I'm Keith.
We're going to do a nice little meditation here.
So make sure you're comfortable.
I'm sitting cross-legged.
You could sit in a chair.
I recommend.
.
.
To get comfortable and don't be afraid to use cushions or pillows to have your hips a little bit higher than your knees.
You'll be able to sit more comfortably that way.
Allow your hands to rest on your thighs.
Give your shoulders just a gentle shrug by your ears.
Let them relax down your back.
Feel your tailbone lengthen down,
The crown of your head lift up.
And then deep breath into your heart through your nose.
Exhale out your mouth.
Few more like that.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Last one,
See if you can make this inhale even deeper,
Expand your lungs more.
And a big sigh out,
Relax your jaw,
The muscles in your face,
Your hips.
We're going to go on a journey.
Through your chakras,
Seven energy centers in your body.
And just bring some light,
Some fresh energy to each of them.
Without trying,
I encourage you to let this process feel good.
We'll start around the tip of your tailbone.
Without getting too.
.
.
Caught up on exactly where just feel that region around the tip of your tailbone.
And start to send breath there.
You can imagine light.
Of like a ball of light and each breath is bringing in brighter fresher light imagines light.
Center as your anchor.
Connecting energy down,
Slightly forward and down.
And grounding you towards the center of the earth.
Breathe into both this energy center around the tip of your tailbone,
Your root.
If it feels good,
Also focus on that thread that connects you.
To the earth.
This is your root system.
Strong healthy roots allow everything else to grow,
To flourish.
Stability foundation.
Security.
Don't get caught up in any story too much.
Just focus on it.
What would it feel like to feel good?
And vibrant here in this part of your body.
A couple more moments.
Several more breaths on your own.
Charging this part of your body Now from here,
Go up a little bit to the.
.
.
Front of your pelvis.
So.
Right at the front of your pelvis.
And you can imagine this energy center goes from the front.
The way out through the back,
That bony part of your sacrum.
So it's like a column.
Circular column of light from the front.
To the back,
Whereas the last energy center went more up and down.
Front and back the next several will be like this Same deal.
Don't get too precise on finding it.
Just focus on the region.
You'll know where you feel sensation and energy more.
Start to send breath.
Imagine pulsating light.
Charging cleansing healing this part of the body.
Your sacral chakra.
Just notice if anything feels tense or stagnant.
Old Just let the light and your breath kind of wash this away with each exhale.
No force Just allowing.
Deciding.
Notice what feels good here.
This is your.
.
.
Creative Center.
It's related to water,
Your emotions.
Sexuality.
Savoring the sweet parts of life.
Breathe into it.
Give it some light on your own.
Breath by breath.
From here We travel a ways up above your belly button and below your sternum.
A bit below.
Kind of the crest of your ribcage.
Your midsection,
A little bit above the belly button,
Just kind of feel,
Notice where you feel sensation in this region of the body.
This could be a larger region.
And again,
Don't just feel it on the front.
Feel the energy coming from the front through the back,
Creating space.
Send breath,
Send energy,
Send light.
Your solar plexus chakra.
Manipura.
This is your power center.
Confidence,
Willpower.
Belief in yourself.
Your inner fire.
Give it some light,
Some fire,
Some vibrancy here.
If anything has felt dull or kind of.
.
.
Bog down here you're Breathing in some fresh light.
Burning out stagnation just with your imagination It's connected to the sun.
If it helps to visualize light,
Imagine.
Like you're turning up the dial.
Of a stereo times 10 on the intensity of the light.
See how that feels.
On your own.
Let this feel good here.
One more exhale We travel up to the heart,
Center of your chest.
So the physical heart's on the left,
But the energetic.
.
.
Center of the heart is in the middle from the front out through the back of your shoulder blades.
Start to send breath,
Light,
Spaciousness.
And notice where you might be gripping,
Tensing.
Breathe into it.
Let it soften.
The element here is air.
So is there space for a lightness,
A lightheartedness?
This is your center of love.
Connection.
Self-love.
It's also a place we can get guarded,
We can grieve.
Be intense to feel what's going on here.
Forcing anything to happen just Give yourself permission to feel here.
Let this part of the body breathe.
From the front to the back.
Light,
Love.
Soften.
Couple more breaths here.
Now go to the crest of your throat.
Right at the base of your throat,
From the front,
Out through the back.
The region around your upper shoulders,
Your neck.
Breathe here,
Create space.
Create light.
I might notice any stuckness,
Any edginess here.
Just let it go.
Send breath there.
Your throat chakra,
It's your space of expression.
Speaking up.
Honesty.
Communication.
Is there space to soften here?
Let's move on.
The space in the center of your forehead.
This one also connects right in the center of your brain.
Outwards in all directions.
Your third eye chakra.
Just imagine light filling your whole skull.
Forehead soften.
Light filling your brain your mind.
Cleaning out,
Clearing out any cobwebs,
Adding some vibrancy here.
Letting that grow some healing up here this is your center of intuition.
Also of intellect,
Your ability to learn.
Things.
Neuroplasticity and picking up new concepts.
Our brains like learning.
Give it some fresh energy here.
Charge as part of your body.
Let this feel good.
One more breath here.
And then we travel up to the crown of your head.
A whole region of the crown,
Even.
Slightly above it.
And this goes like a column of light upwards to the sky,
Past the sky.
Imagine light just kind of illuminating,
Glowing.
Around the top of your head.
Your crown chakra.
Similar to that first chakra that connects you to the earth.
Feel this one connect you to space.
There's no landing point.
It's infinite.
It just keeps going up.
This is your.
.
.
Spiritual center.
Not related to all of our roles.
Material endeavors.
In our human life.
Kind of the bigger picture.
Concept of being a soul.
More connected to our impermanence on this earth.
Bigger picture that we're just floating around on this planet.
What's the point of it all?
What's our purpose?
You don't need to figure it out here,
But.
.
.
Can be helpful to zoom out sometimes,
And that's what this energy.
Center is related to.
The more mystical side of life.
Feel that thread upwards,
That light.
Let this feel good.
Take one more breath here.
And then we're going to journey through them from the top of your head.
Feel the light travel down back into the center of your mind,
Your forehead.
Back into your throat.
Your heart,
Feel them all connect like one line.
Back into your belly,
Your core.
Your sacrum,
Hip.
Back into your tailbone.
Down to the center of the earth.
And then from your healthy roots,
Let's go back up.
From your tailbone.
Into your sacrum.
And midsection your solar plexus.
Forehead and brain.
Top of your head up into space.
Just a few more times on your own.
Just kind of travel up and down.
And just kind of check in and feel.
The connection at each energy center.
Along the way.
If you don't remember them all,
It's okay.
Just feel the.
.
.
Current of energy all the way down.
Slowly travel back up.
I may your hands to the space in front of your heart.
Just feel how all the centers connect in the center of your chest.
When you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
If any of those centers felt particularly potent,
You can do meditations and just focus it.
One at a time.
This is a good journey through all of them,
Just a really brief overview of.
.
.
What they each represent Wish you all a wonderful day.
Namaste.
