Thank you for joining me.

Let us go on a journey and discover today and find parts of ourselves long forgotten.

Or maybe it's just remembering aspects that have been playing out in day to day.

Whatever that looks like,

It's right for you.

That's the beautiful part and nature of creating time and space to just call back and remember reintegrate and restore.

Because often we're so busy with our day to day life that we forget,

We neglect and we give all these aspects of ourselves to others.

And really we first have to give to ourselves.

So I encourage you to take a moment,

That breath in,

To slow down.

To acknowledge that you've carved time and space today for yourself.

The symbol of the love and acknowledgement that you give an ultimate gift.

Just to ask you to call back all your energy.

Any times that you walked away from the conversation and felt depleted or perhaps they just needed something from you.

Now is the time that we call all those parts of ourselves back,

Piece by piece,

A jigsaw puzzle.

We start to put those pieces back together to form our essence,

Our being,

All that we are and that bigger picture that sometimes we forget.

When we're able to call those pieces back in,

Allow time for them to be placed gently in the right spaces.

To give ourselves permission to step back and see,

Celebrate all the aspects of who we are,

Our judgement or needing to fix or any perfectionism.

In that moment we just can see all that we are and allow.

You are wonderful,

You're dazzling,

You're illuminating,

You're a whole and I ask you to just take a moment to really feel into all that you are.

See it,

Step back,

Celebrate and honour.

To call all that you are in,

Embody,

Embrace,

That this is you.

I hope that you hold this with you and remember strength,

Energy,

Vibrancy,

That wholeness to cultivate and move you through the day ahead.
