Welcome to this meditation for I can,
I am affirmations.
Sometimes we need a little help to really allow an affirmation to take hold in our lives.
That might be due to limiting beliefs.
Maybe we just need permission from ourselves.
In this meditation,
The first statement is a I can.
That's followed by the I am.
This clears the way so that you can open your heart,
Open your mind,
Open your body to the possibility of what's to come.
There will be a pause for breath between each affirmation,
Each statement,
So that you can really let it sink in.
You can say these out loud.
You can say them quietly in your heart.
You can scream this affirmation if you feel it.
Let's get started.
