Transcript

Take the biggest inhale of your day in through your nose and fill your lungs all the way up.

Breathe in more at the top and take a big open mouth exhale,

Sigh out your mouth.

Two more times just like that.

Breathe in slow,

Breathe in more at the top of your in breath.

Exhale out,

Relax everything,

Breathe out even more at the bottom of your out breath.

Once more just like that.

Open mouth exhale out your mouth.

And now as you start to breathe in and out of your nose slowly,

Begin to simply feel the texture and pay attention to the feeling of your breath coming into your body right now.

And relax more as your exhale leaves your body right now.

Just like that.

Notice with every exhale if you're able to relax a little bit more and almost feel a wave of calm come into your body,

Fresh calming energy coming in with your breath in.

Stress and tension leaves and you relax more as you breathe out.

As you continue to relax,

We're gonna take it a step further and start to scan your body from your head all the way down to your feet.

Start by imagining a calming,

Bright,

Lavender light starting to pour in through the top of your head almost like a waterfall,

As gentle or strong as you'd like to imagine it.

Don't force it,

Just sort of let it in to your skull,

Your brain,

The area around your face,

The front of your throat,

The back of your neck.

Just start to see and breathe into this light and feel like it relaxes every part of your body that it touches.

As it starts to trickle down into your upper shoulders,

The back of your shoulder,

The front of your chest,

Continue to breathe deeply and relax.

Start to feel this lavender light go from the top of your head to your face,

Your skull,

Your chest.

And now start to let it into the area around your sternum,

Your lower ribs,

Your upper belly.

Notice if you can let go anywhere there and let this light in,

Cleansing,

Relaxing all the cells of your body,

Shining out any stress,

Any tension,

Any anxiety.

Feel it start to spread further into your navel area,

Your middle and lower back.

Almost imagine like you can turn the voltage of this light up,

Like you're turning it up on a dial.

You could turn it up times 10.

Anything stagnant in your body kind of moves out for this light.

So it starts to expand into your pelvis,

Around your tailbone,

Your sacrum,

Into your upper leg,

Coming in through the crown of your head,

All the way down your torso,

Into your pelvis,

Your upper leg,

Down your outer legs,

Your inner thighs,

The backs of your hamstrings,

Bright cleansing lavender light now through your knees.

Let this feel good.

Let it come into your shins,

Your ankles,

And let it start to spread through all the intricate muscles and bones and layers in your feet,

Your toes,

The soles of your feet,

Until it's going underneath you and radiating out in all directions from the top of your head.

It's so strong it's pulsating even outside of you,

Almost shining outside of you,

All the way through your lower torso,

Sacrum,

Legs through your feet,

Cleansing your entire body,

Relaxing your mind,

Breathe deeply.

Now we're going to visualize the light now coming back up through your feet.

Just start to scan it and feel it again through the soles of your feet,

Your ankles,

Up through your shins,

Breathe deeply if your mind drifts,

Just again feel and bring it to this light,

To this sensation in your body as it comes up through your upper thighs,

Your inner legs,

Your pelvis,

Your lower back.

Turn up the voltage,

Let it heal and relax your lower back,

Relax more deeply here into your middle back,

Your belly button,

Up into your solar plexus,

Your upper belly,

Your heart,

The back of your shoulders,

Let this radiate in your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your fingers,

From your feet all the way up now through your throat,

The back of your neck,

The center of your brain.

Feel this again now start to lengthen upwards and radiate out through the crown of your head.

Now you'll go back down on your own,

Breathing slow,

Feeling this load,

Just start to scan and feel this light,

The sensation from the top of your head,

Slowly down your body through your throat,

Your chest,

Your belly button,

Pelvis,

Now through your legs,

Your feet,

And start to breathe in,

Feel it lift now back up a little bit quicker through your feet,

Your legs,

Pelvis,

Middle belly,

Chest,

Throat,

Head,

And off you go as you exhale,

Feel this start to scan down,

Breathe slow,

Inhale,

Feel the energy and the light lift up,

Clearing out any stagnant energy,

Charging all the cells,

Calming all the cells of your body,

Bringing everything back to balance with your breath,

With your imagination,

On your own exhales,

Wash the energy down,

Bring everything back down,

Let the inhales lift everything up back and forth for a few minutes on your own,

Let go,

Focus on this pattern,

Let this feel good,

Don't worry about doing it correctly,

Simply let it feel good.

Remove the air.

If your mind drifts,

Bringing it back to this light in your breath,

Bathing in this light as it cleanses up and down your body.

Feel the frustration of your mind as you breathe,

You bring it back,

You feel this light again going up on your inhale and down on your exhale.

Relax.

A few more minutes,

Let it in more.

Let it become brighter.

Full exhales,

Relax.

Notice where you're gripping,

Where you can let go.

Some more.

Let go of words or language to describe what's happening.

Focus on feeling,

Vibration,

Energy.

Right here,

Right now.

A little deeper.

You you you Continue to breathe Invite your hands together into the space in front of your chest and Take these last several breaths here now In and out of the center of your chest you can start to send this light there if you're still visualizing it Otherwise simply focus your last few breaths into this part of your body You Just know you're able to focus your mind on sensation on the present moment To let go of any racing thoughts give yourself a bow You can open your eyes when you're ready Keep the slow Present rhythm before rushing to do anything else and come back to this practice as frequently as you need you do These practices every day For a few weeks you'll start to notice some more prolonged feelings of calm and subtle changes to your mind Enjoy your day You
