Good evening,
Beautiful.
Welcome to tonight's sleep meditation.
Begin by settling into your bed and feeling your body melt into the mattress,
Releasing any tension with a slow exhale.
Let your head grow heavy on your pillow.
Let your cheeks relax.
Let your forehead soften.
Let your shoulders drop and your arms and legs get heavy and relax.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in,
And then exhale gently.
One more time,
Breathe in,
And exhale even slower.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a crystal clear lake,
Tucked deep within an enchanted forest.
The sky above is turning indigo.
The trees whisper in soft hushes,
And fireflies blink in a golden rhythm all around you.
The lake shimmers like liquid glass,
Its surface undisturbed,
Its waters impossibly pure,
So clear you can see every smooth stone resting on the lake bed below.
Draw in a breath of cool pine-scented air,
And notice your mind clearing.
You step into the lake,
Its surface parting gently to welcome you.
The water is warm and silky smooth.
It wraps around your legs,
Then your waist,
Then your chest.
You feel its calmness begin to move through you,
And then something calls you gently from beneath the surface.
You know it's safe.
You know you're being invited into something sacred.
After a soft inhale,
You let your body float down,
Slowly and effortlessly through the clear water.
There,
Beneath the surface,
You discover a hidden capsule glowing faintly with a golden light.
It rests nestled in the soft silt,
Surrounded by gentle ripples of light and swaying strands of water grass.
This is your sanctuary,
Invisible to the world above,
Protected and still,
Yours.
You float into it easily,
And the capsule welcomes you.
The walls are made of light,
Soft,
Warm and translucent.
You can see the outside world,
But no one can see in.
You are completely hidden,
Entirely safe,
A secret dream tucked into the water's heart.
Inside,
The air is thick with calm.
The energy is soft and sacred.
There are no clocks here,
No noise,
No tasks to tend to.
No one needing anything from you.
This is where your mind can truly rest,
Where your body can soften,
And where your spirit can return to stillness.
Here,
You are weightless.
Here,
You are whole.
Here,
You are allowed to do nothing at all,
But simply be.
The lake comes above you,
A lullaby of light and quiet.
A forest stands watch around you,
And the night drapes itself in velvet.
You are surrounded by love,
By warmth,
By deep,
Quiet peace.
You are floating,
Resting,
Dreaming,
Inside the sacred,
Glowing capsule,
Beneath the crystal waters of the enchanted lake.
All is well,
All is quiet.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
