Welcome dear one.

This is a gentle space to practice listening.

Listening not for answers from the outside but for the quiet wisdom already within you.

It's the first step to knowing.

And for the next several minutes I'll gently guide you to notice messages of love that ever reside within your soul.

So if you'd like to join me,

Please get settled into a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes or softly gaze downward and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing your body to settle and become entirely still.

And just allow your breath to find its natural rhythm,

Whatever that means right now in this moment.

Not forcing it,

Not judging it,

Just letting it be.

Then shift your awareness into your heart right in the center of your chest.

And silently ask yourself,

What does love want me to know?

Again,

Try not to force an answer nor judge it.

Just notice,

What does love want me to know?

Could be something as simple as a word,

A color,

A sensation,

Or maybe it's an image.

It doesn't matter.

Just listen when you ask,

What does love want me to know?

What does love want?

Now let go of the question and any answers that might have come up.

And silently repeat the following two affirmations.

The first one is,

Divine love is always with me.

Divine love is always with me.

The second,

I am loved just as I am.

I am loved just as I am.

And begin to deepen your breath.

Invite some gentle movements in your body.

Slowly become aware of your present surroundings.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And consider journaling any reflections you'd like to remember before going about your day.

And thank you for being here.
