For you who are new to us and new to this group, Just know this is something that we love to do together. We love to hold the space, To bring in a very high light vibration, And then we like to unwrap a little story or a distortion. So what our plan is for every Friday, For as long as we possibly can, It's probably gonna take almost a year, We're gonna go through every one of the trauma signals. It's quite a commitment. If you can make this date, It will be absolutely awesome. But also know that I do record them, And they are available then on Insight Time. I post them as soon as they agree that they can be published. You can access those trauma signals and start to do some of the work. There are ways to do the deeper work, And then you can find out about that if you want to on my website. If you could make a date with us every Friday, And we come into this moment, It's our collective energy, Because these trauma signals, My love, Are in the collective field. The more of us who connect into this, Bring our awareness to what it is that's just causing a little rattle in our story, The quicker we're going to release this energy from the collective field, Which means we are going to be able to get rid of these signals that keep igniting us, Pulling us into that desperate survival awareness, Which is the operating system that has driven humanity to this point. So the idea is that we release those trauma signals that are around survival, And then we upgrade into a much higher vibration where we see ourselves vibrating in the energy of thriving and abundance, Love and harmony, Kindness, Integrity. Wouldn't that be gorgeous? I see it coming, And I know it's possible if enough of us can do this. So I love that you're here, And I love it that we can hold the space together, Because we truly are doing something significant. It's not just an idle, Oh, I hope this works. Believe me, This works. I've seen the effect of it in my own family, With my family, From what I did with my darling sister before she passed, And what happens with people around the world with whom I've worked, And they've released these trauma signals. It's phenomenal. Let's make a commitment, If you can, Into your heart for your own well-being, And know that whatever you decide, It's creating a ripple into the world. You are highly significant, And you're here on time, At a crucial and a pivotal time in the human story. Good for you. I love it that we've got each other. What we're gonna talk about today is releasing that trauma signal that is around our lack of commitment, Not being able to commit to something or stay with something. It's a little bit like that wishy-washy, Uncertain, Wanna do it, Don't wanna do it, Not too sure, Could I, Insecure kind of vibration. Know that this one sits right there on the kidney-bladder meridian, Not in the organ, But in the meridian line, Which means that it connects also to that place of fear and anxiety. We're gonna go up through all six levels, So we're at the second level now. All of these energy centers, All of these connections to this part of our awareness helps us to become aware of the feeling that we hold in that place. So if you're holding any kind of trepidation, Anxiety, This feeling of not belonging, Uncertain, Vulnerabilities, Any of those, They're all in the lower vibrations. They awaken us into fear. The moment we awaken into fear or something reacts in our system, Our whole system defaults into a reaction. It's that reactiveness that is smashing into our adrenal systems. Aren't you hearing so many people say, I've got adrenal burnout? Well, Of course, Of course we have. We just never give ourselves a break. Then we've got these codes that are added on, Passed on by our treasures who went before as morning signals that said, If you feel like this, Oh, Become more terrified, Run for the hills, Climb under the bed, Fight back with all your might. Three very unimaginative reactive devices. Surely by now we could do better than that. Yes, I'm sure we can. So let's come into this moment together. We're gonna take a deep breath in, Settle down, Hold your energy, Hold the connection for as long as you can and as carefully and gently as you can for you. Take a deep breath in. Long, Slow out breath. Breathe out, Drop, Drop your shoulders, Soften your tummy, Connect to the ground, To the earth, Wherever you are. Hold the space here, My treasures. How wonderful that we've got this time to be together, To honor us in this moment in time, This mind, Body, And this being. At the same time as we're honoring this human self, Let's truly connect through our heart to that part of us that is pure light and love, The eternal essence of our being. We are that as well. If you can hold that energy, And as you hold your heart and feel the connection there, Let's say, Ask your beautiful being, Remember who I am, Remember who I am. Help me to remember who I am. This commandment, It truly is a commandment, That we are to remember who we are. It's a vital time for us to plug back in to the part of us that is our essence, Our beauty, Our magnificence. The part of us that is beyond its stories, Beyond the human story, Beyond time, Fields, Dimensions, Beyond our history. There is a part of us that's eternal, That is connected to the very breath of the divine. Come back to that. Remember who you are, My lovely. When we reconnect to this part of us, It's such a relief because this human being here knows that there is so much more, That we are so much more. What we are encountering is a fragment of time in all time. Whatever we are feeling and holding, Smashing and colliding into, Is so that we can understand something. For the lack of commitment that we feel, Just hold that in your awareness and ask your being, So what is that about for me? When do I show up in a way that allows me to be fully present and committed to it? When is it that I just cannot? Find that discernment right away. Don't be telling yourself that you're not the person you are. You're not the person who can ever commit to anything because of one incident or one slanderous voice who told you that you were incapable of committing. Don't be doing that. Don't blame, Shame or label yourself because of a story or something that happened in the past where you just weren't able to follow through or make that commitment. Remember all the times that you have shown up. You've held yourself here. Your greatest achievement, My treasures, Is that you are still here. What a commitment it takes for us as a human species, A human being, To continue to show up in a world that is filled with so much pain and contrast and awfulness. Through all time, We have been smashed horribly, Connected and collided into the most awful situations. We just have to page back through history and we know that humanity has been quite disgusting. Yet we're still here. We wish for the very best and we have this heart that knows how to forgive and hold and love. How come is that possible? How is that still possible? We are embedded with an awareness of who we are, Even if we think we've forgotten it and we definitely don't know who we are and we're insecure and vulnerable. You're still here. Why are you still here? Beautiful, Wonderful you. I'm so glad you are. Your being has made a contract you have made a contract with divine that you would show up in this life in the way that you are showing up for the people around you and the lifestyle, This time, This space, This year, This country. You've made a commitment to that. You made an agreement, My love. It is embedded into your solar plexus, Your divine and sacred purpose, Your reason for being, Raison d'être. Remember this, This is your reason for being. It's encoded into you. There's a part of us that knows how to still be here and to show up. That is your greatest achievement. Wonderful you. Wonderful, Wonderful you. Then we say the words, Even though, Even though this, Even though that, Even though the next thing. So first come back to that, Fully acknowledge it, Hold it within you, Anchor it inside your mind, Body and being. Affirm it right down into your soul. You are a being that knows how to be here. You made an agreement. God asked you to, You said yes. Well done you. So here you are. You are the one who knows how to hold the space. Now let's move a little bit across to another space. So often for us, Someone else around us requires us to show up in a certain way. Pressurizes us in some way to make a commitment. Perhaps there's a place inside of you that says, No, That's not what I want. Maybe you don't want to commit in the way that person wants you to commit. Is that at all possible? Why are you resistant to it? Ask yourself that. If you feel you cannot commit to something, Usually it's a demand or a request from someone. Why is it that you are saying no, No to that? Why isn't it that you're just able to go into the flow of living your life, Having all the experiences which we said we would come and do. We will have all of them. Yes, We will. I'll do them all. I'm going to be fabulous. If only that was true. But then we get the pressure of having to commit to something. Why are we resistant? Why don't we just go with what is? Why don't we trust ourselves enough to hold that space without feeling pressurized? One of those reasons could very well be that we do not want to be confined or have to conform to something. We want to be free. We want to be open and we want to choose. Right here at your throat is the access point to your free will. This is the one gift that we have that will take us home. Not even God can bypass your free will. This beautiful gift that holds you right here at your throat is your gift that we know it is so profound that when someone tells us we have to do something in a certain way, We have to change who we are, We change the way we think or believe or move in the world, There is instant resistance to it. We might shame and blame ourselves for being resistant, Being defiant or rejecting it. We might really be irritated with the person, Angry with them for trying to pressurize us into a little space that doesn't feel quite truthful to us. Right there, You're honoring you. You're listening to you. You're being truthful to you. You also, In this agreement, Are starting to activate your pioneer chakra when you start to say, But I just know that it's not for me. How do you know? How do we know anything, For heaven's sakes? We've got to trust our gut, Our intuition, Our insight and instinct. How do you know this is not for you, My love? Hold that in your awareness. If your being is saying no, No, No to it, Everyone's saying, Oh, You see, You just can't commit. You just haven't got the strength or the courage to do that. What a pity. Here's someone who's just a loser that cannot commit to something. Well, Is it that? Or is it that you're not agreeing to some form of coercion or some form of manipulation or some connection or hook to a conditional energy? Or have you just got an instinct that you cannot explain something that says no, No, No, No to this? You're allowed to connect to you. This is what we're being asked to do. Come back home to you. Come back to your truth. You know more than you know. You are the very breath of the divine. The moment you said you would come and do this journey, You also said, I will need some support and I will need some help. You called in those who would help you to do the story, To unwrap and unfold and present to you what it is that you're here to work on. If the thing that is rattling you is a sense of being wishy-washy, Not being able to commit to anything, If that's the thing that's rattling in your space and people are presenting it to you, Then that is the trauma for you to release. For all of us, We can do this. Imagine if the whole world decided that we could stay true to ourselves. We could follow our heart and our soul. We can tap into guidance, Our instinct and our heightened awareness. We could trust it so implicitly, So completely that we speak about ourselves in that space in a way that trusts, Honors, Regards and values our own being. We don't have to be angry about anybody else or what they want or what they do. We can simply allow, Make space. Everyone can do. Free will, Free will, Free will. Activate it, My loves. Come back without the condemnation, Neither received or given. Come back to you, No longer blaming and shaming and judging, Persecuting you, Receiving or given. Do not be going there anymore. We cannot continue to play in this duality, The separation, This hate, This loathing, This having to annihilate each other and put each other in special little boxes and know that only this way is the perfect way. How ridiculous. Let's tell a rainbow. Now we only need one color of that rainbow. How absolutely ridiculous is that? Imagine the world without the magic of the diversity, The full spectrum, The multifaceted awareness. Imagine this world. It would be such a sad, Gray place. This is a beautiful time for us to remember who we are, To stand in our truth, To awaken the part of us that is truth. That, My love, You could only know when you come back and make the commitment to you being here. No matter how it looks around us, No matter how desperate it might look, You commit to being here with your finest energy in the most enlightened, Clear, Beautiful, Gracious, Kind, Considerate way, Forgiveness, Compassion, Gratitude. All these beautiful energies are going to amplify our journey. Let's do this together now. Where you are, Just be in the space. We take a deep breath in. Long, Slow out breath. Then I want you to rub your hands together, Activate the energy, Then flick your hands. Bring the energy right to the tips of your fingers. If you could see this energy, My loves, You would see long streams of light energy coming off that is from your heart. Put your hands in your heart and activate it through the heart stream of kindness and love, Unconditional regard. Bringing a memory into your heart is something that filled you with so much love, So much compassion, A moment of sweetness. You take a breath into that activation of your heart and imagine it now opening up around you. Then bring your fingers so gently, Pointing the light streams to your throat without touching your throat. Let the streams of light connect in here. Let's start to sweep up and over as we pull gently over the top of our head, All the way over the back of the head. Sweep it off on your shoulders and then flick, Flick, Flick your fingers to the side. Take a breath and come on back to the center. And while you do this, Many sweeps, Visualizing you clearing with this light energy, The intention of your heart and your soul to release this point of pain. Let's do this. Let's open the field and connect. So here we go. Let's start with this beautiful beam of light to the throat. Open your heart, Breathe in and then gently pull the energy up and over. Ah, No, Lovely, Lovely. Through all time, Through all fields, Through all dimensions, I ask now that I can release and let go of all the pain, The trauma, The heartache, All the despair, The connections that have been so enmeshed and embedded in the idea of us being not able to commit, Not being able to hold a space, All the condemnation, The hate, The stories, All the associations that have been created and given to us, The sense of ourselves not being strong enough, Not being fabulous enough, And all the persecution that has created a weariness within us to commit to something, Just in case we get hooked, Just in case we're not honored, Just in case we feel vulnerable. Pulling this energy off and we're gonna do this for every ancient soul in our line, Every dear one who suffered in the terrible stories of our human journey where they felt that they were not seen, Not heard, Not valued, Not honored. Pull this energy out. Imagine that we're going back through all time. We're clearing all the stories, Like going back through a book and a great history book, Page by page by page. We're clearing all the imprints of pain, Of lack of commitment, The energy of terror and fear, Anxiety and panic that reside so deeply within the kidney, Bladder meridian. So we release it and let it go. Take these beautiful breaths every time. Breathe out, Release, Let go. Let's do one more deep energy pull. Up you go, All the way through and over. And as you can now, Bring your hands to your heart. Just hold the connection of your masculine right hand touching your feminine left hand. You are holding your energy circuit right here at your heart. If you can feel this energy moving around you or just imagine that it is, It's a flowing stream of clearing, Cleansing, Releasing. Such a wonderful gift for us to be consciously connecting in to the healing that we are able to do. It is not what we do. It is how our heart perceives it and our mind allows it. We simply make the time, Dedicate a moment in time to a deep and profound healing. May this healing now move back through all time, All fields, May it move through this ripple of life, Touch every single soul that is quivering in insecurity and vulnerability, Touch every soul who's trying to defend and protect their space, Who's trying to push and coerce. Every soul be softened into light, To love, To grace. Every soul find peace. Hold this here, My treasures. Anchor your energy. Just soften your tummy. That's your best clue. How are you doing? Soften your tummy. There you have it. Drop your shoulders. Well done, My lovelies. This is the energy that will hold you now. When you come home to you, Stand in your absolute, Your beauty and your strength. You do that now, My lovely. Try and have a gentle day from here on. Be kind to you. Watch your thoughts. Watch your being. Pay attention. Don't disregard you ever again or disregard what your being is knowing and expressing. Everything has a significance. You are highly, Highly significant, My lovely.
