Dear self,

I am trying to love you.

I've tried over the years and sometimes it feels like the love fades.

The love for myself fades.

What do I do about this feeling?

What is it about the inner me that seems to fade away?

How do I let my self-love become so dim,

So lost of light?

The inner light I know is there somewhere.

How do I,

And how can I,

Better love me?

Sometimes I believe I am separate from others,

From myself,

And from love generally.

When I'm in the belief of my own separateness,

My body,

Heart,

And mind are in a contracted state.

When I open to connection,

My body,

Heart,

And mind feel alive,

Vibrant,

And free.

It is this my true nature where I realize I'm not separate,

But I am more beautifully connected than I could have ever imagined.

I use mantra to feel reconnected.

Mantras are words or phrases that help set an intention.

The words evoke a new feeling state.

You are able to shift your energy this way.

Energetic shift with word and intention.

Dear self,

I've rewritten my love letter.

I am worthy of love.

I am connected.

I surround myself with positivity.

I immerse myself in nature's bountiful beauty.

I can love myself.

For this next time through the mantra,

Feel free to repeat after me.

I am worthy of love.

I am connected.

I surround myself with positivity.

I immerse myself in nature's beauty.

I can love myself.

For this last time through,

Just focus on your breath and let the words wash over you.

I am so worthy of love.

I am more connected than I ever imagined.

I surround myself with positivity.

I call in positive energy.

I immerse myself in nature's bountiful beauty endlessly.

I love myself.

I love myself.

I love myself.

Repeat this mantra or your own mantra.

And only repeat as necessary,

But as often as you'd like.

I have been listening to insight almost daily for 3 years. At a time when I have sunk to rock bottom, this spoke to me more than any other track has. Truly grateful

This touches my soul. I appreciate the background beat and the way you speak. It empowers me every time I hear. It will definitely be one I play on repeat.
