand onto your third eye as you connect in here. We feel like we're putting ourselves right into the center of our energy vortex. And then see the vortex opening around you, Beautiful energy apart. Pull them both up simultaneously, Activating your central meridian and imagine you are zipping yourself up into your own sacred pod of light and love. And then pull your arms above your head, Take a deep breath in and then stretch your fingers out and open your wings. Stretch, Stretch, Stretch, Breathe out. Make a full circle all the way around you until your palms touch complete the circle. And that's our job, To complete this life beautifully. Bring your hands to your heart now.
