Welcome to this guided meditation,

Connecting into the heart chakra.

Just taking a moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Feel your sits bones rooted and allow your body to come into full relaxation.

Giving yourself permission to just be in this moment.

Now very gently bringing your awareness into your breath.

Just noticing your own natural rhythm as you inhale and exhale.

Without judging it,

Just notice.

And now we are going to take some deep breaths together.

So just allowing yourself to take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Another deep inhale in through the nose.

Feel the belly expand with air.

And exhale,

Release,

Feel the belly contract.

One more deep breath in through the nose.

And exhale,

Release it all out.

Just allowing the shoulders to relax here,

The jaws soft.

And very gently bringing your awareness into the heart space.

Perhaps you would like to place a hand here.

Or just simply shift your energy to this space.

And first just taking a moment to notice what it is you feel in this moment.

Does it feel open or closed?

Does it feel tender?

Does it feel joy?

Does it feel grief?

Does it feel soft or hard?

And again,

We are not judging it here.

We are just noticing what we feel in this moment.

Any sensations we feel.

And we are going to just give them space to be.

So whatever arises,

Just knowing it's just information and just allowing it to come up.

And allowing ourselves to just be the observer of whatever it is that's present.

And we want to bring compassion into what's already there.

Meeting ourself where we're at,

Acceptance,

With love,

With compassion.

The wholeness of who we are.

The gentleness.

Take a breath.

And then very gently,

Continuing to connect with the heart,

We're going to bring in unconditional love.

So we're going to imagine our heart filling up with a beautiful,

Vibrant light,

Radiating.

So just taking a moment to connect in and allowing this light to come in from the crown chakra,

From the heavens,

From the universe,

Come in through the head,

Through the third eye,

The throat,

The high heart,

Making our way into our heart space,

Illuminating each and every cell.

Filling our heart space with purity,

With unconditional love.

And allowing this light to radiate in such a way that any density is transmuted.

Any density is transmuted and sent back to Mama Gaia,

Mother Earth,

With gratitude and love.

Allowing her to compost it.

Take a breath here.

Beautiful.

And with each breath,

Just allowing that unconditional love,

That light energy to radiate.

Until it's filled every single cell.

Take a breath.

Beautiful.

And now on our next breath,

We're going to imagine ourselves drawing up energy from the earth into our heart.

So we're pulling from above and we're pulling from below.

So take a deep breath in,

Pulling up energy all the way from the earth,

Up through your feet,

Through your legs,

Through your pelvis,

The root,

The sacral,

The solar plexus,

All the way to the heart space.

And then when you exhale,

Just breathing out all the way back down to the earth.

So we're breathing in and out.

Send it all back down.

Beautiful.

We'll take a couple more breaths just like that.

Ah.

One more with intention.

Beautiful.

Letting that go.

And very gently bringing your awareness back to your heart space.

And just allowing yourself to feel the energy of this purity,

The connection,

The compassion,

The unconditional love.

The heart space is a portal to the soul.

We can really connect in and feel our higher self,

Our full presence.

Take a breath here.

Beautiful.

We'll just take a moment here with gratitude and love.

And when you're ready,

You can come back into this space and open your eyes.
