Sleep Amongst The Stars. Fall Asleep Fast, Travel The Astral

Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to another moment of now.

Today we are going to go on a journey to a place in time and space that is timeless and weightless,

Limitless in all ways,

A place to connect back to the truth of who you are,

While centering into the most deep,

Relaxed,

Purifying and energising night's sleep that you have ever experienced.

So I invite you to sit back,

To lie back and relax as we tune in together to tune out,

Enjoying this magical adventure that we call life,

One breath at a time.

And I ask that you just take a moment to focus on that beautiful life force energy that enters and exits you with every breath that you inhale and exhale,

Through the rise and the fall.

From the moment that you are born to the moment that you leave this earthly plane once again,

The breath is always there,

Always present,

Always within you and connecting you to everything around you.

And as you go ahead and focus upon that breath,

Breathe deeply,

With purpose,

Breathing into the very pit of your belly,

The very base of your being,

Breathing all the way down to your feet and into the earth below.

With each breath that you bring in,

That you accept into you,

Watch as beautiful golden white light enters you,

From the heavens above,

Entering through the crown of your head and cascading down,

Deeper down still.

All the way down,

Past your hips,

Your knees,

Your toes,

Out of the bottom,

The soles of your feet,

Deep down into the earth below.

And as you fill yourself with this beautiful golden white light,

Allow for everything and anything which no longer serves you,

To be released by you,

From you,

Through you and to the earth below you,

Where Gaia will absorb that energy,

Clean it,

Cleanse it,

Recycle it and redistribute it,

As and where it is required,

For the upliftment and betterment of all of her children of multicolour.

Now I'd like for you to just take a moment to gaze up,

Up to the heavens above,

Out into space,

Pick a star,

Any star,

No matter how near or far,

That is the destination of your choosing,

The place that we will visit together now.

Knowing that you are fully grounded and secure,

Energised and revitalised,

Energetically ready for this adventure,

Go ahead and just let go,

Just as you release that breath and watch it float off,

Higher,

Further,

Wider,

As the breath is released,

As you surrender that breath back to the universe around you,

Watch as you surrender yourself to the universe around and within you,

Watch as you begin to easily,

Effortlessly,

Joyfully and playfully,

Float,

Ascend,

Raise,

Drift all the way up into the air,

Just like a bubble as it rises,

As it floats upon the winds of time and space,

Travelling towards its destination of choice.

Floating up past the clouds,

Past the edge of the atmosphere,

Out into space,

Past the moon and the stars,

Travelling towards your chosen destination,

The star of your creation,

Go ahead and just effortlessly and timelessly float towards that chosen reference point,

As you have within you a map of all the stars,

Of all of the information that as whatever will be experienced,

Just as it is written in the stars,

It is written within you,

Within each and every fibre,

Every strand of your DNA,

Every molecule of your being and even the space between,

You are the answer to your own prayers.

Go ahead and just acknowledge yourself for a moment,

Give thanks to everything that you do for you,

Give thanks,

Appreciation and gratitude for everything you have experienced thus far,

Knowing that this is just the start of a lifelong adventure and that together we will go beyond the stars.

And bring to mind now,

Your chosen point,

Your destination,

The star of your creation and hold it within your minds eye,

Bringing it closer and closer to you.

And in a moment,

At the click of my fingers,

Go ahead and journey outside of time and space,

Bend the laws of physics,

Knowing that they are only a human concept and that you are able to experience and create anything and everything that you can bring to mind.

And therefore bring in to matter,

Material,

Physical,

Structure.

Go ahead now and journey,

At warp speed,

Quicker than consciousness itself,

To the star of your choosing,

However near or far,

You are there now.

And take a moment just to absorb that beautiful,

Beautiful divine energy,

The energy of God embodied,

Of source actualised,

Of the universe in separation as well as completion.

And as you gaze down upon that majestic being,

And as that star,

That being of gold and white light,

As it gazes back upon you,

Shining out to you,

It is easy to see,

To feel,

To hear,

To smell,

Taste and touch the truth of who you are.

That you are part of that same star.

And I would like for you now to bring whatever is most relevant,

Whatever question that you seek an answer to,

Bring it to mind.

Send that question,

That frequency,

That vibration,

Send it to the star in front of you.

And as you do,

Begin to just easily,

Effortlessly and joyfully float towards that beautiful,

Divine and majestic being,

That star.

Float towards it,

And as you do,

Realise that the answer you seek is round the back.

And just simply by changing your viewpoint,

Changing your perspective,

Changing your line of sight,

It changes everything.

As the way you look at the world is what then dictates and defines it.

There will always be positivity,

Optimism,

Upliftment,

Connection,

Affection,

Love,

Gratitude and enrichment in mind,

Body and soul.

To be discovered,

Shared,

Taught and learnt,

Wherever and whenever you are.

And there will also be the reverse of all of these.

So as always,

It is your choice what it is you focus upon and grow.

And the answer that is found around the back,

In this timeless and weightless space,

It is there,

In the form of energy,

Of light,

Of information,

That you can and will now easily absorb and integrate into every fibre of your being.

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between.

Doing so across all lifetimes,

Timelines,

Dimensions and realities.

Setting yourself free.

Free.

Free.

Free.

And the answer will become plain,

Clear as day,

Upon the waking of yourself tomorrow.

Where you will arise with excitement,

Optimism,

Gratitude and unwavering focus,

Ready to enjoy life for the game that it is,

To play.

As well as achieving and materialising the life of your dreams and in doing so,

The world of your dreams.

Having ensured that you are fully prepared.

Prepared.

Prepared for the journey.

The journey onwards,

Inwards,

Forwards and backwards in time.

Knowing that you are a being of pure gold and white light.

That you are divine.

Go ahead,

When you are ready.

Just allow for yourself and those around you,

To begin to float the journey to ascend back down to the earth below you.

Back down into your physical being,

Your avatar self that is lying peacefully upon your bed,

Sleeping deeply.

Resting,

Revitalising and reactivating,

On a cellular level,

The truth of who you are.

And as you bring back to mind your physical self,

Go ahead and travel back.

Floating back down into your body,

Connecting back to the physical,

Whilst remaining connected to the astral.

Travel back to your physical self,

Easily and effortlessly.

Doing so,

Once again,

Faster than warp speed,

Faster than consciousness itself.

Doing so,

Now.

Now.

And as you settle back into yourself,

Back into now,

Back into this earthly realm,

With all of its elements and forces,

The pulls and pushes and the ups and downs,

Knowing that it is the enjoyment of the journey,

Never the destination.

I leave you feeling grounded and secure.

Having had this amazing inward and outward journey,
