Thank you for joining me.

I invite you to get very comfortable.

Take a few deep breaths.

Allow the air to channel down through your throat,

Lungs and into your belly.

Feel that expansion as new vital fresh air circulates through your body.

With every breath in we recalibrate,

We re-energize and we support our body to keep doing its amazing functions supporting us every moment in every day.

So with the next breath in,

Breathing gratitude for your body,

This wondrous vessel that carries us through.

Even when it feels like it's heavy or tired or under strain,

It still manages to get us out of bed each day and pull us through the tough times,

Walking us through the good times.

I encourage you to take a few more breaths.

Feel into every space of your body with those breaths and exhale out anything that doesn't serve you.

You can even puff it out.

Big breaths out to empty out,

Let go and release.

I encourage you to take a moment now while we're filling up with what we want more of.

Allow the words to land into your body,

Move through your mind with these heartfelt affirmations.

I am empowered.

I am healthy.

I am replenished.

I am strong.

I am vibrant.

I am honouring all of me.

I am joyful.

I am reconnecting with my body's wisdom.

I am more than my appearance.

I am rebuilding the relationship with myself and my body.

I am accepting myself for who I am and where I am every day.

I am enough.

Allow these words to land in every cell,

In every aspect,

In all that you are.

How does this feel in your body?

Is it expansive?

I hope you can create a moment within this today to remind yourself,

To embody it and to embrace it so that you can carry this and it uplift you as you move through your day.

How does this feel in your body?

Is it expansive?

How does this feel in your body?

How does
