Very rarely do we have time to stop and love ourselves. This meditation is for you. A gentle calming meditation for bathing yourself in love and healing light. Take the time to receive, renew, send love to our physical heart, and connect with our breath. Rest for a moment, take what you need. Embody the mantra 'I need this love unconditionally, I am worthy of love unconditionally, I love you, my heart.'

Feel your body sinking into the earth beneath you.

Allow your shoulders to spread across the floor.

Move your head from side to side to release your neck.

Allow your head to let go.

Take your attention to your breath and allow your abdomen to slowly rise and fall with each breath.

There's no need to alter your breath in any way,

Just witness the in and out,

The flow,

The slow coming and going,

The evenness,

Your quiet breath.

Allow your body to just be.

You're aware of your body melting down into the earth.

And you're feeling more and more relaxed.

Allow yourself to fully relax.

Imagine in your hand,

There's a piece of pink quartz crystal.

Pink is related to the heart center.

Begin to breathe deeply.

And as you inhale,

Take the breath deep into the center of your chest.

With each inhalation,

Your chest opens out.

Creates some room and space.

And each breath you take is touching your physical heart.

Now visualize yourself placing the pink quartz on your heart center.

And as you take a deep breath,

Breathe in the color pink.

Feel the richness of the color pink.

Feel the healing properties of the crystal.

And imagine this crystal is now working on the physical heart.

The color pink now releases,

Unwind and melt away any pressure,

Any tightness,

Any stress or any emotions.

Let go of anything you are holding on to,

Which may be affecting your heart.

And with each in-breath,

Confirm this affirmation.

I am opening out my heart center to receive love unconditionally.

I need this love unconditionally.

I am worthy of this love unconditionally.

I love my heart.

Rest for a moment in the breath.

And link any feelings that may arise at this moment in time.

Do not be surprised by any waves of emotion that may surface.

Just witness and go with the flow.

And now feel your breath resting in your heart center.

The quietness of your breath,

The stillness and breathe deeply.

The source of the pink light rests in your heart center.

Feel your physical heart relaxing,

Releasing,

Resting.

The rays of pink light are now streaming down your arms and legs.

Feel your entire body breathing pink.

The rays are now spreading throughout your body.

Bathe in this pink light.

Each cell is receiving,

Renewing and bathing in the healing pink crystal light.

Now rest in the breath,

The quiet,

Gentle breath.

And repeat the affirmation three times.

I need this love unconditionally.

I am worthy of this love unconditionally.

I love you.

I love my heart.
