In this talk, Master Kambiz Naficy explores why energy doesn’t disappear, it gets blocked. As emotional baggage and inner resistance soften, vitality naturally begins to return, bringing clarity, ease, and a renewed sense of aliveness. As you start to get rid of baggage,

Another big thing happens and you can't see this with a microscope.

You have 72,

000 energy channels called chakras and navis that channel the life force called prana in your body.

Baggage clogs up these channels so that prana is not flowing easily.

This you would only have to believe by faith or have the direct experiences of.

In the days when you feel good,

When you have hope,

When you have zest,

When you have energy,

What's happening spiritually is that nothing is clashing inside you.

Nothing is clogging up the tiny minuscule channel ways that conduct the life force in your body.

In Kriya Yoga,

We say you have 72,

000 channel ways that conduct the life force through your body.

Before you have physical illness,

Something has happened to one of these navis.

So let's say you start to come down with liver disease.

Kriya Yoga would say before you have the disease,

Something is clogging up the channel ways that circulate prana,

The life force,

Around the liver.

And then the disease happens.

And in the science of yoga,

We say that your emotions and your beliefs have a lot to do with whether these channels are open or not.

So if you have a big conflict with your mother or your stepdad,

Or you used to be severely addicted to alcohol or uncontrolled anger,

Any of these things will start to clog up the navis and the chakras.

Continuing with the state of well-being.

In a state of well-being,

Once you know what your truth is,

Once you're comfortable under your own skin,

You really see no reason for having debates and arguments with other people.

So if you're at a dinner party and somebody says,

I totally disagree with your politics,

Or I don't agree with the way you view money or sexuality,

For the first time in your life,

You don't feel defensive.

You even feel a lot of love for the other person.

You start to really appreciate diversity.

You actually like the fact that you went to a party and somebody has a completely different view of sexuality.

And for the first time in your life,

You don't feel defensive.

You actually like the fact that there are five people in this party with different politics,

Different views of money and sexuality.

Gauge yourself in these things.

The first time you don't feel threatened when somebody disagrees with you,

That's a really,

Really good sign.

It simply means you have found your home inside you.
