
Cre8 Gratitude B4 Leaving Your Bed! 3 Mins

I won't even get out of bed until I have cre8ed the warm energy of gratitude I need to face the day. This connects me to the Divine source and enables me to be right-minded. You know it when you feel it, right? I use a set of yoga stretches in bed whilst doing this, and other short meditations. Oh, that and I SMILE which tells my body to start to release the good mood chemicals it needs to DYNAMITE myself into the day with the RIGHT body, mind, and soul attitude. (Even faking a smile makes this happen!)
