Welcome to this meditation for I can,
I am affirmations.
Sometimes in life we need to clear the way for a affirmation to really take hold.
Sometimes we need to give permission to ourselves.
Once we can accept that it is possible to have this affirmation then it's much easier to solidify the affirmation.
So the first prompt will be an I can statement followed by an I am statement.
There will be a break in between each one for you to breathe and allow that affirmation or that statement to sink in for you to live it,
To feel it,
Breathe through it,
And let it wash over you.
You can repeat these affirmations to yourself out loud internally in your heart.
You can scream it if you feel it.
Let's get started.
First we're gonna take some deep breaths.
I can let go of pain.
I am letting go of pain.
I can heal my body.
I am healing my body.
I can release stress.
I am releasing stress.
I can create health.
I am creating health.
I can restore my cells.
I am restoring my cells.
I can foster healing.
I am fostering healing.
I can forgive my body.
I am forgiving my body.
I can replenish my energy.
I am replenishing my energy.
I can be strong.
I am strong.
I can be well.
I am well.
