In this Insight Timer Live session, we spoke about releasing the energy trauma signal of humiliation. We examined the role of humiliation and jealousy in our lives and spoke about opening our hearts with compassion and kindness as we practice guided breathing to clear the signal and imprint. Let us acknowledge the courage and resiliency of our ancestors and set a new path for ourselves and future generations.

How wonderful that we got the space to come into and we're unwrapping all these signals, These trauma signals, Really important that we do that and we clear the space because there's so much debris in the energy field but it seems to me almost like if you were to take a herd of buffalo and they were doing a huge stampede and they were racing across the terrain and it was just so so so many of them and they were kicking up all this dust all this debris and that dust that debris is what we're choking on right now it's all the stuff that we thought we could just step on it and just move around it and get beyond it it's all coming up for its last hurrah so let's give it a little hurrah and send it and usher it out of our energy systems it was there we know that these signals are not they're not dreadful signals they're not comfortable in our system but once we understand them or we know what they're about then we can go oh okay I get that signal the secret is not to attach if we attach or identify and we say oh that's me and I'm just like that and we attached into that story that signal that point of pain then my lovely we're in the pain and that pain becomes ours and sad we carry that signal forward into the next generation and the next so that really is what has been happening through eons of time we've held on to the signals because we needed to they needed to be quick warning connections for us that said when this happens head for the hills dive under the bed fight like crazy so that we could survive there is one switch that we could flick off that would stop all the games that would be the switch that says I'm not gonna survive anymore not gonna live like this just to survive and we say that and then a whole being goes oh what do you mean I'm not gonna survive but you really want to think about that a little bit as you go on with this beautiful quest that we're on now it's probably gonna take a year just for us to unwrap them all the quest is that we want to let go of these signals undo them because they're connected to the story of survival that's what we have been doing as a species to this point all the pain all the horrors and the trauma the sadnesses are all inside of that game of surviving so much pain if we could entertain a new idea and we say well we're not going to survive we're going to thrive wouldn't that be gorgeous we just start talking as if we are in that new frame already and expecting that to show up anticipating it's a much better word than expecting anticipating the energy of thriving in whatever way we can create that energy where you have a wonderful way to flick that little switch from one story to another that's really what the shift is all about a stepping out of a time frame a way of being in the world into a whole new space it's an elevation of our frequency nice isn't it one switch hmm so next time you find yourself and you see yourself going into the survival mode simply stop and recognize it because it has been the only mechanism that has brought us to this point so we must love and embrace it we can't just say I'm not having that anymore we honor it and we honor us for having been in it and all those who've come before for having been in it but we also honor us for being able to see it and decide now to discern to choose something else that's what we want to do so let's do that let's do that everything is a belief is we have a belief and we've created a structure or concept around it everything is just a concept once we stand in absolute stillness and we don't attach to any story anything then there's nothing that hooks us and grabs us but the minute we interact in this world with those around us then we already into connecting and intertwining into the story and getting little hooks and conditional energy and all those things so finding what our belief is around things is very very important to open to thrive let's do that let's talk about humiliation as we go into the space and we'll just call in our guides and angels divine presence to be very close to us now and hold us so that we can amplify the energy and bring in whatever guidance is going to help us and support us you know that I don't have the answers in my little cute joyness we're going to hold awareness for that to come in so let's take a deep breath in my darlings long slow out breath wherever you are feel connected to the ground make that connection as a commitment to your being I'm here not just here in this moment with us all on inside timer but I'm here in this life I'm here in this journey here I am holding the awareness of me here in all of what is let's create a lot of space for what is all the stories all the stuff that's continuing carrying on make some space open it up relax your being drop drop a little deeper into the space smooth the skin on your beautiful face then we open our hearts to one another for all the struggles and the hardships that we've all known and endured we open our hearts to those who went before and thank them for their immense courage and kindness their determination their strength their resiliency their creativity they found ways in ways that really were just so awful it almost seemed like there was no way there was no choice yet they found a way all of that energy was so that they could survive enormous amount of energy goes into that concept of having to survive so we've adopted that but let us let go of the survival story and hold on to all the mechanisms that they employed so that they could survive that courage feel like you've got that courage in you now my lovely that determination that's you resilient fabulous resilient you beautiful stubborn you feel like that is your anchoring energy and you lock it in because it has been embedded into your system along with all the other stories of pain and hardship the warning signals that say oh if this happens let's find a way just to get through it to survive survive at any and every cost hold the anchoring empowering energies in these stories we've all understood what it's like to feel humiliated if we could just tap into that energy now and think about what does it feel like to you when do you remember that what do you know about it it's a very hard energy because it makes us feel very ashamed of ourselves but not just ashamed disappointed we feel as if we have been ostracized and fingers have been wagged at us we've been pushed into the limelight the light that says oh let's judge you there is so much judgment and sadness in it often humiliation comes with that sense of being indignant about the situation but a lot a lack or loss of dignity we know that in times gone by in history they've been dreadful situations where people have been pushed into very undignified situations and yet they've held their heads high or just been in the space because there was nowhere else they could go and they found a way so all of that is a wound for us a vulnerability that creates a very wobbly surface upon which to stand we cannot trust we cannot allow anyone else into our world because we might feel very rejected or humiliated or heartsore something prevents us from making these very firm very strong connections with others our history tells us that at any moment now something might turn against us at any moment now I might lose face or lose my position and be humiliated and have to take a lesser position we have the very keen sense of foreboding and trepidation of something might happen that doom that deep despair of doom foreboding in that if we lose our place our stature our standing our status we feel humiliated we're so sad to bring this upon our families because we've lost money we've lost power we've lost income of some kind or ability to work or we've lost control of our body for each and every one of us we are gonna get into a decrepit state if we live long enough very very humiliating very very hard to be humble and to allow others to do the dreadful things for you that you once did for yourself to feel ashamed of how our bodies are and how life is that is a deep humiliation deep sadness that locks into our being but it is going to be something that is visited upon us at some point in our life if we do know it from what we've already experienced or what we might move towards then we are not alone in this it is just the concept the idea and the feeling of feeling humiliated that makes us feel outside of the group that they're all ok but I'm not it's that separation that ignites the idea of survival and the terror of being the one outside the group that's going to be eaten by the wolves we will do anything and everything to stay inside that group even if it means humiliating another so that we direct our attention and the group's attention to them rather than to ourself just watch all the ways that we play with that idea even now even these days where people are not willing to take ownership they're not willing to say I made a mistake that wasn't such a great move not a good decision I'm so sorry to ask for forgiveness to be humble to be sorry not an easy place for us to go to especially when we have some idea that for us to be in that weakened state is going to be a great threat to our being it's okay to be humiliated if we just laugh at it the people who know how to laugh at themselves and roll their eyes and say oh there I go or that's the way it is they find a way to be with that sense of being less but laughing about it in that laughter and that kindness to themselves gentleness to themselves they draw in the rest of the group who also look at them and go okay well that was a pretty good way to handle it people do feel compassion for those who admit their pain we get a little bit more angry with people who stubbornly refuse and stand in the high position the heightened ideas of themselves we'd love to see them fall we'd love to see them humiliated so we have that side as well don't we there is this game that goes on in the shaming and the blaming the disregarding rejecting of each other we do it for one fabulous reason so that we can look like we're the king of the castle or that we are the one that is exempt from this so that we can elevate our status watch that just watch what you do in your life that brings you to that point where you can say oh I'm really doing well now aren't I fabulous aren't I just doing great watch those little markers that we need to feed ourselves to say we're okay because when something embarrassing does come along and it will it's very hard to come down from the lofty position to the place where we are just our own and all of us are just being these delightful ridiculous humans imagine if we can take the game of us and them up and down high and low rich and poor we could just sweep it all away and we can be in a place where we could be just who we are holding the energy for ourself we don't have to fear the idea of clamoring and grabbing onto some form of status or idea so that we never humiliated dare anybody mock us or jeer at us dare they we'll just be off with their heads won't we watch what is happening in your language in your energy and in your retaliation your desire to reject or deflect or push pain upon another watch what you do with the idea of punishment even with our children even with our animals watch what you do with those stories my love they all hooked into a story everything is a story hooked into a story the sooner we find our own place within it this vulnerable ridiculous fabulous human form that has some very disappointing signals in it very embarrassing things that come about through it yet we can just be here we can just be in the space with this that is because I'm no different to you we all have the same thing going on it's the great leveler isn't it when we can find compassion and empathy inside of that we found the secret doorway so let's try and play with all of that my treasures we find a way to be light-hearted with ourselves and just say it's okay for me to be a bit foolish or ridiculous it's okay if we give permission to others to also be okay in this wouldn't that be such a gift for them to just to laugh it off and to be kind to be compassionate it is really giving us a great connection to compassion forgiveness and kindness so every time you feel like you're dropping into one of these low frequencies switch the other switch on my lovelies that's okay it's okay let's drop into the sweet space and let's bring in the energy to free this frequency from our system you can do this with absolutely every signal that comes into you know that it is aware in your being and because you are aware of it you can clear it if you can feel it you can heal it so whatever you can connect into now be willing just to feel a nuance of it don't be falling on the floor with despair okay just find a smaller one and that's all we need let's take a breath into this being long slow out breath and we're going to ask now that as our guides and angels divine present step even closer that we can open our heart to immense compassion and love and grace to all beings to all life may all life feel the love and the compassion coming towards them may we know ourselves as this delightful human being that has a form that can perform in all very many ways but within this form is the essence of you the divine one the one that knows the one that feels and understands and the one that discerns and sees the one that remembers you are connected to a source within this being that is so powerful we are the very breath of the divine there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of in that that we were created in the image of all that is this amazing being that knows how to know itself in so many ways allow yourself to feel great love and compassion for your own being now just draw it into your heart imagine that you can open your heart with a swelling out energy of so much love compassion and kindness then breathe into that the more we can open this field the easier it is to be in the space of just what is the more space we make so we are able to release the judgment self-blame self-shame self-persecution just keep releasing it and letting it go become aware that you are the one that is aware of this of the frailty of the human being the human form the lack of permanence of the human form in all the ways that we are going to disentangle from our form as we grow old God willing we do in all the ways that we're going to feel a little bit saddened by the way we are now compared to how we were but having that awareness of what it is that you were able to achieve and accomplish in a young beautiful vital being it is so delightful because that too is part of you you are no less now because you hold yourself in a different way you show up in a different way nothing to be ashamed of my lovely just allow make space and open your heart to so much love for this that is we know ourselves through the many stages of our life so we will know ourselves so deeply and richly but more than that we will know how others are with us that is the sweetness when we can connect through our heart bypass all the stories the shaming and the blaming the rejection the lack of tolerance and just be just allow and hold that space as you open the energy of grace here let's activate our hands now so if you will rub your hands together flick your fingers and bring the energy right to the tips my lovelies and let's begin as we open up the energy point those fingers with a long radiating light to your throat so so gently beam the light that is radiating now from your fingers over your chin as you gently move your hands upward over your nose over your forehead over the top of your head past the back of your head down your neck shoulders stretch your arms out and flick it off if you cannot do this and your shoulders are in pain or part of your body is sore or for any reason you cannot physically do this just imagine it just see yourself doing this the sweeping energy gently pulling this energy all the way up and over over the back clearing all the fields space time dimension through all time and releasing it and letting go the next time we come to this little spot on the throat open your heart even more with all the love that I hold with all the love that I can hold right now I send this right into this beautiful being compassion and kindness deep gratitude for what it is that I've understood through this life come on back and keep sweeping for all those who went before the points of pain despair and hardship the dreadful trials and tribulations they went through the humiliation that they suffered at the hands of another the lack of space and dignity asking now that we can release that very painful little cord that signal that has become so embedded in our human psyche has terrified us into rigid behavior not daring to make a mistake or show up in a different way it's released that all those hard prescribed edges they soften them down release them now and clear through all time through all fields through all dimensions I release this I revoke all claims and all stories and release these too I release all ancient words and vows curses and oaths promises and agreements that we made in terrible times just to survive I release those now I free me and I free my line keep breathing and pulling the energy up through your heart over you and clearing and cleansing when you feel you've done a few of these bring your hands to your heart my lovely and just hold the heart space here with all my heart and all my soul life anew may this begin that this beautiful being can hold itself in the highest regard and hold all those who went before in great esteem kindness and gratitude I'm here and I know exactly what it is that we will never do again with this being and all the strength the determination and the courage it was given to me to stand and be strong I stand now in the strength of this being I stand in a way that is so gentle loving and gracious powerful hold that in you now my lovelies take a deep breath into that and come on back into the space whatever it is that you could hold if you can hold us a little bit longer that would be awesome I'm sending you so much love as you continue your most excellent journey just know that we are going to unwrap these bit by bit week by week and as we do them and I've recorded them I'll post them on inside timer so you're going to find them there week
