Come into the sweet space,
Here comes our bell,
Lovely you,
Just feel that energy.
It's wonderful when we create these mind-body connections,
A sound,
A way of sitting or holding our hands or resting or using our breath.
But find something my lovely that will help you quickly drop in,
That you can do this at any time in any place,
Anywhere,
That very quickly you can just drop into the place where you are right now.
I'm going to show you a connection through your body that will help you to connect into your central meridian.
So if you will now just take your hands and give them a little bit of a shake and bring the energy to the tips of your fingers.
And then I want you to take the middle finger of your left hand and put that middle finger into your belly button and the middle finger of your right hand,
Pop it onto your third eye.
And when you hold these two points,
You are connecting into your central meridian.
This is the beautiful work of that lovely lady called Donna Eden.
And she talks about energy medicine.
And this is us connecting into our central meridian,
The line that runs right through the center of us.
And when we hold these two points and we just breathe into them,
Relax your whole body,
Connecting this beautiful human being to the being of light that you are.
Let's ask now that as you connect in this way,
You can quickly find yourself coming back home to who you truly are.
Reconnecting,
Realigning,
Pull both of these little buttons up a little bit,
Give a little tug on them.
And then imagine now that you are placing yourself in a beautiful chrysalis,
A beautiful pod of light and love and see that all the way around you.
And then relax your arms,
Relax your whole body and see yourself being held in this gorgeous light pod,
This beautiful bubble.
And this is your sacred home of energy.
You hold the space,
My lovely,
With all your heart and all your soul.
This is your energy home.
And you can make this bubble be as wide and open as you wish,
Or you can bring it right in close to you.
I would suggest that when you go into crowds of people,
That you bring that bubble a little closer to you to create a really comfortable,
Comforting little pod of light energy around you.
You can either activate into that idea by thinking about those two buttons,
Or if you can,
Just actually connect in with the fingers into those two positions and there you are right in it.
When you're relaxing,
When you go into bed at night,
When you're saying your prayers,
Sending love,
Gifts of love to the world,
Then you can open up this beautiful pod as wide as you can.
And imagine that you are sending so much love through this field from your divine and sacred heart.
And it moves out in all directions.
Like we take a little dandelion and we pluck it from the ground and we blow on it and all those little seeds that are all around that centre pod,
That little centre connected to the stem,
They all fly off in all the directions and imagine that you are sending love notes,
Vibrations of love and kindness,
Your light into all the spaces.
May it go where it needs to go.
May it go into all the hearts and souls,
Into all the places of pain and hardship.
Keep on opening it up and let it go where it needs to go.
Your work is to open the energy,
Not to do the next step.
The next step we let go,
Let God do that.
You just open the energy.
So as you're resting here now,
Let me remind you how to open your energy field.
So as you're breathing and relaxing,
Check that your body is soft,
Comfortable and that there's no tension in it.
Smooth the skin on your beautiful face,
Relax your jaw.
Imagine that your eyes can drop a little deeper into these sockets,
Into those little cradles.
Drop your shoulders,
Relax your tummy.
With every breath that you bring into your body,
Just feel your tummy so relaxed.
And as you breathe out,
So relaxed,
So soft,
Feel the balance of your body on the left and the right side,
The strength of you here in this world,
Holding your beautiful energy.
Legs are soft,
Relaxed,
Knees relaxed all the way down to the feet.
And when we soften our body and our being in this way,
We let go of all the strings and attachments to this life,
Journeys,
All the stories,
All the games,
All the connections that have come into us.
Imagine that in the sacred space that you're resting in now,
That you're opening up the ripples from your heart a little bit by a little bit,
Making them wider and wider.
And every time you do this through your heart,
You are cleansing and clearing your field.
You're sending away everything that is not yours,
Any distortions of pain,
However they've become locked into your awareness,
Just sending them away.
Opening it up and seeing your light become brighter and brighter.
Now into this moment,
We ask that we can begin to activate a high vibration of light and love.
Call in your guides,
Angels,
Divine presence.
They are so waiting for you to call them and to bring them closer to you.
And the way to do this is for us to create a beautiful energy field like this around us to push away all the static.
So we have a clean energy field.
It's so much easier now for our guides to come even closer and imagine that they're sitting right there in your heart.
Such immense love and compassion,
Such deep honoring of you who decided you would come and help here in this human story,
That you would bring all your light and you would be here as this human being never really fitting in,
But being here and feeling all the stories,
The content of our human story so that you can feel it so that you can heal it.

I am a healer and everything I feel is my great gift to transform it to healing,
To a light and an energy code that transmits and heals all these points of pain that have become so locked in,
Like going into a dark room where there's been so much pain and you just switch on your light.
You are the light.
You switch it on,
You bring the light in.
As we go into this beautiful space with the heart open,
We begin to transmit into the heart.
Bringing into your heart now a memory that touched your heart with such sweetness.
Ask your mind to find you the perfect image,
The perfect memory when you felt such a surge of love in your heart,
A sweetness,
Compassion,
A kindness,
Forgiveness,
Something.
And then take that memory now and drop it into your heart and feel it in your heart now as if you are in that moment again,
Right there.
And it's all happening right now.
All your senses are remembering what it was like.
We can be amazed at how much information we are able to pull in again now to imagine it again with all our senses,
Awakening our imaginal cells.
We imagine this feeling that lifted the heart,
The most wonderful gift for us when we awaken imaginal cells,
Just like the caterpillar that goes into its chrysalis,
A whole bunch of goopy energy,
Just goop,
No more a caterpillar,
No more a form.
And so here we imagine this as the spatial energy,
This energy of everything is possible.
And in that chrysalis,
That beautiful awakening of this creature that is nothing,
It's not a caterpillar,
It's not a butterfly,
It's just something.
The imaginal cells imagine it,
Awaken it,
And we start to imagine and awaken who we truly are.
And that beautiful little caterpillar now becomes a butterfly,
Something that it could never have imagined itself to be,
But yet it had the coding within it.
Know that you have the coding in you,
My lovely.
There is nothing you have to do,
Just like that caterpillar,
Nothing to do to make yourself this beautiful butterfly,
Nothing to do to transform,
That it is already in you,
In your cells,
In your imaginal cells,
And we are reimagining it now.
And you are now activating your cellular being,
Your sensory being,
Your divine light being,
For the highest vibration of light and love.
See that around you in this beautiful chrysalis that you've created and rest here and trust the unfolding.
Moment by moment it will all unfold.
There is nothing you have to do here,
Just hold your beautiful energy,
Hold gracious space.
For the light beings who are here to bring about the transformation,
They are helping to switch on the light,
To remind us of light and to show the way home.
The feeling of home is so deeply etched within our heart that we feel homesick sometimes.
It is that longing that activates the heart and the magnetic system of the heart.
Electro is the mind and the thoughts,
Magnetic is the heart.
And when we activate through our thoughts and our heart,
We are creating an incredible energy vortex with this beautiful energy now flowing around you.
See what you can transmit into the space.
