Meditation to ease fertility drug effects.
Fertility drugs can take a toll on your body.
Here's a meditation to help tune into your body and ease stress and negative side effects.
Lay down on your back and close your eyes.
As you take a double inhale through your nose,
Tense every muscle in your body.
Make fists with your hands,
Curl your toes,
Flex your butt,
Hold the tension in your body and then release and relax every muscle with a double exhale through your mouth.
Let's do this again to help relax our body.
Double inhale through the nose,
Tense and hold every muscle in your body,
Release and relax.
Double inhale through the nose tense and hold every muscle until you vibrate and release and relax.
Now scan your body for any remaining tension.
You should feel relaxed,
But if there's any holdouts,
Tense that part of your body and then relax it again.
If your head hurts,
Massage your temples and gently pull at your ears.
Enjoy this relaxation for a few breaths.
When you're ready,
Practice a body scan starting at your toes.
Work your way up to your head.
Stop at every body part you can think of and give thanks.
This is a callback to the body scan meditation we did in section 4d.
Thank each body part for all it does for you.

If you're feeling negative about any body part,
Offer thanks anyway,
But only if it feels good to you.
Skip it if it helps avoid bad vibes.
Make your way to the tip top of your head,
Thanking your eyes for seeing the beauty of the world and your brain for keeping it all together.
Do this now.
Once you're done,
Lay in this sense of gratitude that you've cultivated for yourself.
You're so strong and so is your body.
Use this relaxation technique as often as you can.
If you're feeling bad,
Try to reach for gratitude anyway.
Take more deep breaths.
You will get through this.
