This is my offering of loving words to you used often use at the end of yoga class. It guides a listener to relax using the anchor of breath into the body. I then share what is in your best interests to hear - positive affirmations- compassion kindness, love, and a request to share your light with the world. I find my students need both in abundance to counter the promiscuous fear we encounter in daily life and to top people up with kind words filled with love. Love is our natural state. It can be uncomfortable though for many. I did not experience unconditional love because my parents did not know this for themselves. You cannot share what you don't know. I had to remove internal blocks before I could accept loving words. If this is you I would guide you to look further. Your life will be transformed. I promise. Sharing my love through healing, JJ

So going into our guided meditation now,

Get yourself as comfortable as you can in your chair,

Taking a nice cleansing deep breath in and when you are totally ready,

Relax those eyes and let them gently close.

Now bring your attention to your breathing,

Begin to notice your breathing,

The in-breaths and the out-breaths and as you turn your attention inwards,

Just allow that comfortable feeling to develop.

Now just imagine that with each in-breath,

Every time you breathe in that you are breathing in relaxation,

Calm,

Comfortable relaxation and just allow that relaxation to flow around your body,

Beginning to relax those muscles so comfortably.

Now that's good and now I would like you to imagine that with each out-breath,

Every time you breathe out that you're breathing out any stress or tension in your body,

Allowing that tension or stress to just dissolve and drift away like a feather on a warm summer's breeze with each and every out-breath as you continue to become even more relaxed and even more comfortable with every breath you take and just allowing the surface beneath you to hold you as you sink in deeper and deeper,

You are safe and you are protected.

Allow yourself to be held and supported,

Sense your arms,

Your hands,

Sense your legs and your feet,

Just taking a few breaths as you focus on them now.

This is your time,

Your time to relax.

Nobody needs anything from you now so just breathe,

Breathe and relax.

Notice how you feel right now and regardless of your circumstances,

I have three things to say to you.

You are loved,

You are worthy and you are enough and regardless of your inner dialogue,

You are loved,

You are worthy,

You are enough regardless of what others say,

You are loved,

You are worthy and you are always enough.

There has been no one like you on this planet before and there never will be again.

Your gifts and services are needed.

Be kind to yourself and care for yourself always.

You are loved,

You are worthy,

You are enough.

So just enjoying these last few moments of peace,

Tranquility,

Just being,

Taking a few cleansing deep breaths in and out.

When you are ready,

When you are ready,

Opening your eyes,

Ready to share your uniqueness with the world.
