The ego of intelligence.
Many of our structures,
Both in our leadership,
Business,
Companies,
Our education system,
Our schools,
Focus only on a man-made intelligence form,
A tick box,
Statistics,
A line of judgment,
That states a pass,
A fail,
A grade or a mark.
And this places all of us in a box,
Automatically placed in that box through the confinements of what we perceive as intellectual.
The definition of this perception then forms its own personality.
We are graded.
In its own energy and essence,
It has its own ego,
For it is telling you what you allegedly are within the constraints,
Confinement of a man-made system.
And I say that word with no gender implications whatsoever.
As our world evolves,
As business evolves,
You will evolve.
Ending the separation and reconnecting into the knowing that there is more than one intelligence form.
For in the system that we have,
All other intelligences are ignored.
The intelligence of care,
The intelligence of compassion,
Emotional intelligence,
Physical intelligence,
Financial intelligence even.
And most of all,
The old wise intelligence that sits within you,
That sits within all of us.
We have long been taught not to listen,
To focus or to adhere to our individuality.
Little attention has been paid to the spirit of intelligence,
The creative intelligence.
The intelligence form within you that knows what serves you,
What doesn't,
That knows how to relate,
How to belong,
How to create,
How to be purposeful in your potential,
How to aid another to connect with their wise intelligence within and be all that they are.
To step out the box,
Out of the constraints,
Out of the struggle and the stress and the striving of what has become the norm,
The expectation,
The judgment within our world of business and within our personal intelligence,
Social and cultural intelligence.
We have learned to box ourselves through expectations,
Judgments,
Criticisms,
Status and label and we have boxed others.
As our external forces change and we are faced with many challenges and crises,
A new way of leadership will change for the ignition,
The switching on of the intelligences within you that you have once ignored will be too strong to ignore.
Aims,
Objectives,
Desires,
Passion and purpose will change and leaders will desire to work in a different way and if you're listening to this you're probably already feeling the pull.
Objectives will change and you will desire to reconnect with the intelligences within you that you have long forgot.
Allow your inner knowing to be your guide.
Release the outer expectations of the outer world,
The shoulds and the shouldn'ts and re-evaluate your own values.
The desire to have a spirited intelligence,
A mindful intelligence,
A humanistic intelligence,
Where the art of fulfilment,
Both personal and professional is the highest goal indeed.
In the releasing of all your skills and all your intelligences you serve the world from a better,
Brighter,
Healthier,
Healthier place and in doing so the ignition of potential and productivity is ignited.
A new wave of leadership will come into being and at the pinnacle of the pyramid it is no longer the push for profit,
That just tips it over.
So if you're someone that is feeling this be bold,
Be brave,
Reflect on your inner old,
Wise intelligence,
The wisdom within you,
The ancientness of the soul that knows how to lead differently and ask that that position is presented to you.
Step out the box,
Step out of the ego of what we have come to know as so-called intelligence.
